    @JioCare Hi i have DM you as requested, need your immediate action, till yesterday due amount was 274 and today it shows 1099 with incorrect billing period over an email, either action it appropriately or discontinue your services where customer care disconnects the call without solution!

    Worst service jio pre paid plan looted customer @JioCare @reliancejio @htTweets 25th November. 2021 Rs 2599 hotstar plan reacharge but customer care team said you plan not activated.

    @JioCare Your customer service are very poor nobody responded for customer problem regarding jio internet. I have many time contacted for net issue but they given only one reply we are sorry issue will resolve within 2 days there after nothing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio sim and currently I need recharge invoice receipts from 1st April 2021 but in my jio application, I am not able to find the same. So will you please help me and provide me all recharge transaction receipts?

    @JioCare No way to connect to a HUMAN support executive. The voice assistant has limited options to choose from. What if the customers have a different query? Who is going to solve that?
