The issue is still not resolved and there is no proper update on the MyJio app. This is very poor service. Either resolve my issue immediately or disconnect my connection. Employee from Jio openly threatened “complain anywhere,connection will take min 5 days.”Also said if I cancel, he’ll ensure I never get Jio again.
