@reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

@JioCare i recently bought #jiophone to my mom. The phone is full of issues & she is not receiving any calls whenever I or anyone try to call her. She is not receiving any call when the phone is inactive. Please assist what can be done? Phone is under warranty. Worst experience!

@JioCare as a jiofiber customr after waiting 2months I cant get any service from jiofiber,they are just telling again and again after 10 days we launch our service in your area but reality is technician or manager demanding extra money for service
