    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @PrabeshPrabhu1 @JioCare One off the worst experience with jio fibre.They not even picked there own device with in month after several sr's raised also.Right now there saying like your amount will not refund.SR000018NWSU, SR0000197G3N.Please don't use it.There are not even respond on Customer care number

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I'm unable to get a service visit to resolve my jio fiber connection issue, since yesterday morning...the service visit has been postponed thrice .. location Silpukhuri Guwahati Assam .. 781003... Every time I talk to agent they say there is an system outage !

    @JioCare @reliancejio don’t have words left to abuse these bastards at Jio Fiber total thugs, guys don’t apply for a Jio connection they are absolute frauds once you cancel the connection they will not pic up the device nor refund your security deposit.

    Hey @JioCare it's been 4 days since I first complaint regarding my Jio fiber and later requested many time for Service but didn't get any response from your side. Still my internet services are on hold and issue unresolved. Please look into this matter.

    @reliancejio it is horrible to talk to Jio customer care. Jio started taking money for Netflix subscription and now forcing me to pay and threatening to suspend the service. Thinking to port out from Jio asap
