    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare I have requested a MNP because of the poor network coverage in my area which hampers day to day life. I have also informed about this to the executive who called me. Now, instead of fixing the problem you tend to send automated calls on why Jio is good, is useless.

    @JioCare my business has been affected and I have suffered financial loss. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I request compensation/refund for today's loss and the service disruption. Kindly arrange an urgent visit or process the appropriate refund without further delay

    Hi @JioCare my clinic wifi is not working complaint raised on 30May. Tech visit cnf for 1st. Ur tech calls on 31 sun, while clinic closed. So visit reschedule for today. Tech didn't visited. now got mail, visit reschedule on 3rd evening when clinic is off. Till then #badservice

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid for my Jio Fiber on May 31 2025 for 12 months period with 30 days extra that means my prepaid invoicing should last till June 30 2026. But Jio has disconnected my WiFi one month ahead and the customer service is unreachable. Anyone cares at Jio??

    @JioCare I have no internet in airfiber, your team says it takes 4 hours to resolve the issue. But 4 hours have never come in since 1 day. One humble request will you guys allow these many days late payment? I need an honest reply.

    @RelianceJioCare and @reliancejio Such a pathetic service from your team, especially the call support agency and field engineers. I have been without internet for the past 2 days, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This level of service is unacceptable
