    @JioCare @reliancejio How many times I need to inform you, network speed in my area. 1.5 years, still the issue persist. Doesn't it sound unsatisfactory customer service. Map my location and see it's the core place of the city. And you can't provide service here. Then shut down.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your service engineer called today 9 in the morning and said that he will be coming by 10 and its 3pm and he still not visited my place when i called he said he has to install 2-3 new connections, do u people value someones time.

    @TRAI after tv services, it's time to take a look at mobile services again. Sometime ago, every network was offering lifetime validity, now that @reliancejio has dominated and almost every person owns dual sim phone, they r back asking to recharge to keep services alive -1/2

    @JioCare It got fixed after 2 day's and guess what problem was not even in my house connection it was some outside connection I need a compensation for this somehow I don't know what but I suffered for 2 day's after paying or else I will literally switch to other connection

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid for Jio AirFiber connection, and the setup box was clearly mentioned as “free” during installation. Now after disconnecting the service, why is Jio demanding the setup box back or charging for it? Nowhere was it clearly informed.
