    @JioCare Day 15, no @reliancejio @JioCare engineer is interested to resolve my relocation jio fiber connection. Not sure how should i request so that they can come. Customer care have only one answer, your query will be resolved in 24 hours.

    @reliancejio can you look into REQ MR0000yislw9? In my locality, we are facing JIO tower issue. It's been more than 10 days. Whenever electricity goes, the tower will stop working. Please have a look or tell us to port to another services.

    What he **** is wrong with this @reliancejio network? There is a tower just 10 meters away from my house and I am getting only 1 bar of network and no Internet. I think its time to port to Airtel.

    @JioCare I will do so....but problem is my number has not crossed 90days time. I dont know why porting from postpaid to prepaid is counted as new port, thus binding to the 90-day cool down 😐
