ROKER (@ROKER_001) reportedHey @JioCare, I’m facing a major billing issue with my Jio AirFiber. I paid ₹706 for my pending bill AND ₹1060 to upgrade to the 100 Mbps plan (Total ₹1700+). I also redeemed a ₹300 voucher. Despite all, my plan is still showing 30 Mbps and no benefits are reflected.
