    This is disappointing service with @JioCare @reliancejio They loot the money and never return them even at their fault. I have requested for Jio STB installation and paid the amount on 6th July, yet no agent visited to install the box.

    @JioCare Where is the reply. Seems your 2-3 working days is more than usual days. No reply/call/text from anyone. Worst services. It's more than 21 days (3weeks) but no communication on refund. Need immediate intervention and my refund.

    Issue in internet on jio from approx 2 months(location- Bhorhar, araria, bihar pin-854316). many have already complaint but no response and now porting to airtel.I think i have to convert my all 3 jio sims to airtel. Really pathetic service. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia
