    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare 4.Restarted STB 3-4 times 5.Tried with different HDMI cable & different TV port Issue still not resolved. TV shows 'No Signal'. Request you to please escalate this to technical team and arrange technician visit in Chennai ASAP. WiFi is working fine, only STB HDMI issue.

    @kasaudhanji99 @JioCare @reliancejio This is the reason I stopped recharging via GPay. Sometimes this issue will happen, you will get refund from GPay. Anyways, always use mobile operator app for recharging. And huge money transfer always use respective bank app.

    @JioHotstar @JioCare The Jio-Hotstar benefit included in the '84-day unlimited recharge' plan has been discontinued, and I am now being asked to purchase a subscription. Why has the Jio-Hotstar service been stopped when there are still 45 days remaining on my 84-day plan?

    Four days, two reschedules from your engineer. One promise from your escalation team that this’ll get resolved today and still no resolution @JioCare. @nch1915 for a recourse since there’s been no resolution post an escalation.

    @JioCare This has been close to 4weeks. There r >1lakh users here, I am sure most opted for the True 5G are deceived by Jio's careless attitude here. I, who is happy with local fibernet but wanted to explore Jio Fiber is dropping the ball now due to this careless customer support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR: SR000039YH1V WiFi is working fine. Actual issue: Jio Set-Top Box not connecting to TV via HDMI - 'No Signal' error. Tried different cable & port. No technician response yet in Chennai Please assign to STB team urgently. #JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare Yashoda - dont apologise, be responsible I dont care what your support team is doing I need a solution and restoration of my wifi by working hours today I have already lost lit if working hours due to jio stupid mechanic and irresponsible approach of the backend team
