You can verify this locally as well. Your team is also giving “heavy rain” as the reason for my JioAirFiber installation delay, while there has been almost no rain here for many days. Please verify the actual local conditions instead of giving generic excuses. I don’t need another “concerned team will contact you” reply. I need a confirmed installation date and accountability from the local team.
