Jio Fiver worst service! Paid for 6 months postpaid plans for 100mbps speed & getting 30mbps! No responsible person to solve the issue. Every technician says reach to customer care & they cant help. CC is also irresponsible @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare i had raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber within trial period. But even after 15 days it is pending. Now your customer care is telling that in a retention call, I have said yes to retain which is totally false. What kind of service are u providing.! Disappointed.

@JioCare I had Purchased a Jio fiber connection in Dec 2021 through a referral by my relative. After one month free trial, I was told by the customer care representative, that on any recharge, I can redeem the voucher for 1 month. I recharged for 7 days plan of 199+GST.

@JioCare Actually i heard at nearest jio site some additional Lte+ bands have been installed days ago same is not providing the good strength that was earlier , that's why we are facing problems , request you to reinstate the previous bands and resolve the issue
