Unfortunately, the same connectivity issue started again from 26 June 2026. I have raised multiple service requests since then, but there has been no proper resolution. (5/16)

Two days ago, the device failed to register a trip, even though the app correctly displayed all the vehicle data and location. This clearly indicates that the device was connected and functioning, yet the trip was not recorded.
