@JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.

@JioCare such a pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, I get missed call alert text message. What are we supposed to do? Missing many calls. Regular issue.

@JioCare what action taken by jio for wrong information by the salse excutive or technician miss behavior (as I want as I will do , otherwise not able to do) to collect money or making customers, if you could not serve and time waste irritating service .

@Hemantsogarwal9 @reliancejio @JioCare They always cheating . their purpose only recharge if I am not do they will cut connection. If I recharge then no signal unable to receive calls till next recharge, it is my worst experience with jio since 10/2021. there is no customer service.

@JioCare internet speed It is very useless to provide 10kb-50kb speed. In which WhatsApp messages are also not sent. 120 days are given for making a complaint. Can't talk properly even on call.And network point is also a show happening

@JioCare No one visited yesterday to install STB. I got two installation schedules today. One of them is at 6PM (just before your reps logoff) and another one at 8:15PM. I doubt my issue will be resolved today. There is no contact number on which I can follow up with the rep. Bad service

After 2 days of filing complaint and co operation with @JioCare all I got is their corrupt engineers demanding me for money. There has been no progress with any of my issues, it seems as if I am burning money over jio fiber, I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED NOW, CANT TOLERATE ANYMORE!!!
