    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    @JioCare You people are not able to do something so company should weight and watch for future response of JIO customer s. Realy if wants to resolve problem , immediately Acton to be taken for all complaints regarding call drop and data connectivity. Instead of sending DM and alt no msg.

    @JioCare This problem is continue since last 6 month and after so many assurance by the customer care day by day data speed is declined and buffering so do something to retain customer and trust of customer. Every big company is big till the customer is with them or ? Now one ambani is ?

    @JioCare This problem persists from last 4 to 5 month in our area and also reported earlier and the reply was "due to overload in your area we are unable to give time limit for its rectification" so the same reply will be given by you if I give my mo no and alternative mo no.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio 3 days since I registered my complaint. Sr0000us40 my complaint no. My complete system is online. No one is responsible and taking charge for solving the problem? This kind of service is not acceptable! Jio fibre at its worst.

    @reliancejio Very bad services. Postpaid plan has option of pre on post recharge. But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

    @JioCare @freebidder1947 Most Useless Service is that of Jio. One odd satisfied customer, which may have been planted by you only, doesn't mean that your services are good. In my complete circle of Friends and Relatives, everyone curse Jio because the service is useless. BEWARE OF JIO. THEY BEFOOL YOU.

    @JioCare Dont waste time by using DM, go and check my previous conversation, I have already mentioned the complainant no, alternate no, location and all the required details. As we have been facing the issue since march 2020, anl you all are not able to provide the solution.

    I requested for disconnection and refund Security Deposit. But @JioCare prompt to stop Internet on JioFiber Service ID 299843392598 but not disconnect the connection whereas subscription valid till 13th Apr. Collect your instrument and Refund Security Deposit, till then Internet?
