    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    @reliancejio today was about to get Jio fiber connection, but since company dint provided battery cell to executive for remote installation was not done. Poor executive have to revisit now. Jio should re-consider their plan of execution. Service chalu hone ke pahile service !

    @JioCare Why can’t I talk to customer care? Are they all on leave or something or you don’t have a customer support? You claim to beat @airtelindia but your service is pathetic. None of your helpline numbers give an option to talk to an actual human employee.

    Nice business model @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio ... Send a real person to collect payment, he makes false commitments.... And when service is not delivered and customer wishes to complaint, then all real persons disappear with the money, and let the bots reply. Disgusted

    Whats wrong with @reliancejio network is low everywhere and the internet speed don’t pass 100kbps at my village even after complaining to them several times.
