    @JioCare @JioCare you are being of NO HELP, can you let me know where can I escalate further ?? I think this is the right of a consumer/customer to know the proper chanel of escalation if the work is not getting done for almost 2 months.

    @JioCare I have been hearing the same assurances for 30 days. ‘System restriction’ cannot be a reason for repeatedly delaying my service. Please provide a confirmed engineer visit date and time instead of another assurance. My issue is still unresolved, and I need an actual resolution.

    @JioCare How many days do you need to do your job? I have paid money already and you guys are purposefully stalling me. If I don't get my issue resolved under 7pm, I want fully disconnection and discontinuation of my jio fibre and fully refund of my existing and new plan
