@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing call disconnection and internet browsing issue in my area . Village dhekari tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 .one jio tower is installed here in last month but still that tower is not working properly. Please resolve this issue soon as possible

@reliancejio pathetic customer service. I asked for blocking and cancellation of my old number which isn't in use any more. Customer service is asking 7 days. I even asked to block it 6 months ago too (I thought it's done) . @TRAI

@JioCare Karuna, Responded on DM with both details. Your system will probably tell you it was done on customer’s request. It certainly was NOT on mine. If installation won’t happen today, I am cancelling.

@JioCare least you can do is be transparent. Promise something and then just don’t turn up on it isn’t great to experience. I am thinking of cancelling my connection right away with this kind of shoddy service experience even for installation. Can’t imagine what service will be
