    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare students at SHREE RMD AYURVEDIC COLLEGE & HOSPITAL have been facing zero signal for a WHOLE WEEK. We can’t even make basic calls inside our rooms and have to run to the terrace every single time. Endless customer care calls, 0 resolution. No5G,no basic connectivity

    @JioCare Your entire system is corrupt as there us no way to connect to customer service executive. Everything is automated & doesn't cater to customer's specific need. The internet is disrupted from ur end by last 24 hra & today when supposedly services are restored yet no internet

    @JioCare @reliancejio Over 24 hours and still no resolution. No call, no SMS, no engineer visit. My complaint was closed without fixing the issue and I had to reopen it myself. This is gross negligence and unacceptable customer service. Resolve it immediately. @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare I shared my JioAirFiber ID and registered mobile number by DM immediately after it was requested them on 29 July. There has still been no call, engineer visit, update or resolution. Your public response was merely performative; no action followed. 1/3

    @reliancejio has deactivated my SIM, it has been just a week since the recharge ended They've done this before with my other SIM cards, and as a solution, they told me to get a replacement SIM card, which would only cost me 50 rupees Jio is playing a very ***** game 😒 @JioCare

    We are facing a serious JioAirFiber internet issue in PIN Code 767025. The internet remains unavailable for nearly 20 hours every day. This problem has been continuing for several days despite repeated complaints. Kindly investigate the network issue. @reliancejio @JioCare
