@JioCare @reliancejio very poor and unprofessional service . I upgraded my jio Fibre plan from 599 to 999 and I was told I will get prime subscription free but it's been over 24 hrs and even after complaining 3 times no one bothers to call or provide solution .How pathetic 🤬

@reliancejio I have recharge my number 5 days ago. Even after I have received message that money is deducted from my bank account to reliance jio. I have not received any recharge nor I get my money back. I have try to contact to your customer care but there is no response.

@reliancejio today i booked a post paid connection online, jio excutive came to my place and took my biometric, adhar details and photo, since the number of my choice was not available the sale was cancelled, but later i found that a SIM was activated..help me cancel it.
