@JioCare such a pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, I get missed call alert text message. What are we supposed to do? Missing many calls. Regular issue.

@JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.

I didn't knew Jio's technicians are astrologer. It's been 3 days jio fiber isn't working and technician without visiting my place claims that it will be last times problem of wire breaking and for now they don't have wires so he will come once he has wires. @JioCare @reliancejio

@Cyberdost Sir, I was just called by this number 8396826147 asking for my KYC information under guise of being @JioCare customer care, then they triggered OTP on my mobile through an app. I disconnected the call as soon as I realised. What should I do sir? Kindly help.

@JioCare @reliancejio your service is very bad. In our locality your network connection is very low. Your service is available only when electricity is available, there is no Electricity generator facility. voice call is not clear even full networks are available.
