Kumar Gaurav (@krgauravrocks) reported@reliancejio I raised a complaint SR000034PX7V. An engineer visit was scheduled around 16:00-17:00 IST, 30th April. No response, nothing. Then I called customer care and my ticket is on hold without providing confirmation code. So, no "neeyat" of providing fix. @JioCare
