    @reliancejio Hi, Jio network is too bad in Sector-5, Devendra Nagar, Raipur 492001.. almost no network inside house.. plz do sth or else we shall be forced to switch to other service providers which have better connectivity. Sincerely, a Happy Jio customer..

    @JioCare pathetic service it has been a week since cable is disconnected no response from your team! I have tried emails, tweets, calls, each time just got automated response but no real work gets done. Kindly take back your box. Complain resolution is zero!

    @TRAI after tv services, it's time to take a look at mobile services again. Sometime ago, every network was offering lifetime validity, now that @reliancejio has dominated and almost every person owns dual sim phone, they r back asking to recharge to keep services alive -1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst customer care service!! Forcefully billing me for 1 year Amazon prime with my broadband bill!! I have requested multiple times to correct my bill!! No option other than switching to @reliancejio I suppose!!

    @JioCare Sir Hopefully I wish the same. I am counting and will keep a watch on no. of days you will take to adress this issue. It has been more than a year and the person receiving calls at customer care is worst.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your router coverage is very poor after moving 10-12 feet away from router signal starts loosing and speed is pathetic, when i got new connection it used to get 95-97mbps & not when the customers r increasing you are giving under 30mbps

    @reliancejio @DisneyPlusHS @karanjohar Sir, I have applied for a new postpaid jio fibre connection with an advance payment of Rs.3536 for the order no. NO0000M4WULG on 05.07.2022. but till now installation process has not been arranged. I have experienced a very bad customer service with zero responsibility.

    @JioCare It got fixed after 2 day's and guess what problem was not even in my house connection it was some outside connection I need a compensation for this somehow I don't know what but I suffered for 2 day's after paying or else I will literally switch to other connection

    @JioCare Out internet has been down for 7 DAYS. SR0002LR4XQ ON HOLD, RESCHEULED. No visit, no resolution , no information. Have tried calling jiocare , usual pre canned responses, mailed , no response. Pathetic. Unresponsive . No care jio care Respond here . Care.....

    And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare
