Also, I have spoken to your customer care multiple times - only empty promises. The entire Chedda Nagar is affected, and many of us are now considering switching providers.

For the past 3 months, there’s an outage every alternate day; 6-8 hours during daytime. Check your SMS logs from the last 90 days, the pattern is clear. You must discount our bills by more than 50%
