    @JioCare @reliancejio hi..what a poor service by jio. My SR SR00001BZBX9 raised yesterday morning. Till yet no call from anyone and still jio fiber net is down. Pathetic service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your router coverage is very poor after moving 10-12 feet away from router signal starts loosing and speed is pathetic, when i got new connection it used to get 95-97mbps & not when the customers r increasing you are giving under 30mbps

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team, I am facing too slow internet browsing/surfing issue from last 20days...i called to jio care many times but they are just saying jio team is working to solve this issue .i emailed to jio care as well many times.. but my problem isn't solved yet..😓😓

    As I am not getting any response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , 60 of us from our society are switching to @reliancejio @JioCare . Very dissatisfied with the poor service quality of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

    @reliancejio @JioCare The worst connection in Raipur now. No point in contacting customer care as the response is the same. Due to large number of users in your area. If you want to boast being the largest mobile carrier, better upgrade your infrastructure. Pathetic

    @JioCare Pls read my first tweet. Have mentioned the issue clearly. No formailities to be done again in creating a loop of technical things. Issue is very much clear of barring outgoing calls to other network despite validity n recharge

    Paid over 15k for the **** IR in last 4-5 months. I demand a full 100% refund of the **** IR. You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. I’d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare
