    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    @JioCare, do you guys know that there is no help available on any of your support options, where I can find help in how to reset my router password? Mind you router password, NOT wifi password.

    What @JioCare does is they just allot a random time slot without confirming with customer for availability for device collection. For four days before I moved I was home in all the time slots given to me and nobody turned up. That was over two months ago. Beyond incompetent!

    @JioCare I have been raising OTT Subscription issue via multiple SRs SR00001DZGNZ, SR00001DPOGN and few more .. but issue still persists. Seems JIO just wants to loot their customer.. @reliancejio @JioCare

They won’t give refund of our jio fiber connections this is the problem of thousands of people in india,since 1yr
