    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare really disappointed by the service, service engineer came in yesterday but were unable to provide resolution. Since morning tried reaching out to him several times but haven't got any response. Service is down since Friday night.

    Very poor customer service from @JioCare @reliancejio Happy to have #airtel number also, @Airtel_Presence service and customer care is far better than #jio
