  @JioCare I think you didn’t understand the issue. There is green light but every 15-20 minutes the wifi shows red light for 1-2 minutes. Also, my mobile sim is jio & the cellular data also stops working simultaneously. FIX THIS ISSUE

  @JioCare Nelson pls tell me what is your definition of resolve this issue ASAP? Is it today tomorrow, person's this or next life? Tell me? Vague answer doesn't help. Pls answer. Even if refund don't get release does it affect you? NO. Give answer fix time by tonight or tomorrow reply me

  tata bye bye jio fiber @JioCare @reliancejio . I got wonderful service from @airtelindia Fiber. Now onwards I will not recharge Jio. I was 300MBPs customer and fully disappointed of jio services. I will not r charge my Jio account any more.

  My @JioCare, @FibreJio, @reliancejio internet in Pallikaranai has been down for 24 hours! 😩 It's frustrating when an engineer can't visit for two days, and I'm still paying for a service I can't use. Is this fair? 😡 #JioFiber #CustomerService

  Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has been down in my area for 3+ days with no proper resolution or compensation from support. Extremely poor service experience and lack of accountability. Airtel Fiber has been far more reliable in comparison.

  @suchitra2026 @JioCare Same story ...they are running a scam..opening account , collecting data, money for some package, nobody turns up for more than a month but everytime there will be a ticket and message from some system without any follow on action. When you cancel, no money credited back. Frauds

  @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Even after multiple complaints my issue has not been resolved. I purchased for airfiber connection on 02-06-2026. Order no NO0001DTDG34 It has been 7 days yet no engineer has visited my house even after paying money and raising complants 3 times.
