    @JioCare Please get me the exact solution. Fed up with direct messaging and so on. Your service centres, Jio stores and Reliance Digital stores have done nothing to resolve the issue. They keep sending me from one place to another. Who compensates for the time lost and unnecessary travel?

    @JioCare I'm fed up of following up yet again in the DMs and getting back pre-populated replies. Is this the kind of "world class" customer support we expect from a "brand" like JIO ? It is taking forever to refund an amount that I should have got 6 months back. What an "escalation" !👏
