    Hey @JioCare, really disappointed. 5G+ shows but the network is weak, keeps switching to unusable 4G, and sometimes goes down for hours, facing this issue almost daily. Complaints raised but no fix. As a video editor, this is affecting my work badly. Please resolve ASAP.

    @reliancejio we are facing major network issue from last 3 months in our society in Dehradun. Even after too many attempts to reach jio about this concern. We have failed to come up with any solution. Please sort it asap. We can't even make calls and simple messages.

    @JioCare Facts: Download as low as 2–6 Mbps, upload under 1 Mbps. Ping spikes up to 8989 ms, packet loss recorded. Service collapse across colonies since 28 Feb.

    Over 24 HOURS with no JioFiber internet and still no real support from @JioCare . Service request shows “assigning engineer” but no call, no visit, nothing. Customer care is just bots with zero accountability. This is pathetic service. @reliancejio

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio SR000033GUSB After 79 days of Follow-up Finally Installation request got cancelled and why as a customer i have to followup to cancel the installation booking..! WORST SERVICE!!!
