    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is completely down. SR already raised : SR00002LG0TM but engineer visit is scheduled for Jun 1, which is too late as this is affecting my work. Customer care disconnects automatically due to existing SR. Request urgent escalation, faster resolution

    @JioCare Still nothing , you just ask for waiting , refund my money . I am definitely going to make a youtube video about this on my channel. You guys deserve it , worst service ever for a cancellation refund. It's instant everywhere

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @ConsumerCom I am also still waiting for an update regarding the extension of my plan validity. I have been unable to use my set-top box for the last 12–15 days due to the ongoing issue and request compensation through a plan extension. Kindly look into this matter.

    @JioCare @JioCare @AkashMAmbani Despite repeated followups my issue is not resolved.Field engineers asking bribe for installation and till now my installation is pending since I didn’t pay them. I am a customer of jio since it launched.

    @JioCare On calling customer care they tell just restart and suff but no one is understanding the issue. I am not paying money for no internet connection and all the scripted response.
