    @JioCare So your technical team expect me not to use internet during IPL matches for 2 months, as millions of users are using at the same time. Instead of rectifying your problem, u guys are giving reasons. I think I should consider some other options for sure.

    @JioCare @reliancejio We as customers demanding for better internet facility , but your reason for poor internet is your increased users..if your users are increasing it is your responsibilty to provide your customers with good facility.

    @JioCare what the hell is happening! My data is draining like never before. Around 1700 mb already drained with just a little use. Around a week before it used to last longer. please don't tell me that I'm using the data more. Because I know that I haven't used that much. #Help

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre I took a trial plan on may 2022 and took a 8month plan after it . And my old router was taken back by jio worker . They took my account number for refund of 1500rs on July. It's been more than a month and refund is pending. Please help me out.

    @JioCare there is very slow speed of internet in our area....I talked with many official for that issue...But till date no any progress in net speed. Hence I ported out my number 8819943360. In few days I will port my whole jio connection. Pls resolve it

    @JioCare It asks me to call the IVRS number and the call doesn't provide any options to reach my problem. Who even designed this horrible system? You pay your engineers for this?

    @JioCare R u robot? After 7 years we got the same reply, disappointed because @reliancejio didn't do anything on the ground for better basic services. I request once you check your network team's degree It's true or fake because 7 years a long time and your team didn't do anything

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @JioHelpline3 I've tried every possible way to reach ur customer care just to disconnect my JioFiber. No human, no support. Disconnect my JioFiber TODAY. Beware, future customers: the hardest part isn't getting JioFiber—it's getting out.

    Absolutely pathetic customer service. @reliancejio has made it nearly impossible to speak to a human customer care executive by forcing customers through an AI agent, even for simple queries. I only wanted information about porting out my number, but there was no way to reach a real person. The irony? The moment I generated a port-out request, I was bombarded with retention calls. So, there are plenty of human agents available when Jio fears losing a customer, but none when a customer genuinely needs support. I currently have two Jio mobile connections and one JioFiber connection. After this experience, I'm seriously considering disconnecting all three. A company that values customers only when they are leaving doesn't deserve their loyalty. If this is Jio's idea of customer service, it has failed completely. Stop hiding behind AI and start providing real human support. Customer retention starts with good service not desperate calls after customers decide to leave.
