    @JioCare Hi Gladwin, I have been receiving the same escalation message repeatedly, but there has been no actual progress from your team. This delay for a basic installation is unacceptable and reflects very poor service. Management.

    @JioCare Why am I continuously receiving wrong feedback updates from Jio Customer Care and the technician team? Before updating the service request status, you should verify with the customer whether any technician has actually visited the location or not. (2/3)

    Paid ₹2222 for Jio Air Fiber on May 7. Promised same-day install, but tech came late on 8th. STB never activated—4 days, endless excuses, no TV service despite recharge! Total fraud? @JioCare @reliancejio #jioairfibar #jiofraud

    Dear @JioCare ​It has been 3 days since I recharged my Jio AirFiber account, but I am still unable to use the service. ​The days of my plan are passing by, yet I have no access to the connection. This is causing me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Since this is an error on your end and I have already fulfilled the payment, I request that these lost days not be counted in my monthly cycle. I expect these days to be added back to my validity once the service is restored. ​I have already sent my Service ID to you via DM.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is 5th time in 6 months. my internet is not working. i called customer care. says all good at my area /locality. even it is showing signal my lapotp.. showing available wifi.. 914035735353 can you pls check on priority..

    From last 3 days Jio Fibre connection is not working. I have made complaint many times but no heed was paid to it. The guy from the Jio has visited 2 times and said that the fault will be rectified by the 3rd O&M team. My Jio Fibre no. +91-6123144074 @reliancejio @JioCare @jio
