And my old router was taken back by jio worker . They took my account number for refund of 1500rs on July. It's been more than a month and refund is pending. Please help me out.

Once again, #JioAirFiber is proving to be at its absolute worst. It has been a couple of days since my internet services were completely interrupted. I raised a service request, and your system showed that a service engineer was promptly assigned to my ticket. What happened next? Absolutely nothing. There has been not a single phone call, zero attempts to reach out to me, and absolutely no visits to my address to investigate or resolve the issue. What kind of utter nonsense customer service is this? Why should any consumer continue to pay your monthly bill for a service that practically doesn't exist and a support team that completely ghosts its paying customers? The lack of accountability and basic professional communication is staggering. I am completely done dealing with this constant headache and pathetic service infrastructure. Send someone over immediately ,not to troubleshoot, but to permanently remove this useless equipment from my home. I want this connection terminated.@reliancejio

CRED denied any support & told me to contact @JioCare. Aftr wasting more than 7 mins, Jio also denied recharge reversal. Is @TRAI a joke?
