    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare am from Perumal Kovil St, cholambedu, Thirumulaivoyal, Chennai-62. I tried to install a jio air fibre but the service person informed me that only for my street no signal there and I asked him if there was any option, he replied back like it's upto jio. Please consider

    @reliancejio @JioCare My cousin wants to shift his jio air fiber connection and no1 is helping. Can u plz help to get this connection relocated. 91-1972318226 is the number. U can contact him on RMN. We r in a bind but no1 is ready to help us. Plz get it done.

    @JioCare what is happening with your IVR and connection. My home fiber all of a sudden says data consumed and and I'm not able to reach via IVR to customer care !! Unable to do anything!! Horrible experience! #jio @reliancejio @jio

    Hi @JioCare, this issue has been pending for 1–2 years despite multiple complaints. Please escalate this to your Network/RF team. The nearest tower (eNB: 4854) still has no 5G, forcing my phone to connect to eNB: 264251 with poor speeds. I have shared further details in DM.

    Mr. Hemanth Kumar Guruswamy, Jio fiber has been down since 5 days and all I am getting is Bots telling me that someone will come. Not only no one shows up but no one in escalation team does anything. Request number SR00003D0F4X. Now a Bot will reply to this message. @JioCare

    I have never such poor service before with @JioCare , I placed a service request on Aug 1 and the since 5 days, no help has been received. The agent for some reason is putting the req on hold and stating that the door is locked when clearly we were at home. Please help.

    @JioCare there is network issue in Gaganmahal, Domalguda, Hyderabad-500029 area.. and i want some resolution for the network issue.there are lot of schools,colgs and hospitals here causing problems and people are unwillingly porting to Airtel.. please help
