    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @reliancejio No one is resolving the complaint about the jio fiber connection. This is a pathetic situation for the customer . Right now I am feeling helpless and tired to continue follow through Customer care number ,mail sent to Appllate authority but no proper response.
