Dear @reliancejio,@JioCare the condition of your network is very pathetic and we talk in the call center, they say that will be fixed in 48 hours but this problem has been there since the last 1 year and Jio is not doing any work for it. #4G #very #bad #Network

@JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

to improve. 3 sal me to birbal ki khichadi ban jati but @JioCare ki service nhi sudhri. Call v thik se nhi hoti. We will move to other companies if @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we Don't at least 1mbs speed.

@JioCare Your internet is very slow in my area network tower is full but internet very slow. In 4G dpeed pack I can't send text in Insta or WhatsApp properly or any pic download. Two days ago I was call customer care he said cause many of users this issue found. @reliancejio

@abhishek @reliancejio Same here sir. I found it really hard to find a person who was willing to buy a Jio Phone for which I had paid Rs.500 (that too after nearly a year)... Luckily, I got my 500 back, but it was indeed a SCAM. Khoob chakkar lagaye Jio office ke, but never got a solution.

@abhishek_r_h @JioCare @reliancejio If u r using any other carrier just get a recharge top up of 10 rupees this will enable to send SMS. I too faced the same issue
