  @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

  @JioCare Global Protect VPN (used for ny office work ) app is not connecting with the only jio internet, where as its working fine with my airtel and other wifi net. Checked from global protect app side there is no issue from them, only jio is not allowing to connect it.

  Hi @airtelindia want to port out from @JioCare prepaid. Jio 5G is not available on Samsung F23 5G set, also moving from jio prepaid to postpaid is a tough task. Hope Airtel in Kolkata provide me 5G service on F23. Contact me with your lowest priced plan. I have 4 nos to port out.

  @reliancejio your network is pathetic, i have ported my number from Vodafone to Jio, it is worst than Vodafone..my work is getting suffer because of this..its always not reachable when someone is calling me…worst network

  @reliancejio @JioCare Getting pathetic service from customer care no. 198, calls got disconnected 4 time, 15 mins each call, need to explain same problem to every executive, later call disconnect.

  @reliancejio @JioCare , it is really irritating that despite of so many help requests no proper answer is presented by your side regarding 5g My device S21 FE is not considered as tg on my jio app and hence haven't received 5g offer on my side ,where as if the Sim is activated on 5g it works
