    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    .@JioCare It's been over 6 days with no resolution. My complaints were automatically closed without fixing the issue. This is unacceptable customer service. Complaint IDs: SR00003D2HXH & SR00003D4Q75 Please resolve this immediately or refund my money. Otherwise, I'll switch

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fibre stops working as per ur CC, my data got exhausted whereas the plan I opted is with unlimited data. I paid twice to buy data boost but still not working and I am being asked to pay 3rd time. No clarity about last two paymwnt.

    @nationalist56 @JioCare Very true. Now a days even if u paid the full payment for a given service they will ignore you and keep you in the dark. And that too from a telecom giant like Jio. They make false promises and ignore you once the payment is done.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare what the hell is this. It has been more than 7 days and still there has been more resolution for this issue. Infact no engineer has yet visited my home. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers.

    @JioCare what is happening with your IVR and connection. My home fiber all of a sudden says data consumed and and I'm not able to reach via IVR to customer care !! Unable to do anything!! Horrible experience! #jio @reliancejio @jio

    I am facing jio airfiber disconn. every 3rd or 4th day. I get message that conn. will be restored in four hours. It is affecting my work. Biggest services provider in the country cannot solve problem for 4 hours or provide long term solution. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @DoT_India This level of service is unacceptable. We demand: • Immediate restoration of network services. • A clear explanation for the prolonged outage. • A definite timeline for resolution. • A refund/compensation for the 11 days of service disruption, as customers have been paying

    @JioCare has an untracked issue resolution pipeline so even emails are like customer service calls. The trailing emails are ignored. The service provider is required generally judged by turnaround time. Speed is sufficient code is broken. #JioFiberSucks
