How is @reliancejio @reliancegroup not lodging a huge offensive cybercrime investigation into this? If they do this with me, they can hack into any network.

Still unanswered why a service call should take 8 days, and why I had to send my person to your office at Reliance mall on OP Road only to be told that he would have to go to another reliance office at Undera.

If the refund is not credited by then, I will proceed with my complaint before the Consumer Forum. I hope Jio resolves this instead of continuing with generic replies and unnecessary delays.

...... (@lmaodedman) reported@JioCare The issue is not about 5g,4g. Even 4g doesn't works. The network goes completely off when someone calls and then I get a message that I missed a call. Such issues are very common and happen 5-10 times a day.
