    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please initiate the refund process for the bill I paid recently. It is very frustrating. No response, no reply. We kept on highiting the issue. Why there is no reply from your team? @JioCare is far better in handling issues and providing solution

    @JioCare you guys charge premium in the name of unlimited 5G but then fail to provide even basic call services. @TRAI do you even exist? It's more than 6 months with this rubbish service. No 5G services despite paying for it. What a customer supposed to do here?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even after paying postpaid bills on time, the service is extremely poor. Connectivity in the village area is completely down. Please check this urgently and let me know by when the network will be fixed.

    @JioCare worst service.. the sales person doesn’t care to tell the procedure of providing wifi. Even after appointment has been fixed for installation they dint make it up. Neither there is a way to reach out to complain. The sales person doesn’t pick up calls either. Pathetic
