    @JioCare Sir Hopefully I wish the same. I am counting and will keep a watch on no. of days you will take to adress this issue. It has been more than a year and the person receiving calls at customer care is worst.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your service engineer called today 9 in the morning and said that he will be coming by 10 and its 3pm and he still not visited my place when i called he said he has to install 2-3 new connections, do u people value someones time.

    @JioCare Jio network down in my area . my jio mobile number - 9131979965 ; alternate number - 8103734408 my address- house no 10, street -4 , v v vihar, raipur, chhattisgarh. pin code - 492007 .please resolve problem . Many other people in my area facing the same problem

    @JioCare How much time you need you don't give 2-3 day's extra while doing a recharge so why take 2-3 day's to resolve an issue pathetic service by a well known company sucking up people's money

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your router coverage is very poor after moving 10-12 feet away from router signal starts loosing and speed is pathetic, when i got new connection it used to get 95-97mbps & not when the customers r increasing you are giving under 30mbps

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never seen someone so much careless executive sales person in my life. I've already paid for 6 months Dth + Fibre connection on 21st March and till date no connection has been done. It's so sad that @reliancejio Fibre is not in my Area.

    @JioCare I recently moved my residence and am experiencing poor network coverage on Jio. The signal strength is -108 dBm 32 asu. And Speed tests show 3Mbps-1Mbps. Is there a way to get it fixed? I don't really want to port to another provider if possible.

    @JioCare This is absolutely pathetic service. My Jio AirFiber has been down for over 7 days and your team is only sending copy-paste replies without fixing anything. Stop fooling customers and resolve the outage immediately, otherwise I will disconnect Jio permanently.

    @JioCare voice call quality is too bad nowadays for the past 7 days for all customers. I did send a port message and even your customer care representative couldn't communicate properly. Take timely action otherwise you lose massive customers in the region. @reliancejio
