    @JioCare Sir, My jio network and internet both is getting very slow after 7 pm to 8 am and I need to work extended hour sometime. Can you please look into the issue . I live in Nandini nagar near to bhilai Chhattisgarh .

    @JioCare i had raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber within trial period. But even after 15 days it is pending. Now your customer care is telling that in a retention call, I have said yes to retain which is totally false. What kind of service are u providing.! Disappointed.

And just posted for your reference how your resolution team works and loose the Airtel the big giant customers like this. @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio Fiber No. 0291-3551731 not working from Saturday. No response till now. Engineers not picking calls as trying them from last 2 days but either call is cut or only ringing. Customer service of Reliance group is getting worsened.

    @reliancejio I recently recieved a call on my Jio no...They said your number will get shut down after 3 month... If no recharge why the thi g's happen to forcing recharging and all and how How could it be possible give me brief detail... How ever there is no rule to suspend

    @JioCare The appointment time is 11am, do you expect the customer to be available at home for entire day waiting for your engineer. This is ridiculous, the instalment should be done on the decided time and not entire day which is 24 hour window. @reliancejio
