However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

Is this how seriously you care about customer service? Pathetic and slow service. A local internet service provider gives 10x times better service than you guys.
