My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

Himanshu Satija (@hdsatija) reported@JioCare Just spoke to the service engineer. His duty hours are 9 AM–6 PM. Then how can assign a service visit for 10 PM? Are these fake time slots just to fool customers and close complaints? This is not customer service.
