    Jio Fiver worst service! Paid for 6 months postpaid plans for 100mbps speed & getting 30mbps! No responsible person to solve the issue. Every technician says reach to customer care & they cant help. CC is also irresponsible @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @Airtel_Presence Hi Karamveer, I think now nothing will happen it seems I have just bought the new connection from other service provider (Jio).     @JioCare i had raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber within trial period. But even after 15 days it is pending. Now your customer care is telling that in a retention call, I have said yes to retain which is totally false. What kind of service are u providing.! Disappointed.

    @JioCare @airtelindia I suggest you come up with ways to improve the network capabilities rather than laying stupid theories on this platform.We pay for the internet service and expect some damn speed so you need to look at your explanations as well as responsiveness which is extremely poor
