    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    @JioCare Jio “optimization” is going on for 6 months in my area. No proper signal, no stable internet. Only promises, no service. I’ve waited enough. Moving to Airtel in May. Goodbye Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You guys only provide services for half a month and another half a month their is an outages and i don't even get your technician for those 15 days and you guys made a bill for complete month .but I only receive service for 15 days and those days I don't receive any service

    @JioCare @JioCare How difficult is it to change a delivery agent and provide a sim Ordered on 22nd and its 26th now. No details received yet on my alternate no. Better cancel and get a refund. ORN:NO00015DIHXR.Regretting trusting jio don’t say 48hr delivery then. Airtel delivers sameday

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been down for 2 days. SR ID: SR00002KP6QC. Repeated rescheduling without my consent, now pushed to 1st May. No resolution, no accountability. Is this the level of service you provide? Need urgent resolution ASAP.

    Where I live, forget about 5G, even 4G does not work and the service is good but it does not work, so I have a question whether I should change my house or the SIM company. @JioCare @reliancejio This is where my journey with Jio ends.

    @JioCare Even after 06.08.24 you are still unaware of my matter? All informations are available to you through DM, emails but you never see your DM or emails. On 11.02.25 your Habiba informed on X that my matter is resolved & since then I am asking that how it is resolved but no reply

    @JioCare @JioCare I raised a complaint on 20-04-2026 (SR000033VRAH), but it is STILL not resolved. I was told ODU spares are not available. How long should customers wait? Please resolve this immediately. This delay is unacceptable. #Jio #CustomerService
