    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare Pathetic service by your customer care, using 150MBPS Plan still the speed is very slow. They always ask to do troubleshoot but nothing happen.

    @JioCare @jiofibergurgaon even after 15 days of service disconnection, no one is coming to pickup device, and deposit is not being refunded.service ID 299956904848.Escalated to all possible level,none is even bothering to intervene. Thank God I surrendered the connection.

    @reliancejio has EASILY denigrated to become the WORST carrier in India Within #Mumbai terrible network but even for Roaming packs its a NIGHTMARE Croatia, Romania, Prague, UK EVERYWHERE I’ve had TERRIBLE service with their partners whereas @airtelindia has been a dream @JioCare
