    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm one of your oldest JIO prepaid sim user. I live in a two storied house, the jio sim doesn't work on the ground floor and adding insult to injury it has now stopped working on the 1st floor also. I recently bought a new sim for my mother but she is unable use it. #jio

    @JioCare @V3RTICUSE Same here! Firstly they refunded only 60% deposit. Last month they even promised that the remaining amount will be refunded. Only promise, no refund. I am highly disappointed with the @JioCare. I returned the device on 8th Jan! Only famous ones gets the customer care :-/

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have applied for uninstallation of my jio fiber on 9/3/22.Till today no response from concern team or from customer care.even customer care resppnse is worst. I am not at all satisfied whatever jio team is doing.Please look after this matter ASAP.#Jio
