@JioCare I did a recharge of 209 on july 1 yet I received an sms saying my plan expires today. Even my jio app shows the same. Please fix this and arrange a callback from customer care. Anybody who wouldn’t remember would recharge and you would loot his money?

@JioCare You just fool customers by putting the call on a perpetual hold and tire them to exit. Me a Gold Fiber connection customer will write to TRAI to task you Speed is < 20% for download & < 1 % for the promised WI-FI speed of 300mbps after switching off & switching on.
