@JioCare your network is becoming worst and worst day by day...everytime the customer care person tell me that the problem will not occur again ...enough now after my current plan expires i will take new sim from @Airtel_Presence or other network providers.

@JioCare Due to my transfer to other state I have raised UNINSTALLATION request for my jiofiber connection on 12 April and on 21 April I got update that Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit my premises on 21-04-2021 but no one came on that day.

My friend had ordered JIOfiber and he had lose internet for 10 days in a month and still paid them full amount. When he called on april 24, The Representative asked him to call on 1 may as the tech issue persisted. Being an IT professional, he need stable network.@reliancejio
