    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare Issue opened for over a month. X trail open for 4 days. So, don’t trust until it is resolved. I’m helping myself, got no help whatsoever from you so far.

    @JioCare @TRAI hello..I have internet connection of jio fibre..Since 3 days they are not solving my complaint just giving false commitments nor I am able to connect to their customer service as my complaint is already registered..how TRAI can help me in this situation?

    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?
