    @JioCare in Raipur Chhattisgarh near magneto mall after 10 pm network is so slow I all ready report it before 1day but thier is no response. Please sort out this problem

    @Airtel_Presence Hi Karamveer, I think now nothing will happen it seems I have just bought the new connection from other service provider (Jio). And just posted for your reference how your resolution team works and loose the Airtel the big giant customers like this. @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare Pls read my first tweet. Have mentioned the issue clearly. No formailities to be done again in creating a loop of technical things. Issue is very much clear of barring outgoing calls to other network despite validity n recharge

    I choose jio through MNP - my number is 9708674047. It performed good for 4 days but now there is no network in my jio number. And jio customer care executives are not supporting me. They cut my calls , blocked my alternate number.@reliancejio @AmbaniTina @anmol_ambani

    @JioCare i had raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber within trial period. But even after 15 days it is pending. Now your customer care is telling that in a retention call, I have said yes to retain which is totally false. What kind of service are u providing.! Disappointed.

    @JioCare My num is 7011823915 My issue is that earlier 2 times and 3rd time is yesterday when my data is finished without my uses. I wake up in 6 pm and i see uses show that 5.52 my 800+mb is finished.and whole daya finished in less use.its totaly fraud.and your customercare did not

    @JioCare first day on jio network after porting out from airtel. Didnt know @JioCare is more pathetic than airtel. Opted for 599 postpaid plan n jio says my services will be active frm 28th october. Called thr no-48 waiting to gt it resolved. How will i do without it for 2 days

    @JioCare Appointment is getting rescheduled everyday for last 6 consecutive days. There is no progress. I cannot talk yo any agent. Your chat lines have no option of my problem. Your calls are not attended by anyone. Who will be giving me extention/refund for my 8 days of loss?

    Those who are planning to take yearly subscription of jio call and data plan. Please avoid as @reliancejio is providing the poorest network to such customers. And you can't do much and wait for it to expire
