    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    Hey @JioCare @RelianceJio, I ordered a new Jio SIM (Order ID:NO00015JSGBT but it hasn't been delivered yet. I received the delivery agent's contact details, but he keeps delaying the delivery every day with false promises. This is frustrating and very poor service.

    @JioCare Jio network is extremely poor in Vill - Akabelpur,Teh - Bhongaon,Distt- Mainpuri( UP)205262,despite jio tower in nearby village Garhiyagovindepur just areal distance 750 mtrs to 1000 mtrs What should I do ,even a simple massage takes long timepl make correct network immediately

    @JioCare Bought new connection yesterday and amount is fully paid, without checking fiber feasibility ORN is activated and my connection is activated by there is an issue with splitter. Yesterday and today am suffering a lot and no one is responding to the call.

    @JioCare Their 5G network is absolutely zero around my place, my daily data limit is getting consumed, so why should I stay on this network and waste my money in the name of 5G, hence I will be satisfied with 4G networkin BSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @reliancejio What a way to treat customer.Paid for a Jio AirFiber connection, got the order no., SMS for engineer installation. Then engineer denied and said the request will be cancelled, with a refund No official cancellation No refund No information unacceptable customer exp.

    Recharged my Jio SIM with the ₹349 plan on Thursday specifically for 5G internet, but 5G still isn’t working. I have a 5G-compatible device and am in a 5G coverage area. @reliancejio @JioCare , please look into this and resolve the issue. #jio #5G

    It’s been more than 2 days since my JioFiber connection stopped working, and there’s still no clear update on when it will be fixed. I’ve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. It’s causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’m getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with Jio.
