There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

@JioCare Hi, internet not working since yesterday, all prechecks done as per app and toll-free IVR. TT SR000018JHCS raised on 26 Jan 11:09 hour, got technician call after 28 hours, neither he came nor issue resolved. Emailed thrice, Pl align someone to get it rectify.

@reliancejio why do I need to complain to customer service every goddamn rime for your fiber service. In their system it is showing completely fine. I don’t have all the time to talk to your costumer care without having proper reason. Fed up with service. Absolutely disgusted😪
