And my old router was taken back by jio worker . They took my account number for refund of 1500rs on July. It's been more than a month and refund is pending. Please help me out.

If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment.
