    @JioCare been a week my Galaxy S21 FE 5G isn't picking up any 5G network in and around Vellore City, Tamil Nadu. Tried contacting customer service and they advised to follow the same steps which I already did months back while activating 5g on my handset.

    @JioCare Internet speed is down here in my area at some places. Three days before it was perfectly fine. Called customer care they claim traffic congestion is reason. I don't agree. Area where i am using #jio4g is a market where there must be 90% less data consumption on Sunday's

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported my no. From Airtel to Jio but 5G is not working my device is also compatible but still unable to use.. very disappointed!! Need to resolve it ASAP!!

    after the introduction of Jio 5G, there are a lot of disturbances in the network during calls on both the 4G n 5G networks. there's even a blackout of the internet while using the net on both 4G n 5G. @reliancejio fix such issues at earliest. #5G #5gnetwork #jio5g
