    @JioCare mobile is unable to read my simcard. I am not getting any signal strength. I am unable to log in my jio app. Your customer care and twitter handle has not been able to help so far. I am just going to wait for few hours before I lose my **** and port it to @airtelindia

    Horrible service right out the door from @reliancejio @JioCare Installation time slot missed, no intimation. Their agents Mr. Surinder Singh is no longer picking calls. Shady behaviour

    @JioCare It’s very very sad I got a Jio sim but for the last two days you’d system shows the sign but call do not go through earlier some of your person assured for good service but it’s the other way round very SAD my mobile no 9560197368

    I have been using @reliancejio from past 4 years but never had such kind of issue. I really want to the reason for my SIM getting dead outta nowhere.

    @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Plan : 299 with 100 discount : 199 + 18% gst total 235 Usage: 8 days from 25th Sep to 3rd Oct Calls were not in use frm 4th Oct to 20th Oct till the date of Porting. We complained a lot but no resolution so we ported out in @JioCare .So on what basis Bill 306
