@JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

@JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

@JioCare Under observation since 22march?? Pls stop harrasing ur customer and initiate the refund process. 2 days before, i received 500rs that was device security or what ???? I am asking about remaining 1000rs which was of installation.

@JioCare I was on 1499 plan which later went on to become 699 due to the 300 Mbps prmoised was not given 2 months later I wanna upgrade my plan from 699 to 999 which on the app shows 8-9 subscription and I did but ur customer care says u won't get it as u once downgraded

@JioCare Instead of asking repeadtly same question, can you please check in the history how many tweets are raised and no response. I have explained the issue nearly 100 times in mail to jiofiber,an_appellate ,in tweets and in myjio app as well. Guys customer needs your support and action
