  @JioCare @reliancejio Last 2 days se network issue chal raha hai. Speed sirf 2.2 Mbps aa raha hai, internet properly use nahi ho pa raha. Location: Balijori, Jharsuguda, Odisha - 768202 Please fix this urgently. Otherwise service quality bahut poor lag raha hai.

  @JioCare No one has visited till now.. I went to the Vrindavan JioFiber office and found out.. No complaint has been received regarding my problem.. Till now my problem has not been solved.

  So the new @JioCare model is: take payment → no delivery → say “escalated” → disappear → ask customer to collect from store? SIM ordered 5+ days ago, agent took my address 2 days back… still nothing. If I have to go to the store anyway, why advertise doorstep delivery? #JIO
