@JioCare @reliancejio How many times I need to inform you, network speed in my area. 1.5 years, still the issue persist. Doesn't it sound unsatisfactory customer service. Map my location and see it's the core place of the city. And you can't provide service here. Then shut down.

@JioCare @shailesh_telang Friendly warning pl do not go with Jiofiber, they will keep calling you till you make the payment then completely disappear. One week gone 11600 Rs gone no connection and nobody to contact. Just search Twitter you will find many many people facing the same issue

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare Your Jio Fiber sucks! Did a mistake of shifting from BSNL which was way better. Installation wasn't proper. Your manager, Kali Prasad Panda, promised to get it rectified is not responding for last 3 days. Now I'm without net for last 7 days. #jioSucks

@JioCare Thanks for your reaponse! Suggest pls read message and understand clearly as that helps come out with right questions!! I said intermittently disconnects and randomly freezes. So can't keep a tab on the LED glow. When cannot reach people to talk can't give names or issues!

@surajit195 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue, I am stuck because I have given them 11600 Rs in advance which they refuse to refund or give me the connection. Making sure to reach out to people on Twitter hoping to save other people from being treated the same way by Jio.
