@JioCare So your technical team expect me not to use internet during IPL matches for 2 months, as millions of users are using at the same time. Instead of rectifying your problem, u guys are giving reasons. I think I should consider some other options for sure.

Steps to ruin your day. - Call 198 @ViCustomerCare - 3 for English - you randomly get connected to a Hindi/Marathi customer care representative (he informed that English isn't available) - transfers the call which rings Several times Good job @ViCustomerCare @JioCare way better

@JioCare, my jio fiber ID is 299046957740 and I have filed a complaint that my internet isnt working on 08/07/21 where in the request number was SR000015OAAR. Until yesterday no one turned up , I saw that the have closed the request without rectifying saying issue resolved.
