@reliancejio @JioCare will port-out if your service getting down only if telecom sector does not have backend proper service then he should work on it not to get more customers. If you will provide proper service then customer will come automatically.

@JioCare Hi, I raised the concern that I am unable to recharge the no. on 06-Jan-21 (even the amount was also deducted twice) whereas the no. got disconnected on 16-Jan-21 & I was well given the assurance that we are looking into the issue so what is the point of raising the concern then.

@reliancejio Till now no installation have done. Nothing happened after logging the complaint. We are the first house in our locality who order the jiofiber. And those who order after ours there installation and activation has been done within 24 hours. But there is no status about my order.

@JioCare Boss its new phone. I’m using samsung S8 plus in this phone I get 2 signal. In my iPhone 11 I get 2 signal. Its your fault not handset.
