@JioCare such a pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, I get missed call alert text message. What are we supposed to do? Missing many calls. Regular issue.

@JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.

@LongtrmInvests @JioCare That has been routine for Reliance based telecom companies whether it is #Jio or earlier RCom. Pathetic customer support and grudual decline in quality of services. Better to move to renowned players #Airtel or #VodafoneIdea.

@JioCare Why is it that your internet services stop everyday from midnight for 1-2 hours? It's so frustrating. We can't even recharge at that time because of no service. Can you fix that? Or do I have to change my connection?
