    @JioCare Sir, My jio network and internet both is getting very slow after 7 pm to 8 am and I need to work extended hour sometime. Can you please look into the issue . I live in Nandini nagar near to bhilai Chhattisgarh .

    @JioCare your network is becoming worst and worst day by day...everytime the customer care person tell me that the problem will not occur again ...enough now after my current plan expires i will take new sim from @Airtel_Presence or other network providers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio We as customers demanding for better internet facility , but your reason for poor internet is your increased users..if your users are increasing it is your responsibilty to provide your customers with good facility.

    @JioCare So your technical team expect me not to use internet during IPL matches for 2 months, as millions of users are using at the same time. Instead of rectifying your problem, u guys are giving reasons. I think I should consider some other options for sure.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Some issues going on in my JIO Sim, Am not able to receive any calls, All I get is a Missed Call Message but Not getting calls. Kindly check please, most of my work happens with Jio Only.

    @JioCare what the hell is happening! My data is draining like never before. Around 1700 mb already drained with just a little use. Around a week before it used to last longer. please don't tell me that I'm using the data more. Because I know that I haven't used that much. #Help

    @JioCare there is very slow speed of internet in our area....I talked with many official for that issue...But till date no any progress in net speed. Hence I ported out my number 8819943360. In few days I will port my whole jio connection. Pls resolve it

    @JioCare I have jio fiber subscription registered on mobile no. 8999418848. I have done a recharge for 1 month of ammount 1178 today as my subscription expired, but after the recharge the subscriptions/services didn't resume and for the same I have called 3 times on the support.

    @MrSudiptaNayak @reliancejio I have 2 Nos. of JIO and I'm facing terrible issue of speed. When complained, their reply was "users r more, so speed get reduced" Seriously ? Did u charged less when users r more ? I m already porting one number in @airtelindia and if satisfied, will port other number as well.
