@JioCare Surprised and disappointed with your response.The question is not about feasibility but about communication.If the staff mentions 3 days, an official communication must be sent to the customer.Else mention that it is not possible.Can't keep the customer waiting with no commitment

@JioCare @TRAI this is the second time in last 12 hours when the jio network is completely down again in my area. This is some kind of routine thing they do. They suspend services more than they provide in my area. This is a horrible experience for people using jio in the area.
