My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. But calling like a vasooli bhai, threatening people, abusing people only to recharge their phone. What **** is this. Jokers of the highest order!

Due to this delay, I had to recharge separately for 4 family members, causing extra expense. Request resolution with compensation. No: 4223174962

I filed a complaint three days ago, but a service engineer has yet to visit.Due to this ongoing service disruption, I will not be paying the charges for this period.

I again had to raise another SR. The whole system is behaving fraudulent. Something is not right. Pls get my connect restored.

Vikas Poddar (@vikaspell) reported@AadiAchint @reliancejio This is a standard SOP in jio. They kept closing my complain ticket even without resolution. I cancelled my connection with them for this situation. Now I am using competition and much happier.
