    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @RitikJainHere I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉

    We are facing connectivity issue since Monday morning. We are trying to contact local manager and customer care but no response till now.we didn't expect this from your side suggesting to avoid jio very worst customer service @reliancejio
