@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@JioCare Whenever electricity goes in my area the network becomes very worst,neither i can make any call nor internet works. Network area is now became sol old problem in my area,so many complaint i have done but still the situation is same,there is no improvement.

@JioCare @reliancejio i had applied for cancellation of my jio fibre connection 5 days back but no one has come to collect the device yet.Same like no one had come to attend my complaint.I had recharge my device on 27th may and then there was no connection from 29th may till date

@JioCare Jio fibre installed at residence was working well since it was installed 2 yrs. back. But for last one month the connection not working properly. The signals come and go periodically. Could not register complaint on CC. No. +91-5223591990. Kindly get it rectified.

@SukritBhatia @JioCare Yes, very poor service. I am also planning to purchase their service but now I don't think it is a better idea. and the customer care executive is also not responding properly. I don't prefer anyone to take jio fiber.
