    @JioCare ever since I have bought a jio connection I'm not able to consume my full data quota. Not because I don't want to but due to slow speed. I'm with jio for last 2 years. Jio customer care is like "garibi hatao" movement of 1977.

    @JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio I have previously launched a complaint and called customer care for horrible network and have been facing the same issue . No internet even though I have bought an extra data pack . Seems porting is the only option left bcoz no resolution 4m ur end

    @JioCare @reliancejio my all connections belongs to u , but internet speed is like zero, I port my connections due to poor speed of idea nd Vodafone nd now u do d hell, it bring bad credit to ur company, no charm at all, all r rogues at d end of day. That's d reason why v lag

    @reliancejio worst company I took jio postpaid plan and never took complimentary subscription of Amazon prime later I downgrade my plan after few months again I upgrade my plan and they are telling me that I'm doing fraud. I better switch to other company than this crap @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Re-opening request is not a resolution. Please share exact installation date & time and confirm ODU availability. This issue is already delayed for 10+ days due to your stock problem. Kindly escalate to senior team and ensure installation is completed within 24–48 hours.

    @JioCare Prakash ths jst fooling arnd ur cstmers i hVe been complaining since 5 days nd choose multiple times the slots besides the available slots engineer came 1 nd he went bck nd said i hv removed it from my id mke a fresh complaint..and since thn i am struggling is ths hw thing wrk?

    @JioCare Shocking experience with JioCare! My number was originally issued in my name, and all my details were verified again via 7888328170. Customer care clearly told me I can get the same number on billing, but when I visited the store, they said the number is not available

    @JioCare Now I’m trying to follow up, but no one is even picking up my calls. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. How can a number be reassigned without proper consent, and then no proper resolution given? This is a serious concern about customer data security
