  @JioCare It got fixed after 2 day's and guess what problem was not even in my house connection it was some outside connection I need a compensation for this somehow I don't know what but I suffered for 2 day's after paying or else I will literally switch to other connection

NO0000M4WULG on 05.07.2022. but till now installation process has not been arranged. I have experienced a very bad customer service with zero responsibility.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat please beware of the false OTT service promises of Jiofibre, most OTT packages not working, service request are not attended and keep on delaying till your pack gets over and then they say please recharge as it is the reason and next time the same.
