    @JioCare I received a mail that you've scheduled another engineer visit. That is not going to work because the engineer won't have my number. They won't be able to reach my place. It's already been attempted twice. Can someone please stop using saved messages and understand the issue??

    @JioCare It’s been days and my rebate SR (SR0000348COB) is still “in progress” with no update or credit. How long should a customer wait for a simple rebate? This unnecessary delay is unacceptable. Kindly escalate immediately and process my full rebate for ~13 days downtime on priority

    @reliancejio @JioCare #jio #jioairfiber Worst service provider jio airfiber at karaikal. No proper speed. Worst customer care experience. I purchased 100mbps. It comes only 10mbps speed. I am going to switch BSNL FTTH. This will better option. There is no jio line fiber karaikal

    @JioCare The response given is useless as informed earlier many times it's not working. Had u intend to assist them you could have email the document easily, but troubleshoot is not your skill. You seems to be getting salary for being dump.

    @JioCare why the hell is my internet not working. No basic internet, no upi's working, unable to even see instagram. It was really great before but this has gone into horsesh*t since past 2 weeks. Let me know what can be done to make it work smoothly !!! #Jio #Bakwaas

    @JioCare This is the worst way to annoy a customer. First, you take all the details and then do nothing. When asked for an update, you say “we are working on i” and then simply ask for the details again. This shows that the cancellation process was never started it’s just a waste of time.

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working from Saturday 4 days, customer service is not helpful and not giving any appropriate update. We have to work , how do I work without internet? Please look into this issue. For details reach out to me
