    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    @JioCare On contacting customer care, the representative is hell bent on mentioning that it is rescheduled for 4.30 to 6 pm and engineer can't come at 5 pm. Is customer availability and convenience not a part of your policy?

    @reliancejio Post using @VodafoneGroup for almost 7-8 year, switched to Jio. This is day 1 and i am already regretting. Really bad network at Gurgaon. Please look into it. Pin Code :: 122015

    @JioCare @reliancejio your net sucks, server is down, network is very bad. Can't even pay for rashan at star bazaar. Solve it asap.

    My daughter is a prominent victim. I'm the Customer of @reliancejio & Daughter attempted to recharge my @reliancejio mobile, through @AxisBank Net Banking, followed by an unsuccessful recharge on 04-06-2022.

    Almost a month since I raised a fraud complaint with @JioCare. No answer forthcoming from their end. Local ISPs were the best - they answered your phone calls right away and resolved the issued by EOD. Jio has the worst customer service experience ever.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup “With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DENQC, visit of service engineer has been rescheduled as per your request”. @JioCare, I have not requested for any reschedule, no internet service since last 2 days, this is how you treat your customers!
