  @JioCare Team I need a physical support at my residence to fix intermittent internet issue with my Jio Fiber. I called your customer care and requested for the same but they denied. I have old people who are challenged and cannot troubleshoot over the phone. Pls understand!

  @JioCare @reliancejio I am not happy with the way my Jio fibre connection is working. It's a 30 Mbps connection but it doesn't works satisfactorily at all. Even the DTH doesn't streams seamlessly. I am unable to do most of my works properly. Requesting a speedy solution.
