Jio broadband customer service is worst, for the past 2 months I've been asking them to correct my billing address (SR00001D21M5)& they R closing the case saying Jio Landline is not reachable. U idiots should know i don't have have any landline @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I am trying to relocate my jio fiber to my new house which is under the servicable area but still no technician or engineer is coming to fix my problem and user interface of your app cant find the building in the map where i m staying. Its really disappointing.

I told U right, you guys are fit for nothing as usual closed this service request SR00001D21M5 saying tried reaching on Jio Landline & it was not reachable hence closing the case. You idiots should know i don't have any Jio Landline to call me. @JioCare @reliancejio
