@reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber router not connecting to due to hardware issue. Reached out to local Jio team and asked us to take new connection as old router can't be replaced. Don't you have a process to report such issues and replace router instead of adding new connection?

@JioCare worst service i regret why I didn't get airtel fiber.. it's almost one month my jio fiber is not working due to wire cut daily i complaint not getting any response. I suggest all my neighbour and and my area people don't connect jio fiber.. service is not good .

@JioCare Your customer service agent informed me it is going to be resolved on 11th of May(10'o clock in the night). None of this is my fault and I'm the one who is suffering here and My one week is going to be waste, if this is your service, I'll be better of with other service providers
