    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber service has been completely down. Water has entered the cable/PoE connector coming from the rooftop antenna to the router, apparently causing a short circuit. I have already completed all troubleshooting steps, 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your Jio Air Fiber Wow !!! It's Connected but still nothing is accessible no internet!! It happens casually like it's a ritual, and your poor ***** customer support you guys don't give shít about your customers.

    @JioCare Pls share the work that’s happening from your side? Patience is for the first 24 hrs. Now I’m without internet for 72 hrs. Stop send me your templated/ canned messages for the sake of replying, rather fixing the actual problem.

    @JioCare I have already shared all complaint/ticket numbers with you via DM. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. What's more concerning is that the local technicians disconnect calls when I try to reach them for an update. What kind of customer support is this?

    Its been 9 days since Jio has taken my money but was not able to instal JioFiber yet inspite of registering a compliant, and inspite of repeated escalation. Never expected this from @reliancejio esp in National Capital Delhi. @JioCare @TRAI #Jio #RelianceJio

    @JioCare Guys, I’m already aware of what the app is showing. I’ve been following up continuously for the last 4 days, and the same generic update is being repeated by your customer support team. This does not resolve my issue. What I need is a clear explanation and a realistic ETA?

    @JioCare I am a consumer of JioAirFiber in Sukhobristi, Kolkata. On my last tweet, I told you about my speed issue. Customer service here said, problem cannot be resolved. But your salesman promised best internet. I NEED A REFUND!!!!
