@JioCare on 3rd March first time I Requested to port in my number to Jio, I wanted to port it to Jio Postpaid, I deposited 350 ₹ as Security money+Prime member ship fee. That request was rejected by my previous Service provider. Please tell me the refund status of that amount.

@JioCare I have done this "reboot" exercise so many times. It doesn't resolve the problem. The problem may either be at the server, or the box installed at the spot for providing connections. May be the overhead wire cracked somewhere.
