Today is my last day at this address, so the pickup needs to happen today. Please urgently confirm the pickup status and arrange the pickup at the earliest. Chat support seems to keep saying "We are expanding" each time. This time they gave me a 120 days timeline to fix this issue after my second complaint since they closed first.
