    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare I ordered a new fiber connection last week and paid for it. No one came for installation till now, I called many times to jiocare but no one support, I canceled it but now they told 21 days to take to refund my amount, Fraud Team

    Compare this to an instance where my mobile was stolen, @airtelindia support was able to issue a new eSIM and activate all the services while I'm aboard. In fact, Airtel agent called me from India to solve the issue. #regret moving from @airtelindia to @JioCare.
