    @JioCare slow network from past six months even when it stucks i am unable to send a single message whether it's whatsapp Instagram Facebook or any other platform and also registered complaints to jio customer care 5-6 times but still no response from jio team.

    @JioCare I am having this issue of not able to receive calls or dial calls. My no. is coming switched off and when I dial any no. the dial screen comes for a second and then call drops. My work is really getting affected due to this. Please look into the matter urgently. #jio

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved. If this problem is not fixed immediately, I do not want this fiber connection anymore and request you to disconnect it." @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioFiber @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection on 9 June. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one has completed it yet. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?
