    @JioCare So your technical team expect me not to use internet during IPL matches for 2 months, as millions of users are using at the same time. Instead of rectifying your problem, u guys are giving reasons. I think I should consider some other options for sure.

    .@reliancejio @JioCare if you can't provide best customer support then please dont claim as best network. Frustrated to the core for almost 2 weeks with no solution from customer support, simply just making a service request & claiming it as resolved when the issue is not (1/4)
