    As I am not getting any response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , 60 of us from our society are switching to @reliancejio @JioCare . Very dissatisfied with the poor service quality of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

    @JioCare pathetic service it has been a week since cable is disconnected no response from your team! I have tried emails, tweets, calls, each time just got automated response but no real work gets done. Kindly take back your box. Complain resolution is zero!

    Dear @reliancejio GET WELL SOON Y u started charging. @reliancejio before charging bhai phele NETWORK and DATA chk kr leta. I was watching 20 mins video.. n in 20 mins I lost 1 GB Data. Tera network aur Data Dono gaya n let me tell u people’s frm Chhattisgarh not happy at all.

    @reliancejio Hi, Jio network is too bad in Sector-5, Devendra Nagar, Raipur 492001.. almost no network inside house.. plz do sth or else we shall be forced to switch to other service providers which have better connectivity. Sincerely, a Happy Jio customer..

    @reliancejio #JioFiber I took fiber connection in September 2019and I returned my router and setup box on 1st Feb 2021, I have to get 2500 refund amount but I haven't recieved yet after your promised 14 days. Today is 17th Feb , I got no reply from customer care.

    @reliancejio I have raised multiple complaints (SR# SR000013VXNE) as I am experiencing intermittent disconnection on JIO for the past 10 -12 days. It's becoming impossible to use Jio Fiber. The worst part is that the ticket gets automatically resolved. No Resolution provided

    @JioCare Whenever the electricity goes out, the network becomes weak, it seems that you do not use the generator lest any problem happen, please solve the problem, otherwise we will have to change the other company
