    @JioCare @GKSinghal3010 Cancellation ws done within 60 days. If ur executive collects as per his convenience, thats not our issue. U can check ur sys that cancellation date is 31st Aug-Installation date 3rd July. Thats not 60 days as per our math. Pls let us know if we need to take math class again or u

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No Airtel network signal in my town Jairampur, Arunachal Pradesh (792121) since yesterday. My suggestion is stop working on 5G technology & focus more on the existing services also saving Government's resources. Let @reliancejio do the 5G thing.

    @JioCare My brother is having jio sim but the problem is that it's internet is slow in my area but when I go to some another place it works well.If you can look at the problem regarding slow internet then I can think of porting my sim. Moreover I have my classes and need stable internet.

    @JioCare ur service is very bad at this location pin 441916, This is rural area, and there is no back up generators so as electricity is off network is gone with it.

    @JioCare I returned my jio fibre, and the engineer took my fibre on 30 aug. And till now, I didn't received my refund of 150p rupees. Lodged complaint regarding the same, but didn't received any response till now. My service request request no SR000016SD6I.
