    @JioCare My Jio fiber went cold 3 days back and I'm still waiting for a response from the team. No one visited the location in the last 3 days. Pathetic service from Tirupati branch. This has been going on for months, so I'm planning to dump the entire jio thing.

    JioFiber down for 6+ days in pincode 802119. Only automated outage messages, no human support. Local Jio point says vendor left and restoration may take long. Paid till November. Restore service or migrate to AirFiber without extra charges. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Due to ongoing issue since 30th April, decided to not use your Jio fiber anymore . Please close the account and take your device writhin one week as I already switched to other network.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. More than 15 days passed but still no installation and no proper response. Only automated replies are coming. If not resolved immediately, I will file complaint in Consumer Forum and request full refund.
