    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare hey!I've made a lot of complain about the bad network in my area from about 5 months but till now the team has not responded such a bad service provider, you @reliancejio just increases the tarriff rate n do nothing to improve network in bihar.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare I do not understand the procedure to deactive my mobile num if I haven't recharge it for last 90 days. And why I can't re-activate my number again, as num is shared everywhere. This is just annoying. I don't want to loose my num. Pls suggest solution.

    @JioCare your subscription for 999 plan is bit weird. I had done recharge of it and as I had vouchers left to redeem, one time I redeemed a voucher of same plan but my Amazon prime service got disabled. Then I again made recharge of 999 but stills no service #subscription #jio

    @JioCare cutie, permissions are in place, they haven't showed up. instead, one of the service people tricked my roommate into getting otp even without showing up so that the previous complaint raised gets completed.
