    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing call disconnection and internet browsing issue in my area . Village dhekari tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 .one jio tower is installed here in last month but still that tower is not working properly. Please resolve this issue soon as possible

    I have tried to get new jio fiber connection multiple times from last 1.5 year every time endup getting same response that we don't have connectivity in your area. Hardly 200 meters away people have Jio Fiber connection. Need help. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare

    @reliancejio I regret to say that your Jio Fiber customer service sucks. Never seen such useless and insensitive customer service executive in my life. I was talking to a guy called Saddam Hussain who was not at all empathetic. Very frustrating 👎👎

    @JioCare Same story everyday, iam calling customer care every day and today I called them 3 times, the only thing they do is move the appointment to next day. If it is not done in the next few days the only option I have is to cancel the order and ask for refund
