    @JioCare After 5 days my internet line has been restored and after 3 hours its gone again. Customer care guy said cant raise ur complaint. Wht the hell is going on with jio. Worst line.

    @JioCare Enterprise Fiber support is practically non existent - they never reply to emails! been over 2 months, landline is still not working.

    @JioCare It's been more than 1.5 months still my set top box is not working.. Pathetic customer service.. i strongly recommend NOT to go for jio as it' has a pathetic customer service and backend.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Can you tell us if somebody requested to resolve the problem fibre how much time you will take to resolve the problem. Looks like JioFiber will resolve the problem after one year.

    @nairstweetz @JioCare Don't become #jio customer #Reliance service is baddest @JioCare In main capital area still not install my fiber from 2 months &1 year jio store NO0000H4PVZ9 They make you fool, not work , Dehradun city management is very very bad & not work address in msg, continually 3 days

    @JioCare Hi, 16 day I am patiently waiting for your response, please understand I need to recharge for higher value without this correction I can't do it, already I bared the loss not further please provide resolution earliest. This is not the way esteemed organization should behave.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How fake it could go ? Promising a call back for a new broadband connection within 24 hours from 2 days and not a single call or text ? @JioCare please help because Airtel doesn't care about new customers or even the old ones
