RahulM (@TheRaptor82) reported@JioCare My 1 GBPS AirFiber connection has very unstable network performance (high latency and packet drop). Your customer care number 18008969999 is of no use because your support analyst does not understand the basics of internet network issues - latency and jitter. She kept asking if the speed was fine and I said yes, but the latency and jitter are high. The usual troubleshooting - disconnect the cable and reboot the router - I have tried multiple times. I need a capable support agent to physically visit and sort out the issue today. I have an important customer call 6.30 - 8.30 pm IST today. And pls train your agents on networking concepts. If they don’t understand what latency and jitter are, it is unfortunate. And if this is the state of a 1 GBPS AirFiber connection for a single laptop, worth Rs 4999 per month, then I have nothing else to say. See attached screenshots, anyone capable will understand the latency issues.
