    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Been with Jio fibre since it's inception but now it's time to change as Jio customer service has become a huge pain. Jio officials can look at SR00001CPVVD for more info. @airtelindia hoping to get good service from you.

    @JioCare I appreciate the dedication with which the @Jiocare team has resolved my issue. Replied to DM in the middle of night(2 AM to be precise) and resolved the issue within 12 hrs, first thing in the morning, that had been hanging for 10 days. Thnx

    @JioCare my Internet is down since more than 24 hours and no eng. Visit planned yet. Got sms notification about appointment on 10:00 AM and now it is rescheduled to 06:00 PM. While talked to engg. Came to know they work on new installations only. So service doesn't matter ????
