    @JioCare More than a week and still waiting for @JioCare to process my JioAirFiber cancellation request. No updates, no action, no accountability. This is exactly why I have switched to @airtelindia. Poor customer service at its worst in jio.

    @JioCare There is no Reschedule option in the app. The technician never showed up at 12 PM, and the issue is still unresolved. Please provide a real update instead of template responses. Check DM

    @madridfan07 @JioCare Almost in every place in Chennai, there is no jio signal at all or will get only one or two bars in some places so jio is getting worse

    @JioCare My problem is my jio fiber bill is generated incorrectly and all I am getting in replies is a system generated text specifying how a bill is calculated. Is this how u waste time of ur customers? Or is it the strategy to force us to pay a double bill?? @reliancejio

    @JioCare We are at Monday end !! Why was I charged before service was provided ?? Rather if you cannot stand by the commitment at least return the money back. You can’t hold the money back without promised service
