    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service by jio.. I have internet outage from 3rd may. It's been 3 days since ticket has been raised there are multiple reschedules (6-8 times), same answer from their helpline.. they provided nodal officer number for escalation, which is dead. Ugh!

    @JioCare @JioCare My services were not usable for many days due to repeated internet issues and downtime. My plan is ₹599 + GST, but the bill amount is ₹1117.23, which is incorrect. Previous month payment was already made, and service downtime should also be considered.

    @kayezad India is going cashless for middleclass! Every e-commerce delivery person says no change! Wehave no option but to pay via bank! The problem arises when u shop for 1hr, put things in ur cart at spencer retail offline! The counter says only epay! But no @reliancejio network

    Jio, if you help me in this, I will port from Airtel to Jio. My problem is When I try to use 5G unlimited, 4G data is being used I am taking help from Jio only because Airtel's service is bad @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been 4 days since my jio fiber is not working waste of money and time, no body is listening, even the mobile internet is also not working properly.

    @JioCare Getting low speed of 5-6 mbps. Engineer told me it will increase after 24 hours. But it's been2 days. Still speed is 5-6 mbps. And now engineer is not picking up call and replying to message. Jio service is very pathetic. He lied that time so that he don't have to fix it.

    @JioMart_Support @JioCare order no JM69FAD1E101A18B6BCC Order is not packed..its been 4 times my order is cancelled...why you people are not delivering...when i ask the executibe they told me they will never deliver order less than 250..
