  @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

  @JioCare after countless complaints and troubleshooting, random high ping issue didn't solve. Even the tech support have no idea and they don't care. Ping goes from 80-500 all of a sudden for no reason. Please atleast diagnose it and confirm it won't be solved. I'll go to airtel

  @JioCare just a normal question, if your customer having issue with your jio fiber services after 5pm or 7pm. Then is there any law or terms in your rule book that he/she cant have any sort of service on the same day.he/she has to wait for next day. reply @reliancejio
