    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare ordered with advance payment if Jio Fiber connection on 18th Aug 21 with order no. NO0000IDY8A1. Ever since no updates except alerts for appointment for installation. No updates yet on resolution of technical issue or on planned installation date.. pl help

    @reliancejio what a pathetic service you are providing. It’s been 3 days, am still yet to get STB. Whatever complaint your customer service logs, it gets resolved after sometime without any resolution provided. Upon calling again they raise new complaints which again goes in loop

    @JioCare This is with regards to Jio fibre. The complain was raised on 15th August and the representative didn't appear for solving the internet issues. Almost 10 days has passed. Earlier also internet issues were happening. Almost a month has passed. What is this nonsense

    @JioCare INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000IGVY4S is scheduled on 27-08-2021 : 10:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after INSTALLATION. This work must be done by today evening. Try to understand my problem

    @JioCare @JioCare I'm unable to make or receive calls till now. I don't know why you say that I'm able to make calls. While you say that there is no network issue in my area, I've called 198 from a different number twice; and both the times I was told that there is a n/w issue @ blr.
