I have raised it at all levels and get no answers from Jio. Jio personnel have stopped answering my calls. Once my three month subscription ends, I will terminate the connection.

Look at the status bar of the screenshot I posted—it clearly shows 4G+, NOT 5G indoors. I have already sent a strong rejoinder via email. Reopen SR000036P8TT and fix the actual indoor infrastructure. @TRAI
