@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@reliancejio @JioCare my sincere request please improve the internet speed and signal quality in my area. Its been almost 1 month the Jio internet is damn slow after evening 6 pm. We have been complaining several times but i believe it is not been considered seriously.

@JioCare sir my jio fiber net is not working since last one month. I m fed up of registring complaints on your toll free number. No resolution till date. No written or verbal confirmation from me to close the call but it says issue resolved. Highly unprofessional.
