    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare my request no is SR0000188OLL. on 5 jan 2022 i raise a request for my jio router return. because of your engineer told me jio fiber service unavailable in my area but till now nobody call me . i request you to please look into this and do the needful.

    @RupeshR55023393 @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fibre is no less in pathetic customer service. They only have a voice assistant who cannot help in matters specific to you. There's no way you can connect with a human customer care executive and worst of all they do not respond to DMs as well. At least Airtel does that.

    @JioCare Hello I am getting very poor speed , it ia worst than 2G. I have switch in to Jio , because I have listen that , this is a good network. But I am disappoint. My experience is very bad. Please resolve it 🙏

    @reliancejio how do I disconnect my jio fibre free trial .. your chatbot asks me to send an email and your email auto-response asks me to use the chatbot .. aise kaise kaam hoga .. bhai close connection and issue 100% refund as committed .. kya karein ..
