@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

@JioCare my order number is NO0000GY53UN. my registered mobile number is 9650883633. I am also using Jio fiber service at my home I was very happy so I take another connection at my another place but this time the services were really horrible. even your sales team didn't respond at all.

@Vishvesh03 The problem with @reliancejio is they can’t get rid of their habit to do fraud, It’s built into their DNA, and hence they will never be good enough! I am waiting for 90 days before I port into @airtelindia! Don’t take vi, their coverage is patchy. Where it’s good it’s great else.

@JioCare Which sentence of my reply was not clear. When Jio can't even check its DM with my ID to find out my complaint history, how can Jio be trusted to resolve my issue. So far, Jio has miserably failed. Shows the sheer inefficiency. Why should I waste my time anymore.
