@JioCare I recharged IR 1101 pack yesterday and I got successful activation message. Now we are in Dubai, but we did not get Jio signal. What are the steps to get a signal. I restarted my mobile when I was in India and here. Please help asap.

@JioCare @JioCare the connection is still not working. Last technical support guy said it will take 24 hours, it is already more than 72 hours but the problem remains. One thing I understand never do long term recharge with Jio, it is easier to get new connection but pain to reallocate.

@JioCare @reliancejio Your policies do not refund the customer their money when your app says transaction unsuccessful, yet deduct money and keep it queued. Customer care personnel says policies do not allow refund. Why should I pay for your incompetence ? #FAIL #Jio

@reliancejio you people are nothing doing , continuously we have complained about 4G data network problem. Simply calling and telling that we will rectify the problem, but no change from last 6 months.
