    Dear @JioCare my sister accidentally did recharge of 999 instead of 599, then she called your customer care to convert this plan into599 and add remaining money to next recharge or refund it but your executive says that it's not possible pls help! Because 3gb/day is useless 4 her

    @TechFactsRafee @reliancejio It was a revolution at inception, excellent Speed but now I would not recommend to a single person to go for #Jio worst customer care service @JioCare (सारे पागल है) they will keep repeating one line answer, sorry for inconvenience/ you are valued customer उसके अलावा कुछ नहीं

    @JioCare The team came with tools and did not resolve the issue (AGAIN). Jio simply can not serve the customer. I am moving to airtel on first opportunity.

    This is for the reference purpose today due to misconception have done recharge in another number ,is there any remedy or solution to credit the recharge back in my jio account.or should I talk with the beneficiary who has received the recharge benefit.@reliancejio.please advice
