    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    @JioCare I used to have @airtelindia is my primary sim and second sim on @reliancejio. At my office location Airtel network was not working. So I ported in Jio. Now internet is neither working at home nor in office. Only calls. Unfortunate

    @JioCare engineer is saying it will take 5-6 days complain wherever you can, what kind of service is this, restore the connection as soon as possible

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3rd in a row - Jio Fibre services not restored. Almost an affair for a month. How come you can't fix the problem. Vile Parle East - PM Road area - will you be refunding for so many days disruption or do we shift to other operator?

    "My service request (SR00003CPUMF) was cancelled even though the technician confirmed my JioAirFiber device needs replacement. No replacement has been done. Why was the request closed? Please reopen it or create a replacement request immediately." @JioCare

    @JioCare Stop giving generic response, I have given the Service Request number. Share the technician details in DM. I can’t see any details about engineer being assigned
