    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @reliancejio Hello. You have stopped services even after deducting monthly charges through ECS mandate. You don’t reply to mails. Your customer care is not giving an ear even after multiple complaints. Is this the way to treat your customer?

    @airtelindia I am not able to send SMS to 1901 to port airtel sim to @reliancejio . All other SMS are going except PORT msg to 1901. Is that your unethical practice to stop customers to Port to other service providers?

    @JioCare @reliancejio they call me continuously telling me the same thing about my complaint that I have to wait for 7 days, i registered my complaint on 5th March i was told to wait 7 days again told they call me saying that I have to wait more 7 days this is very disappointing

    @reliancejio facing problem in jio fiber connection, Not resolving the issue. after providing service for 6 months, now jio is saying that they can't provide service anymore. Very bad attitude
