    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have no doubt you have the worst customer service I have seen in any industry. I have been trying to get a proper solution since last Sunday without success. Email, phone and Twitter all are #useless. You send standard responses without even reading emails

    @JioCare @reliancejio your phone support doesn’t know anything. Twitter doesn’t respond for days after posting standard response. Your Appellate doesn’t respond too. You don’t even generate case IDs for tracking. #CustomerService #JioFiber #FAIL
