Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.

Mukesh Gaur (@mukeshgaur_1980) reported@JioCare The issue needs to be properly resolved, not just temporarily fixed. Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.

Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.
