@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

Day 5 update. My previous complains that were left open for 4 days has been closed by @JioCare #jiodontcare without any Eng visit or fix. Only option was to open a new complain. Let’s see how many days it takes to fix this.
