    @JioCare pathetic service it has been a week since cable is disconnected no response from your team! I have tried emails, tweets, calls, each time just got automated response but no real work gets done. Kindly take back your box. Complain resolution is zero!

    @JioCare Sir Hopefully I wish the same. I am counting and will keep a watch on no. of days you will take to adress this issue. It has been more than a year and the person receiving calls at customer care is worst.

    @reliancejio Hi, Jio network is too bad in Sector-5, Devendra Nagar, Raipur 492001.. almost no network inside house.. plz do sth or else we shall be forced to switch to other service providers which have better connectivity. Sincerely, a Happy Jio customer..

    Dear @reliancejio GET WELL SOON Y u started charging. @reliancejio before charging bhai phele NETWORK and DATA chk kr leta. I was watching 20 mins video.. n in 20 mins I lost 1 GB Data. Tera network aur Data Dono gaya n let me tell u people’s frm Chhattisgarh not happy at all.

    Why do not you improve the Internet speed of Jio in our area? I had a lot of trouble running the net The recharge will end on March 25. If you have not improved Internet speed from March 25, then I will recharge in airtel. @JioCare

    @JioCare No need for a private chat... Problem is the density of people using jio net is more than the capacity you have... This is happening since 3 years.. But from the last few days there is huge drop in internet speed even a whatsApp text msg taking 30 secs to send.....

    @JioCare OMG! the customer care at the time of cancellation that refund will be processed in 7 working days from 11march and refunded back to same account from which I had processed payment. Too much hustle and bustle...
