    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    We have been facing Jio air fiber issue since many days Outdoor unit has completely shut. No indications lights We have been facing service disruption since many days And Now TV and internet is not working due to Jio Air fiber shut since last 3 days Service request raised nothing solved Kindly help @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare 2 days have been passed on and still no resolution yet… Pathetic service and support… stop blaming local cable operators as there is no such evidence of cable tampering near RF device.

    Hi @JioCare , Using dark pattern so that user is not able to re schedule field visit. The jio fibre is not working and you have set the visit date as 04th aug. Who the hell waits this long? SRO0003CGPQJ Jio

    @JioCare Nobody has visited my location to address the issue. The same problem happened in February and it took 2 months to resolve the same. Your engineer at that time told to cancel Jio and opt for another ISP. Fix this problem by today or process my refund so i can go with another ISP

    @JioCare @JioCare took money. Made me do kyc. Stored my private data. Didn't send sim for three days. Now port code has expired. And Jio will ask me to send sms for port code. I'll have to recharge that sim. I'll say **** off to Jio. Now refund my money. And take your sim.
