@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

@JioCare and the other customer service guy told me that many users are using Jio network hence there is pressure on Jio bandwidth! I don't think I have heard anything more dumb than this! High time you employ competent people
