    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare Soon at jio = tomorrow never comes nobody not even the team working anywhere had any idea about the timelines and certainty of work assigned or the job taken on hand have to run behind you guys just because you guys have my money with you and are reluctant to share timelines

    @JioCare it's been 16 hours since my service request SR000016XUJ2 has been created. But no service engineer has called me and confined the appointment. I'm unable to use the internet and set top box as well.

    @JioCare @reliancejio are you still sleeping? It's more than 24 hours still no solutions or proper communication. You have barred costumer to contact over voice call, your bot service is very poor they doesn't have answers to issues and this twitter service is very slow.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 3 days since we requested for a Jio Fiber installation at our home. The due amount was paid at October 1 2021 and the installation still hasn't taken place. Service Request number for the same is SR000016XAJY.

    Worst internet service provider of india "@HathwayBrdband" without any prior notice, they will simply shut down the network, you have to make long calls to register complain. Paid 3 months advance, worst customer service. Frustrated! Shifting to : @airtelindia/@reliancejio
