    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio @JioMart You should have delivered what was available in stock . Now the prices have gone up, i can reorder but you should provide price difference of items. Atleast compensate the customer for their time. Difficult to trust now from next order.

    @JioCare Facing difficulty in getting my JioFiber plan changed. I only want to continue with the ₹399 + GST WiFi plan and remove the TV setup/service, but unable to get proper support. Requesting the team to please check my DM for the registered number and help resolve this ASAP

    @JioCare Can you please define what “few days” actually means? Since the last one month I’ve been getting the exact same response - “wait for few days.” There’s been no proper timeline or resolution from Jio. Kindly provide a clear update instead of repeated generic replies.

    @JioCare It has been 3 days and still no technician visit for my JioFiber issue. The service request has already been rescheduled twice automatically and my WiFi is still not working. Request ID: SR000036F96X.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare and Dipesh. No service provider will take months to resolve small tech issue. If google gemini pro is fake offer for JioFiber then let me know or raise complaint and share me SR number. Almost half of my plan validity completed still issue not resolved. Reply me
