    @reliancejio @JioCare India's best network is an all-time slow network where I live. From the last 2-4 days, the speed is very slow even others 2G faster than your 4G. Make complaints but the problem still not solve. Think about the port to other networks. Think about it.

    @JioCare The service request number is SR000037XEIL. I am leaving for our os station in 2 days. Hence, kindly expedite my delivery of the sim or else cancel it soon.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio - so far no progress or no proper response. Simply updating working on it but that is not the case. It is frustrating and pathetic customer service provided by Jio. So for no one took ownership of the issue to provide solution. It appears to be a scam

    @JioCare @JioCare Internet has been down since 6 June 2026. SR No. SR000037OTEN. No engineer assigned, no resolution timeline, and repeated follow-ups have resulted only in apology messages. This is causing significant inconvenience.Request immediate intervention and restoration.

    Day 4. 96+ hours without JioAirFiber and proper Jio network. No accountability. No meaningful updates. No compensation. How long does @JioCare expect customers to pay for a service that doesn’t exist?

    @JioCare You're completely missing the point. I am not asking how to pay the bill-I am questioning why I am being charged in the first place. Instead of repeatedly sending payment instructions, address the complaint and explain these fraudulent charges. If this is not resolved(1/2)

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber red light blinking daily, internet disconnecting repeatedly. Paying for service, getting frustration. Need a permanent fix ASAP.
