@JioCare Hello Sir/ Madam, I want to install Jio Fiber in my home and i registered in myJio app and the customer executive said we cannot install JioFiber in nearby area as he is getting complains and it also not possible till 3-4 months. But in my friend house it is installed.

@reliancejio have an idea to share with Problem statement: due to this covid pendamic , we all moved from city to our villages and hence Not able to continue using internet facility. Solution: If the jio sim/E sim is given to the jio fiber customer. He can continue using it.

@JioCare @reliancejio - My fiber connection is giving me many problems. Tried reaching to the customer care many times but no one's picks up calls or replies to chat. This is terrible. After providing such good & stable net, now you're just ruining your reputation.
