    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I cancelled my jio fiber connection on 1st aug. I have not received my refund. @reliancejio Your folks from sales and customer care teams are hanging the phone in middle of the talk. Pls suggest what to do. First they fail to install it and now this.

    @JioCare you people reply without reading the previous conversations and history of the customer account. Already three appointments are scheduled and missed by your so called engineer and no one visited. in-spite of finding the reason behind that you just copy paste your reply.

    @JioCare unable to make or receive calls or get access to data. Been on customer care line for over 40 mins now. Not connected yet. This is pathetic. I pay 5-6k everymonth as postpaid bill. This is the service i get

    @JioCare my jio fiber no. is 1453557918 my internet is not working. When I called cust. care they asked to book slot on myjio app. App is showing service will be provided after 14 August, today is 12th August. You want me wait for 3 days to get service back???

    @JioCare using jio fiber fr last 1 mnth..made a complaint tht my ofice IP phn is not connecting with their internet...engineer came tday and said 3rd party devices won't work with jio...shocked to know. so jio want us to buy IP phone from them too? @AirtelXtream looking to switch

    @JioCare Just now engineer came and fix the issue but he told me that the complaint given to him just now. I complained 24 hrs before and customer care told me it will be fixed within 24 hrs then why didn't you send any engineer within 24 hrs. When I'm twitting then you are responding.

    @JioCare I have contacted in your customer care service they told that i can't use 2.5 gb of data because first i have to use all 75 gb add on data after that i can use my daily 2.5gb data pack and as you said i have provided you with my contact number and concern,thank you for responding
