    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio As I complained, now jio sent me a message that service request will be resolved after 48 hours. What a bad attitude and service.

    Dear @JioCare, this is unacceptable. I raised a complaint yesterday, your technician came and fixed my JioFiber connection, and it worked for a few hours. Today, the exact same issue is back. Is this the quality of service you provide? Am I expected to call a technician every day

    @Soni18670476 @JioCare @reliancejio Same problem for me too it's look like scam they hv deducted 1200 rs and no response at all even customer care ppl cutting calls abruptly in btw calls no mail reply also . Pls if you u know let me know whether we can complaint it somewhere TRAi like ombudsman etc

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. The resolution time has been repeatedly pushed from 5PM to 1AM and now to 1PM. Stop extending ETA and fix it asap. I also expect my plan validity to be extended for the entire duration of this service outage. @jio_fiber
