@JioCare such a pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, I get missed call alert text message. What are we supposed to do? Missing many calls. Regular issue.

@JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.

@reliancejio My internet is down since 2 days. Still it's not fixed. Your internet is good but your service is very bad. Today Engineer came and fixed the connection in Afternoon and again it's down..... Pls resolve this type of service otherwise stop the service.....😡😡😡😡

@JioCare The chatbot experience was equally useless. Could you at least cancel the queued plan so that international roaming doesn't start after I get back to India? Goes without saying, I'll need a full refund since I haven't used the plan. Thanks.
