@JioCare i had raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber within trial period. But even after 15 days it is pending. Now your customer care is telling that in a retention call, I have said yes to retain which is totally false. What kind of service are u providing.! Disappointed.

Jio Fiver worst service! Paid for 6 months postpaid plans for 100mbps speed & getting 30mbps! No responsible person to solve the issue. Every technician says reach to customer care & they cant help. CC is also irresponsible @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

WORST most pathetic customer service ever. I'm from America and they'd be FIRED if they acted this way there. Indian customer service sucks!
