    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare The network problems (Call drop, no voice, slow/dead internet speed) started occurring 7 days before and it is getting worse after every day. Is there any solution or it has become a permanent problem? #pathetic

    @jitudas160 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @JioCare visited the nearest jiostore to migrate from prepaid to postpaid the service was terrible and the person even entered wrong info and now it cant be cant be done and im stuck again with prepaid and I don't want to go back there

    @JioCare waah ! 4 network failures in not even 48 HOURS!! Have been trying to reach the customer care - NOT REACHABLE, Service Engineer - NOT REACHABLE. Fiber n/w has regularly been down, and I have installed this connection not even 48 hours back.
