My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

Complaint registered on day 1, but no engineer visited despite repeated follow-ups. Issue resolved only after I requested disconnection. Now even 199 call are disconnecting.

Only getting repeated “4 hours” promises with no actual fix. Very disappointing support experience. @JioCare please resolve this.
