@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

@reliancejio My Jio number - 9036276160. Alternative number is 8123276160( airtel). Sometimes back I was recharged my airtel number same type ( wrong plan selection), but I contacted airtel customer support and they are changed to my required plan.

@JioCare There is no proper data network while using my Jio Dongle. Always it lags while Playing an video . Very poor network at prime location in Thane.
