Akshay Saxena (@AkshaySaxena12) reported@JioCare I am still facing the issue, highlighted multiple times to the customer support team. Nobody is able to help. There is no Audio in the STB Box, no engineer visit is done. Its better I disconnect the Jio Fiber connection. If your team cannot help
