    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare worst service, especially Jio Vadodara. Jio fooling us in the name of uninterrupted 4G/5G service. After getting money don’t care about customer complaints. Every time takes 2 to 3 days to resolve the issue and till that time customer suffers for internet.

    @JioCare Engineer visited 4 days ago and said the team cannot resolve the issue, they cannot understand the problem. Get me a new connection!! It's been 6 days of having patience, you guys have no solution! Refund my money!!!

    @Airtel_Presence Commitment to assist with your billing processes? Why send messages to pay early? I can wait for service to end and then do the needful! You are good at the business of cheating, that I know well. Just a matter of time before I move to @reliancejio as their systems are better.

    dear @VodafoneGroup I had ported my number from @JioCare to @ViVodaidea on Thursday, in which the network has arrived since last night but due to your retailer not doing the first recharge, I am not able to use calling and data services.

    What’s happening with @JioCare @reliancejio ? I requested for static ip and the customer care is just opening a new case every time and engineer is asking me to ask the customer care people for ip address as they cannot do anything. Worst experience ever #jiofiber #worstservice
