    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber hasn’t worked properly for the last 7 days. I raised a complaint, an engineer visited and updated the software, but the issue is still unresolved. How many times do I have to report the same problem? Please provide a permanent fix ASAP SR00002MWIK0

    4/4 I have contacted Jio Care as well, but I'm being redirected back to Google. Kindly investigate this provisioning issue and restore my Google AI Pro entitlement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I noticed my Netflix plan bundled with JioFiber was upgraded without my request or consent. I’ve now changed it back to the Basic plan. Do not charge me for the upgraded plan which I never asked for. Customers shouldn’t be billed for unsolicited upgrades. @JioCare @NetflixIndia

    @JioCare, @reliancejio I am facing severe speed issues with my 100 Mbps JioFiber connection. The internet is so sluggish that opening YouTube is a struggle. I expect better service than this. Kindly look into it ASAP. #JioFiber #jiocare

    @JioCare My refund it's 2+ months what is my fault for not getting refund. Pls release my refund by today & u keep doing postmortem not my issue. If you don't want to give my refund say it. I hate begging my own money. At least u guys have humanity left release it by today 🙏🙏
