    @JioCare I have a prepaid plan of JIO Fiber "Unlimited@150 Mbps". To day my internet connection was disconnected. When I contacted customer support, I received a voice message that I have exhausted my data and asked me to top-up. I do not know what is unlimited data.

    @JioCare Sir, we are not satisfied your answer.because last 2 years my side no better service, The area some jio consumer avoid jio or take other network ,400 , 500 mtr, from jio tower no better service, then what are doing your company.I think it is company negligence

    @JioCare Don't write these kind of automated lines. I need resolution but Jio can do false commitments and promises. You can't help me, you are master in writing these waste line. I have no expectations from you now. Bye

    @JioCare Why is just having a word with your customer department so difficult. I had engineer visit scheduled for today. No one called and I have wasted 3 hours in connecting with someone. How can Jio have such irresponsible customer care management.
