@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing call disconnection and internet browsing issue in my area . Village dhekari tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 .one jio tower is installed here in last month but still that tower is not working properly. Please resolve this issue soon as possible

Services of jio network has been worst since they launched jio 5G. 2gb data given for entire day but you can't use even 1/4th of this.Such a bad network they are making fool From Ambedkar Nagar Uttar Pradesh internet doesn't work smoothly #Jiodown @reliancejio any other option?

@JioCare , I was duped by your salespeople. I was told that my modem was being 'updated' whereas the sales person sold me a new connection! In effect, I was sold two connections for complaining about poor service! Now, I am being asked to pay for the old connection too. Pl help!

@JioCare Jio fibre connection is down for more than 5 hours and the slot provided for technician is after 2 days..is this the quality of service now we have to live with ?
