@JioCare am a Jio Fiber customer under 999 plan where alt balaji is my subscription..why am I not able to view the content and asking me to subscribe.. customer care have no knowledge nor any reply from jio fiber.kindy arrange for a troubleshoot call.

@reliancejio Please look into your stupid jio netwrk which isn't working when its rainy, sunny well everysingle day. Don't think only about getting money if you are providing something to the people please do it properly and check whether its convinient for the people or not. TY

I’ve been using 4 numbers of Jio for a while now. I got a disconnection msg today for non payment. I’ve made the payment at 10am today and all my numbers are not activated till now.. it has been 11 hours! Very disappointing service! Do something ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @airtelindia, I am a costumer of yours since I took my first mobile in 2013 never thought to switch my network to any other company even when @reliancejio was providing free calling and 4g internet I request you to improve your network or else I have to quit this network..
