    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @PranayCC @JioCare Not a practical solution, sadly. They'll just use another number. Trust me I get calls from a telecom company from their employees personal numbers asking me to recharge. I just can't prove it

    @JioCare Shubham, are you even ashamed of informing your costumer that @reliancejio @JioCare will not be able to refund? The ask for a refund is basis no internet connectivity with 0 to no jio support in my location for nearly a month now. (1/1)

    It's highly fraud of @JioCare @reliancejio of your fibre jaipur team that fakes the complaint appointment and keep that rescheduling without resolving it for days. It's this really a jio owned service or a road side fraud service agency?? Would you escalate this SR00002N2S64.

    @JioCare If wifi is not working, you should sent the guy immediately, but nooo there will be unavailable slots, now my work is hampered due to your issue. Now your executive is still not here. 2days without internet. In you have audacity to tell me call your executive. What you're doing?

    @JioCare Your service personnel called. Instead of giving service or visiting site he is twisting questions. If you do not provide solutions we will port our jio numbers and do not renew jio air fiber. Thank you

    I have already paid to your sales agent for Jio wifi service on 29th july (LR0000161WCW). He is not responding to msg/calls and has blocked me as well. This is cheating. When the installation will be done? There is no way to reachout to Jio to raise a compalint. @JioCare
