    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioHotstar The customer care service is the only WORST ever I have encountered upon. Only voice interactive system! There’s no way to raise a service complaint in that system! Also, no human available to answer the queries.

    @JioCare Your technician connected my JioFiber device to another customer's connection during a new installation in my building. Since then, my WiFi is not working. Multiple complaints raised, but no resolution. Please fix this urgently. #JioFiber @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio why a customer has to followup cst care to redeem a voucher, currently it's not happening,I got on advance payment of 6months of my jio fiber but voucher not getting redeemed, ideally it should given automatically as extra validity,else its just troubling.

    Why does a simple jio fiber service disconnection request SR00003AOZWX takes so much time to process.why your cust service keeps calling and harassing to continue the service when it's clearly told that I don't need it? @JioCare
