    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare The details were already shared in chat and some generic troubleshooting document is being forwarded. Whereas the issue is related to recent change of STB and a service ticket has to be opened.

    @JioCare The network strength in Gurgaon Sector 43 is very weak. The network drops, internet lags, and payments don’t go through. The exact location is DLF Commercial Building in DLF Phase 5 (opposite DLF Camellias and Magnolias)

    @JioCare @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has not been installed or activated at my location, but billing has already started. I am being charged without receiving the service. Please stop the billing immediately and reverse/refund any charges. Booking No.: LR00001EGSH3
