    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Wow this is how you resolve the request. My complaint was closed saying we tried contacting multiple times. Not a single call was made. Disgraceful and shameful. Did not know that Jio operates like this.

    @JioCare yet nothing has been done Such repeated delays without any accountability reflect extremely poor customer service and unprofessional handling of customer requests. My relocation request was raised on 25 July 2026 and I am still waiting.

    My air fibre not giving speed and even tv also buffering from the wifi for last 3 days,run diagnostics showing all ok but problem still there,called many times no body answering.what a pathetic service.will not recharge . everyone pls use local ethernet #trending @JioCare
