Raised the request SR000037PHN3 on 6th Aug, and the service engineers are not committing on the assigned dates, and the dates keep moving. With such service, we are definitely losing on our patience.

Earlier i raised complaint and complaint no is SR000037SL29 and no one called me for that also called for follow up and that too never got response.
