    @JioCare Kindly do your actual act instead of messaging and giving excuse.After getting harassed by customer care I raise disconnect then from your technical team guy Ravi approached me and assure thing will be resolve after raise request in jio. Next day onwards his phone is switched off

    @Airtel_Presence If I don't get compensated for the days I've lost in my pack due to network being down then the first thing which I'll be doing is asking for a refund and cancel the subscription, and second I'll switch to Jio @JioCare. Now it's upto you to decide 1/2.

    @JioCare I have requested to port to Airtel because there is network issue in Chennai one IT SEZ My jio plan expires on 22 dec but since today morning it is very slow even though I have enough data left Seems like this is being done on purpose since I am porting out

    Dear @JioCare, URGENT HELP required as I suspect that my Jio Fiber ONT router has been broken into (hacked). I noticed few unknown devices, and hence I have immediately proceed with the factory reset. I have no idea since how long this has been going on, (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Now we have got a message that engineer has visited us but since we weren’t present our request is canceled and there will be no refund. This is unfortunate because the engineer never called us nor we were given his number.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Had a terrible experience with Jio. We had recently disconnected the Jio fiber since we relocated and Jio wasn’t serviceable at this new location. We have raised multiple request but the engineer never came to collect the equipment.
