    @JioCare Team, Your SLA of 48 hours for a service request / complaint raised was already passed still no one bothered to address the concern! Does customer satisfaction matters to Jio anymore? Or you don’t damn care about it ?!

    @JioCare Dear Customer, We are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since 24-04-2026 07:29 AM, due to which services for your JioFiber Connection with JioFixedVoice Number 2235548832 may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by 24-04-2026 11:29 AM.

    @JioCare @JioCare Thanks for the update. This issue has already been pending for 16+ days. Please provide a clear delivery timeline or resolution status for Order NO00015CZT6Z. Also confirm if the SIM will be delivered or if I should proceed with refund.

    @JioCare Why your team have to unnecessary push jio air fibre connection which I don't need? Need assistance in relocation of JioFiber within same pincode with a distance of 1.5km from the existing location. Please help. 033 35522108

    @JioCare This is not a coverage issue. Earlier n78 (3500 MHz) was working perfectly at the same location with ~700 Mbps. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.
