    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I put up in baganee talab raipur, Bantlab jammu , and god damn Jio your internet is really bad. More than that I have made soo many complains and not once has jio team resolved this issue for me.@ChowdharyTahir1

    @JioCare 1. Jio SIM should be in SIM slot 1 (in case you are using a dual SIM handset) 2. Check if the network mode is set to 4G or LTE (not applicable for iPhones and JioPhones) 3. Data roaming should be enabled 4. Data and voice should be routed through Jio SIM

    @JioCare I got a text 4/8 at 11.35am that due to outage service will be restore at 3.35pm, then at 3.35pm got that it's getting delayed by 11.35pm and at 11.35pm got it will be restore by 5/8 by 11.35 am, it's hampering my wfh. As per customer care I will not get extension also!

    @reliancejio - I migrated to Jio just in the morning and was looking to move other numbers from airtel.. your team is asking me to pay security deposit? Why ? I have a 25k limit with Airtel and never had to pay security.. no one said I need to pay security! What is going on ?

    @JioCare #jiofiber Pathetic service by Jio, my fiber connection is not working since 2 days and I have called customer care like 100 times but still no resolution. Why do you even give expected resolution time of 24 hrs when you are never able to complete it in that? SR0000162A5E
