    @JioCare @RANJAN15111971 @JioCare Hi Jio Team, I am facing too slow internet browsing/surfing issue from last 20days...i called to jio care many times but they are just saying jio team is working to solve this issue .i emailed to jio care as well many times.. but my problem isn't solved yet..😓😓

    @JioCare It got fixed after 2 day's and guess what problem was not even in my house connection it was some outside connection I need a compensation for this somehow I don't know what but I suffered for 2 day's after paying or else I will literally switch to other connection

    I choose jio through MNP - my number is 9708674047. It performed good for 4 days but now there is no network in my jio number. And jio customer care executives are not supporting me. They cut my calls , blocked my alternate number.@reliancejio @AmbaniTina @anmol_ambani

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your service engineer called today 9 in the morning and said that he will be coming by 10 and its 3pm and he still not visited my place when i called he said he has to install 2-3 new connections, do u people value someones time.

    @Airtel_Presence You just tell me the process to disconnect the airtel broadband,Its better to go with @reliancejio broadband service,atleast they wont mentally harass there customer

    @JioCare Sir Hopefully I wish the same. I am counting and will keep a watch on no. of days you will take to adress this issue. It has been more than a year and the person receiving calls at customer care is worst.

    @Airtel_Presence Hi Karamveer, I think now nothing will happen it seems I have just bought the new connection from other service provider (Jio). And just posted for your reference how your resolution team works and loose the Airtel the big giant customers like this. @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @DisneyPlusHS @karanjohar Sir, I have applied for a new postpaid jio fibre connection with an advance payment of Rs.3536 for the order no. NO0000M4WULG on 05.07.2022. but till now installation process has not been arranged. I have experienced a very bad customer service with zero responsibility.

    @JioCare pathetic service it has been a week since cable is disconnected no response from your team! I have tried emails, tweets, calls, each time just got automated response but no real work gets done. Kindly take back your box. Complain resolution is zero!

    @reliancejio @JioCare despite having active plan of 448, my outgoing and data wasn't working and sms too. And i recharged 2 other plans still not resolved and customer care is ******. I have no option to port to @airtelindia after this was resolved. Such a pathetic service.
