    @JioCare How much longer? I'm tired of @JioCare 's automated responses. All talk, no work. What issue is it that it takes 40+ hours to clear? And I still pay for the outage duration, no reduction in the bill either. Hopeless, worthless, waste of money with zero accountability or service.

    @JioCare Disappointing!! I received a call saying my complaint has been taken and will be resolved. But when I asked for a timeline, I was told there is no timeline. Feels like your team has no intention to resolve complaints and is just giving scripted responses to close the complaint.

    but there is no response from him. I also tried calling JioCare, but the call only says the request is already raised and then disconnects. Please let me know if an engineer will visit and resolve the issue soon, as the internet is still not working.
