@JioCare i had raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber within trial period. But even after 15 days it is pending. Now your customer care is telling that in a retention call, I have said yes to retain which is totally false. What kind of service are u providing.! Disappointed.

@reliancejio My WiFi service is not working since 20/06/2021. I have raised SR000015F4Q6 on 20/06/2021 but it’s closed without any resolution. One tech visited on 21/06/2021 and checked the line and stated to recharge my service and thereafter added that my wifi cable is cut.
