@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

@reliancejio As per suggetion by customer care I ported my jio number from odisha to tamilnadu circle, I'm in 5g area with 5g device but still no welcome offer. Worst service and commitment. Still no solution from jio . Waste of money...

@JioCare I am unable use internet at my location.First I thought it was a problem with my phone but each and every person in my family facing the same problem. Now All my family members are going to Port there sims to jio. I hope jio could be as better as earlier.

@JioCare @reliancejio Let me know if your jio fiber landline service still exists or you are NO longer supporting it.Its been months since i have requested to send a support representative to fix landline.Why provide a landline if you dont have customer services #dontbuyjio

@JioCare I have tried calling and reaching out to Instagram but all I’ve been receiving are pre-recorded messages !!! Calling the support care on 198 doesn’t let me talk to a customer care support person!! Please rectify this!!!
