Chidambaram Saravanan (@ChidamSaravan) reported@JioCare Fyi. I have raised fhe same issue during Mar'26 and heard the same. What was the action taken during Mar'26? I have not seen any improvement. It seems, Reliance Jio is providing 2G only in our location.

Now they say no slots are available to reschedule, and CC has no option to assign an engineer. After repeated escalations, why is every visit missed?
