@reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Two engineers have visited yesterday and fought with some random dude on the road for 15 min and left without resolving the issue and they didn’t even bother to inform us that the issue hasn’t been resolved. They just left.

@JioCare Sorry to say but this is a pathetic service especially given how your executives approach people to get Jio Fiber at their home promising so many things which all turn out to be false in the end. Could you get this installed by today early evening at max or shall I try another?

@JioCare This is the answer am hearing from the past 30+ days. Can I have the network team contact, so that I can explain them and have a fix soon. FYI, am always seeing only 1 bar on network indicator. Earlier, this used to be full, from day 1 of jio started. Pls help me restoring it.
