    @reliancejio @JioCare plzz fix my issue i have connectivity problem in Nagpur city near Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi College Of Engineering, CRPF area.. The internet speed is not even 2G.. fox the issue ASAP either I'm switching to another network..!!

    @JioCare You mentioned it will take 15 days for problem to solved as one of the tower is not working. I would like to have a permanent solution in 15 days from Jio as using total 60 mobile numbers.

    @JioCare No solution, only saying miserable answers to users!!! One associate reply very good connectivity at your location & another replies we are having network issues at your locations. Better I switch to BSNL.

    @JioCare The reason given for the slow data speed is not acceptable as customer and the problem raised by is continually since long accept early morning time. I want to inform that there are 3 JIO towers within airal distance of one KM.

    @JioCare I recharged for a friend on his behalf and there is not a trace of the transaction. The money is debited from the account but the services are still inactive. Not a way to track it. Help ASAP!!!!

    @reliancejio @reliancejio This is nothing but a scam where 5 days before auto debit date, your customer service executive tells me to ignore the bill generated and make the payment. Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay in the restoration of JioFiber services for Service ID XXX in your area. be rest assured that our team is constantly working to restore the same on priority. Services are likely to get restored by 19-04-2022 03:33 PM.
