@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

@deepak2859 @JioCare U r right. Reliance jio is missellig and misleading. They have not refund my full refund after cancellation of service within 30days. They are saying thye will refund only 500/- I hate Jio. Going to switch all services of jio

@JioCare U mean temporary issue from just last 4 days? 20 hrs each day? Really? Whole society is regretting taking Jio fibre. V r sorry, tht v r moving to Tata. V have already called them for a talk. Also v need to know the way v can get refund.

@JioCare If you don't like the service, we will take it back, no questions asked. We will refund the entire ONE TIME CHARGE paid at the time of activation. Internet only free trial that comes at a REFUNDABLE ONE TIME CHARGE OF Rs 1,500.
