@JioCare I did my Jio Fibre booking on 24th Dec, the service engineer arrived today. When he was done putting the cable he realised that there is no power in the the cable and the boxes. It's already 2 months since the fibre line was installed in my area. Order no. NO0000JSPA0B

Dear @reliancejio it’s been only a month since I have installed Jio business Wi-Fi in my office, Till now I have never recieced a permanent solution after complaining more than 20 times on the Jio business self care portal.

@JioCare How much time you need you don't give 2-3 day's extra while doing a recharge so why take 2-3 day's to resolve an issue pathetic service by a well known company sucking up people's money

@JioCare It got fixed after 2 day's and guess what problem was not even in my house connection it was some outside connection I need a compensation for this somehow I don't know what but I suffered for 2 day's after paying or else I will literally switch to other connection

@reliancejio @DisneyPlusHS @karanjohar Sir, I have applied for a new postpaid jio fibre connection with an advance payment of Rs.3536 for the order no. NO0000M4WULG on 05.07.2022. but till now installation process has not been arranged. I have experienced a very bad customer service with zero responsibility.

@JioCare @RomeshChauhan1 Same issues in my location only 1network bar is showing in my mobile . I complained so many times but network issues not resolved your team. Tomorrow my recharge plan is expiring. This time I Will not waste my money for your worst network.

@JioCare Mobile data seems to not be working at all. It's showing speeds of about 200kbps but none of the sites or apps are loading on mobile data, though they are working absolutely fine on external networks. Please provide a resolution to this issue asap.

@reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima after calling 1000 times to customer care for Internet not running properly & router not working, the issue is still not resolved over a week. When ur backend team comes to resolve issue at my home, they are unable to connect to your customer care.
