    @Gaurav1412 @reliancejio I also reside in Bhayandar. The network is very poor of JIO in my area. They do not solve the problem just keep saying DM us DM us. Pathetic network and pathetic company!

    @Pagal_aurat @JioCare I got a call too, from a woman though, same line of conversation. But in full attack mode. Jio customer care never bothered to call but they've probably hired a different set of people just to threaten customers.

    @JioCare I personally investigated the matter and found out that the problem persists in the network provided by you. I have already complained about this to your customer care executive but no one has taken any action.

    i decide to port my jio sim to airtel Because jio gives poor connectivity and very bad customer service their oprator does not resolve the problem No Reponce From head @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence milte hai jl hi port massge bhej diya haj

    @reliancejio When we update to 5G from MyJio App our 4G speed is downgraded to worse and some users are facing call connectivity issues and this is irrespective of location. costumer care executives are of no help for this, I guess even Jio workforce dont have solution for this.
