    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare @JioMart_Support Hi i had booked my order and raised the complaint by service no. 6212371872 and 6202883301.Query still not resolved from my side and customer care closed my complaint without my knowledge.Very much bad customer care service they dont know how to talk.

    @VodafoneGroup What kind of a joke r u running in the name of service provider? I have to listen to a promotional message for 38 seconds & even after that my call doesn't get connected. It's time I looked out for other options @airtelindia or @reliancejio what would you suggest?

    @reliancejio Please help me for installation of my jio fiber connection, your poor customer service is not responding & unprofessional service engineer are not picking up the phone. My new voice no +917313504413 allotment done on 29th than just postpone all appointments.

    @reliancejio @JioCare On 29th May I raised a complaint via customer care and my service request no is SR0000153IRX, I was told that ll get the call back within 24 hours but no response from your team yet. Kindly intervene and resolve my complaint ASAP.
