    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare Repeated service interruptions on Jio AirFiber are unacceptable. Continuous connectivity issues are causing unnecessary inconvenience and raising serious concerns about service quality. I request an immediate investigation, a clear explanation, and a permanent fix.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is disgusting. The ticket SR00003CT819 is closed for 6th time. Plz show some dignity. You guys only know to reopen and close and again reopen and again to close the tickets. And this loop continues without any resolution. Jio is a MAD org

    @reliancejio @JioCare The network in Salchapra, Cachar district (Assam) has been terrible for the last two days. Forget 5G, I’m not even getting proper 4G. Such pathetic service from Jio

    @JioCare @JioCare You reopened the service request and the engineer will again just call me and mark the request as resolved just like what happened today. There should be repercussions for behavior like this, the engineer is disconnecting my calls whenever it connects showing intention.

    @JioCare Sales executive promised installation in 1 day. It's been 6 days and nothing happened. Is my full refund processed? Because the service is still not active. This was just a fake commitment to make the sale.
