    @JioCare i had raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber within trial period. But even after 15 days it is pending. Now your customer care is telling that in a retention call, I have said yes to retain which is totally false. What kind of service are u providing.! Disappointed.

    @Airtel_Presence Hi Karamveer, I think now nothing will happen it seems I have just bought the new connection from other service provider (Jio). And just posted for your reference how your resolution team works and loose the Airtel the big giant customers like this. @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare My issue is still pending. The technician visited but couldn’t solve the issue. If jio is unable to solve it kindly shift my plan n do the refund.

    Jio Fiver worst service! Paid for 6 months postpaid plans for 100mbps speed & getting 30mbps! No responsible person to solve the issue. Every technician says reach to customer care & they cant help. CC is also irresponsible @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @airtelindia Check the actual speed provided by Airtel & Jio. Also check the stability of connection. I dont say Jio is better as it might sound biased, but due to Airtel bad services & network I have to use two networks at my place. Airtel network quality is inferior for sure.@reliancejio

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Had an impossible conversation with an untrained employee at call center. Simple question - My "available credit limit" should be "Credit Limit" - "Unbilled+Outstanding dues". but this person unable to help! What sort of customer service is this?

    @JioCare your internet speed is very pathetic till midnight. range led is blue. But after midnight range led is Green and speed is good till morning. With high speed internet balance, it is providing very poor performance during the needy time. #jioisslow
