    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANCELLED AN INSTALLATION REQUEST AS JIO FAILED TO SEND TECHNICIAN ON MULTIPLE COMMITED APPOINTMENTS , STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED REFUND AFTER 10 DAYS. DON'T GO FOR JIO FIBER IN PUNE AS THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HARASS!!

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, how does this make sense? If I try to get a new connection, your team calls instantly and is ready to install within 1 hour. But for a relocation, I’ve been waiting for weeks. Why are existing customers treated like this ? Fix this! 😡

    Shameless service from Jio. Paid upfront for a 1 Gbps yearly plan. It’s been a month and speed hasn’t crossed 500 Mbps once. Endless calls, mails, DMs, technicians admitting there’s an issue, promises of “specialised teams” that never come. Feels like outright cheating. @JioCare

    @JioCare And after all this, your team still keeps sending copy-paste internet troubleshooting videos like bots instead of giving a real technical solution. At this point it honestly feels like JioFiber support is designed to exhaust customers until they give up.
