    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @_cpsharma @JioCare I have suffered with this trouble for one and half month. At last I had to ask for disconnection. They delayed that for another month. Finally gave complaint on CPGRAMS portal. They disconnected and took their equipment within a week. The customer care will speak all sushi words

    @JioCare Again a fantastic bull **** response ..do you guys even read email or what is written in customer issue ??how does it matter if technician will not visit and can just mark it resolved… why should i reschedule if I don’t have a problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged for 2GB/day 4G + Unlimited 5G, but whenever 5G drops, speed drops to absolute ZERO instead of falling back to 4G. Paying for both but getting neither! Please resolve this. A 2G network speed was better than your 4G speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - Extremely slow internet speed, even during normal hours - No proper network coverage in my area *[Rangagora, Nagaon, Assam]* - This is causing a lot of inconvenience in my daily work and communication. As a paying customer, I expect reliable service. (3/4)
