  Jio is now scamming their customer with a name of customer support. My cancelled JioFiber connection refund was marked as "Complete" by support, but NO money has been credited to my bank account. Checked all statements—zero transactions. No help from jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Every reply assigns a different agent who asks me to explain the entire issue again. Please assign one dedicated case owner who can review the previous conversation and take this to resolution instead of repeating the same questions. My issue has been pending for weeks.

  @JioCare @JioCare Are you looking into the issue .Re-iterating my issue again. 1.Postpaid plan but I have to recharge like prepaid each month.(I need rental bill same like postpaid) 2. Two voucher coupon deducted though both recharge was unsuccessful. (Total 300/- Loss, please add again)
