  @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

  @JioCare - STB OF JIO FIBER Is malfunction and the chat customer care support has DECLINED to raise a ticket. Please sort ur house in order and get better services. Seek resolution on priority.
