    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @ViCustomerCare @ankitkhandwe Same condition was in banglore n gave 1 chance to improve the speed but after recharge they informed that it will take 3months to fix the issue which never happen so I said bye to Vi and Hii @JioCare. Even you can try it now I have best coverage with call and speed in new network

    @IamRajii @JioCare Using it for past 18 months. Not good. Their last mile connectivity is terrible. Frequent disconnections.

    @JioCare Upon confirmation from Jio, I got disconnected BSNL Fiber. Now your rep at Kota (raj) says it can't be installed in my apartment on station road. What's this? Is it how it plans to build pan India network ? Is there anyone responsible & accountable to solve it ?

    @reliancejio Your service engineer visited my place @2.05 pm and expressed his inability to provide me jio fiber connection even though my area is under green Zone. I've already make the payment. I tried to contact your official but for no avail. My Ref. No. NO0000GO5X7H
