    @JioCare Hey Jio, For the last few days your services in our area (Bahut, Mohali, Punjab)are getting worst. You should remember that besides making remin der calls to your customers to recharge their plan, providing good service to them is also your core responsibility.

    @JioCare really pathetic internet speed in my area , even i can't play pubg because of slow ne , on YouTube videos keep buffering , really bad service

    Fed up with the internet speed of airtel..still ur 4g speed is like 2g speed...from last 4 months I am facing same problem @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have complaint so many times regarding this issue ...will any other service provider gives me good internet speed @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio I have previously launched a complaint and called customer care for horrible network and have been facing the same issue . No internet even though I have bought an extra data pack . Seems porting is the only option left bcoz no resolution 4m ur end

    @reliancejio worst company I took jio postpaid plan and never took complimentary subscription of Amazon prime later I downgrade my plan after few months again I upgrade my plan and they are telling me that I'm doing fraud. I better switch to other company than this crap @JioCare

    @JioCare ever since I have bought a jio connection I'm not able to consume my full data quota. Not because I don't want to but due to slow speed. I'm with jio for last 2 years. Jio customer care is like "garibi hatao" movement of 1977.

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir, JIO customer support, JIO social media team all failed miserably to get the JIOFIBER installation task done in 10days despite paying in advance. Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.

    @JioCare I have a 4-month plan with Jio Fiber, but my Wi-Fi hasn't been working for the past 10 days. A red light is blinking; when I contacted customer care and the operator, they said it was a tower issue that would be resolved, but it still hasn't been fixed. #poorservice

    @JioCare The app is still showing “assigning engineer”. No progress or sign of the issue being fixed. No calls from the Jio team or engineer. It's the 5th day since the complaint was raised. What happened to Jio? Are they short of engineers or just taking a lethargic approach?

    I have the recording of my conversation with the customer support team... They said you should get a recharge of Rs 706 done, it will last you for 30 days... after that the next recharge has to be done on 1st July. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    @JioCare @JioCare I am tired of chasing my refund. Today I was told the refund would be processed, but the timeline has been extended to 10 June. This delay is unacceptable. If the refund is not received by the promised deadline, I will file a complaint in Consumer Court.
