    @reliancejio very pathetic customer support service. Live chat not useful. Toll free number no service available. Live plan available but MyJio app shows no valid plan.?? It this the way supposedly the best network in India going to operate

    @JioCare hello.Since past week the network connection is verypathetic. No signal/merely a single bar inside my house.Forget internet it's very difficult to make call inside my room.tried myjio app troubleshoot and the solution I get is change your location.awating for response

    @JioCare @reliancejio Last 1 hour Jio fiber not working. Whom to contact? 1800-896-9999, no service available tone getting. Installation engineer, mobile number not reachable. I paid 6 month plan. Now feeling cheated.
