@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

@reliancejio Improve ur customer service reply. Improve ur reply from Business care/enterprises as well as improve the response action from your appellate officers assigned. Only chest thumping is not needed everytime.

@reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima can't expect a service from you. Your Jio team members are unable to resolve the queries and they disconnect customer calls without answering them. MR. TEJAS mobile no 9833768082 tells me we will not be able to resolve your queries
