    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare Please help. I still haven’t received my JioFiber relocation installation despite repeated assurances and follow-ups. I have been waiting for the issue to be resolved, but the relocation is still pending. Please look into this and help me get the installation completed asap.

    @JioCare No point brother!! @airtelindia did it instantly!! I called them. Raised a request, same day initiation and instalation..!! Airtel deserves best when we are talking about service and support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Tanya I understand the advance-rent model. But that doesn’t answer my concern. I paid ₹760 on 18 Aug, yet my service stopped after just 12 days. Please explain what period that ₹760 payment covered and why my service was disconnected on 30 Aug.

    @JioCare Airtel Fiber is so much better; I never faced a single issue with it. I never expected JioFiber to be this terrible. I’m going to disconnect this right now and switch back to Airtel Fiber. If there is a number one worst fiber network out there, it’s JioFiber. Guys, don't use it."

    @jiocare Unable to pickup calls from friends and family due to long procedure of sim porting and no internet since 2 days what should I do ..? Can I cancel sim porting from Airtel to jio..? @airtelindia

    Hi Jio Support, @JioCare @jio_fiber I have been facing frequent Wi-Fi disconnections and major fluctuations in internet speed for the past one week. The connection keeps dropping intermittently, and the speed is also inconsistent even when the devices are close to the router.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is your true 5g What is the benefit of doing such an expensive recharge when your network does not work, steal the network, your Jio's own app does not work, that is why we are forced to port the SIM, please spend money on the networks towers fix it !
