My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

I have posted several complaints and even contacted customer care several times but no response from your side. Worst after sales service. It's gets fast when the connection is new.
