    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare To remove any doubt, I challenge Jio support to call my Jio number +918487917379 and verify whether the SIM is currently active and capable of receiving calls/SMS. If your support team is able to successfully call this number and confirm that the SIM is active. @JioCare

    @JioCare System restrictions" won't fix a physically severed cable outside my house. The wire was cut into two during electricity work. Diagnostics and IVR bots cannot fix a physical break—only a field engineer with a splicing tool can. My work is completely blocked today.

    It's ludicrous to note the amount of times our @JioCare internet keeps dropping or getting disconnected every month even after their supposed upgrade and repair. Such a poor service provider with the WORST customer service and want to charge a premium

    @reliancejio @consumerhelpline @jiocare worst customer support.. all executives are disconnecting calls.. it’s been 5th day, internet issue has not been resolved yet.. when calling support all are disconnecting calls.. engineers visit is getting rescheduled but no one visited yet
