    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    How is this acceptable, @JioCare ? I've been chasing Jio AirFiber Max installation since Aug 7th. Every day I get an OTP and assigned rep msg, but no one ever shows up or answers the phone. Pathetic customer service with zero human support! 🧵 (1/2) #JioAirFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare my dad's Jio ID is 31468201, and one of your service officials colluded with my ****** of a neighbour to tamper with my outdoor broadband unit to divert a new connection to his newly installed broadband unit. If this is how you treat you customers, stop your service.

    @JioCare @JioCare If you cannot even identify the complaint location from the Service Request Number, what could be worse customer service than this? My internet has been down for 4 days. SR: SR00002MB0TC. Please provide a proper solution now.
