    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @trramesh @JioCare #Jio don’t care about customers. Worst customer experience. My experience with Jio is very bad. I am thinking of returning to @BSNLCorporate. BSNL has good customer support.

    @JioCare Keep on regretting and assurance. Better cancel my order and refund money. I don't have faith now on JIO service. I can get it done in couple of days from other services where I have friends or known people @reliancejio

    @reliancejio very bad customer service. I applied for the SIM online on 8th Aug still it is not delivered. I ported to jio now i have nowhere to go. Pathetic service of Jio. Home delivery of your Jio SIM has been initiated for Order Reference Number NO00015IT7NL.

    @JioCare is fraud, they take the booking amt from customr, cancel the order and then ask customer to wait for indefinite time for refund, i have been chasing them from last 20 days but still no refund, even their grievance officer do not respond order # NO0001EMKC20 @reliancejio

    @JioCare Since August 3rd, my internet has been completely shut down, not just intermittent. This delay is unacceptable. My active data packs are going to waste—will those be refunded? Please fix this immediately, or I will port my number to Airtel for better service!"

    @reliancejio @reliancejioindia Jio 5G internet is extremely unstable. Even basic usage like YouTube/video streaming keeps buffering, and the hotspot is also practically unusable. I’ve already raised the issue multiple times, but no proper solution has been provided yet. @JioCare

    @JioCare has the worst customer care service. Been days since internet is down, ticket raised, but no update, no engineer alloted or reached out, customer care online and through phone offers no help. @airtelindia I'm interested in half yearly broadband connection..time to switch
