From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

I simply want the billing amount to be corrected as per the actual usage and the info provided by your representative. If the billing issue is resolved and the incorrect charges are removed, I have no intention of cancelling the service.
