I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

to improve. 3 sal me to birbal ki khichadi ban jati but @JioCare ki service nhi sudhri. Call v thik se nhi hoti. We will move to other companies if @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we Don't at least 1mbs speed.

@JioCare please solve internet slow speed problem otherwise I will change my Sim. Because in this network I can't send a single text message in Insta. In youtube 144kps quality video can't play. @reliancejio @jio

Dear @reliancejio,@JioCare the condition of your network is very pathetic and we talk in the call center, they say that will be fixed in 48 hours but this problem has been there since the last 1 year and Jio is not doing any work for it. #4G #very #bad #Network

@JioCare Your internet is very slow in my area network tower is full but internet very slow. In 4G dpeed pack I can't send text in Insta or WhatsApp properly or any pic download. Two days ago I was call customer care he said cause many of users this issue found. @reliancejio

Hello I’ve a Complaint&suggestion to @JioCare @reliancejio where for Jio Prepaid mob users get voice rcding msg that the plan is gng to expire in few days and it’s starts frm almost a week ahead. This is unnecessary and in urgent situations will be risky for customers.

So the customer care person said they cant promised anything now not even raising the request. Just wait for few months. Will port to @reliancejio looks like @airtelindia is going vodafone way. Will be closed in coming years.
