And my old router was taken back by jio worker . They took my account number for refund of 1500rs on July. It's been more than a month and refund is pending. Please help me out.

Service numbers have this stupid auto bot call system with no usefull options at all. Ordered a sim 2 weeks ago and sill no delivery, registered a complaint no response. Shame on jio.

My jio sim data was not working so opened the jio app. It shows there is no active plans, recharge immediately with 899. I recharged and again it was not working, 1/2.
