@JioCare @jagograhakjago Horrible service of Jio Fibre. Took a 30 day trial didn’t like the service, before the trial got over i had disconnected. It has been more than 10 days my device has not been picked up. I am calling the toll free number daily.

@fiber_jio @reliancejio was using the Jio fibre service in Odisha from Dec’20-Mar’21. As a process had surrendered the device and every defined step was followed. Out of the refund amount ₹1500, only ₹500 was returned. Have been following up since then.
