    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare The service engineer is refusing to visit. He said they no longer work with Jio and all resources are diverted to jio air fibre.

    @JioCare ....About the distributor or the Gold Passcode process. This has been a very frustrating experience. Kindly clarify: How can a customer obtain a Gold Passcode? Who is the authorized distributor? How can these VIP numbers actually be purchased? Please assist @JioCare

    @JioCare ORN No. NO0001EY6KOQ Order is still in pending , engineer team is asking 200 rupee extra for installation, what the hell you are doing, if you can't install device please cancel my order and save my time, it's too much frustrating

    @JioCare Repeated service interruptions on Jio AirFiber are unacceptable. Continuous connectivity issues are causing unnecessary inconvenience and raising serious concerns about service quality. I request an immediate investigation, a clear explanation, and a permanent fix.

    @JioCare I'm facing issue in my jio fibre connection and the field engineer said the company is focused on aur fibre that why they can not work on jio fibre tickets. I can not connect to customer executive as well. Complaint number SR00002N033G
