@reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

@JioCare @JioFiberChennai JioFiber is disappointing My router is down twice tis month n tday I was advised just to wait for another 6hrs to get the issue resolved Is this what I paid for? Can’t the atleast be a compensation when the issue is from your end n customer has to wait ?

@reliancejio wrong bill generated and instead of correction in bill customer care asked me to pay whole amount of the wrong bill...this sort of cheating by reliance is not expected...request concerned higher official to look into the issue and provide resolution. ..9004161954

@JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

@JioCare Well the thing is it shows good signal strength and didn’t work. In early days it used to work good and I used to rely on it. Now it’s just a backup connection which still doesn’t work as good as Vodafone-Idea.

Its been so long i am trying to get jio fiber but always there is showing no feasibility in my area. Wat kind of service u r providing? Due to this i m unwillingly taking some other service which I don't like. So spread your services in my area.@AmbaniTina @JioCare @reliancejio
