    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    A deposit fee of ₹1500 was collected from me for installation of JioFiber only to be later told that the service was not live in my area yet. My requests for refund are being ignored. The name of the dealer is Gulshan Kumar (9582400186) @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice #jio
