    @JioCare i think jio doesn't care you are talking about 5g inspite of the fact ur 4g is slow as 2g . If you care try to solve my problem otherwise you will lose ur another customer for ur worst network and may be service Iam not able to watch a video on YouTube area code492015

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre I took a trial plan on may 2022 and took a 8month plan after it . And my old router was taken back by jio worker . They took my account number for refund of 1500rs on July. It's been more than a month and refund is pending. Please help me out.

    @JioCare i had raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber within trial period. But even after 15 days it is pending. Now your customer care is telling that in a retention call, I have said yes to retain which is totally false. What kind of service are u providing.! Disappointed.

    @reliancejio @DisneyPlusHS @karanjohar Sir, I have applied for a new postpaid jio fibre connection with an advance payment of Rs.3536 for the order no. NO0000M4WULG on 05.07.2022. but till now installation process has not been arranged. I have experienced a very bad customer service with zero responsibility.
