    @JioCare Till now no body care? I don't know how jio fiber will correct themselves. Lose customer without business and service plan?

    Jio is requested to provide a genuine human interface for basic customer services. Same automated response, irrespective of issue raised, is frustrating and serves little purpose. The deficiencies in customer service are all too evident. @reliancejio @ConnectCOAI @ITS_MoC

    @reliancejio Great “True 5G” — as long as you’re standing outside. 🙃 Indoor signal is pathetic, outdoor is barely usable. Is stepping outside now a requirement to use Jio? Fix your network. #Jio #JioNetwork

    Day 8 of trying to get my eSIM activated, and still absolutely no hlp frm Jio. The customer service has been nothing but frustrating. I’ll keep posting about this every day until Jio finally fix my issue @JioCare @reliancejio — he is it this difficult to provider basic support

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio This also happened with me then I lodged complaint to consumer affairs helpline. After that I received my money back.

    @JioCare how do i enable international roaming in my pre paid mobile connection in canada my number is from assam circle . I cant be physically present in India soni need a resolution asap as I am facing major issues
