@JioCare what do you want??? Are you seriously providing 4G network?? Plz provide 3G but with ok speed I am trying to see a movie more than 2 hours it still buffering Movie on jio cinema see your speed and then you say stay at our network

@JioCare @reliancejio You guys have pathetic service for wifi. My wifi is down and your customer support person is saying after 8 pm we don't have any technician. What if issue happens after 8 pm. How are we supposed to work till next morning.

@JioCare - I inadvertently cliked on simple app and 6 months recharge made on my JiO Fiber no,while i have already recharged for 6 months, few days ago, it is quite surprising that the Jio office is saying they can't refund my money to source account pl help

@reliancejio facing accute problem of data speed most of time less than 1kbs and never exceed more than 10 kbs. Unable to use net even after paying ₹3000 for a mobile recharge per annum. Kendriya Vihar 2, Sector 25, Panchkula 134116. Please solve the problem.
