The customer service is getting paid to just respond with some automated tweets. Thats all they do without resolving the issue.

Jio fiber is using customer's money for 25-30 days they are not installing connections. Rescheduled my request for more then 10 times. If you called then they have no answers. If you mail them they are not addressed properly. @JioCare @reliancejio
