    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio This is unacceptable. Internet is down 5 days out of 10. Your engineer forced me into a 6-month plan for a pathetic service. Fix it immediately or refund half my money (keep 3 months for 10 days) so I can switch to a reliable provider. Escalate to billing.

    @JioCare Its almost 7 days and still you are not getting slots for engineer's visit? Are you seriously interested in giving customer service? Whereas your competitors are giving service on the same day. Your engineer are cherry on cake, totally unprofessional behavior and 0 responsibility

    @JioCare Navin the details provided by you are 3 weeks old, means you didn't read everything or SR is not updated from 3 weeks. That shows reason for the delay of my #jiorefund cause more development has happened after that but none of you guys helped to resolve issues

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber : Team Jio, we are facing Jio fiber issues for a week & no engineer is visiting our place. Engineer cancelled the request & marked resolved. Reason given: All engineers in our area are on strike. When can we expect actual resolution?

    Hi @JioCare , my JioFiber has been down for the last 4 days. An engineer visited and confirmed it's a backend/network issue, but my complaint was closed without resolution. The connection is still not working. Please resolve this urgently. I'll share my details via DM.

    @JioCare Hi Team Even after three days to the above communication, still I m clueless with the support or response from your team about resolution and required action. Never thought that Jio will behave so helpless. Any thoughts, how this needs to be approached now.

    My Service Request number SR00003AHZBP is getting rescheduled since 7th July. Now it is again rescheduled for 12th July. Get my AirFiber connection back live by today end of day any how. Or refund all the downtime period experienced @JioCare
