    @JioCare my dad's Jio ID is 31468201, and one of your service officials colluded with my ****** of a neighbour to tamper with my outdoor broadband unit to divert a new connection to his newly installed broadband unit. If this is how you treat you customers, stop your service.

    @JioCare All details have been shared on Aug 12 and still no updates. Services should not have to wait to be put up on a public forum to provide necessary deliverables. The lack of no real human customer support is staggering and a dead end.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have already shared my Jio number, complete address, PIN code, and other details with your team several times. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly providing the same information, there has been no improvement in the network or 5G availability in my area. @TRAI
