    @JioCare I am getting calls from unknown numbers since 3 months , please help , called Jio helpline but they are not helping , my no 9665040079 , getting 5 unknown calls a day , I am getting irritated by the calls now. Please help on this

    @reliancejio So many users of Jio is facing network issues. So many people has port there number from Jio to other cellular network. But we wish to continue with Jio. We want solution on this problem. We are located in Mahavir Nagar, Purna 431511 Landmark- Dr. Ambedkar Chowk

    @JioCare @reliancejio Formally approached the Appellate Authority seeking: • Accountability for the repeated service failures • Validity extension • Compensation of ₹25,000 for the prolonged outage, inconvenience, loss of productive time and deficiency in service NCH Docket No. 9542098.

    @JioCare I fail to understand where should we raise this issue? Why these firms have right to use our money without providing any services. I am literally frustrated. How many times should I beg for my money 😢😢Why we do not have strict actions against them? Why am I not receiving help😢

    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber Order ID: NO0001DY41PQ is still not installed. On 9 June, engineer Swapnil Girge completed KYC but did not perform the installation. He promised to return on 13 June, but since then there has been no response from him. Please support.

    @JioCare Raised an issue here, emailed your official ID too. All I got back was a copy-paste “regret the inconvenience, DM us your details” ,then silence. No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here
