However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

Bhavya Singh (@Anonymous_23P) reported@JioCare My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. The resolution time has been repeatedly pushed from 5PM to 1AM and now to 1PM. Stop extending ETA and fix it asap. I also expect my plan validity to be extended for the entire duration of this service outage. @jio_fiber
