@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing call disconnection and internet browsing issue in my area . Village dhekari tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 .one jio tower is installed here in last month but still that tower is not working properly. Please resolve this issue soon as possible

@ViCustomerCare When I went to your store earlier today for porting in of my numbers, I was told that as my numbers are in postpaid, I cannot port in to Vi prepaid. Is it true? Is there any guideline regarding this as @JioCare is ready to accept me as its prepaid customer.

@JioCare My jio fiber connection is not working from today morning. Still no resolution provided on my SR. The expected time of resolution is passed. How do I escalate it? SR000014BGTQ. My work is severely impacted!
