    @JioCare Hi this is same thing that is happening for last 5 days and no one is owing the problem I don't have a idea what is really a problem to solve it I have called multiple times to customer care there is no proper response

    @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI jio charging customers without providing a service. They are not able fix the internet issues since many months and now jio expecting customer to pay bill and even not allowing to port the number to Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The mobile network signal and internet services in this area are actually always poor. Today, the network signal is almost unavailable, and mobile data is barely usable. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    @JioCare yet to receive confirmation of Engineer visit, have requested for chage of Router multiple times over the calast, No action or No one is interested in that as well, that's why I insist to cancel the connection enough torture from ur side..u r not meant to provide service

    @JioCare I made a recharge for my son’s mobile number today at 6:03 PM (27.7.2026) but still can’t make calls , all thou we have received msg “ RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL “ Need immediate help

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio i booked an appointment for jio fiber installation but somehow after the initial payment you guys are not installing my connection neither you are allowing me to cancel the same. This is not done and really disappointed with this service
