    I recharged my JioFiber connection for Rs. 470.82 on 7 feb 2021. My account got debited but recharge not done. It has been about 10 days but till now my money has not been refunded. Worst service Jio Fiber.@JioCare

    Hey @reliancejio what's the problem with you... I'm on 4G data but it's running at 3G speed... Called your helpline number and they have a single answer for last 2.5 year.... Sir we are improving services in your area and heavy customer uses at same... Thats the reason 😡😡

    @JioCare hey, I raised a removal request as am moving out. Am suddenly being told it will take 7 days. The last time it was under a day! Which means I would leave before the device is removed. Call Center guys can’t help. Can you get it done tomorrow or the day after?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare OTT apps k naam pai customers ko dhonkha mil raha hai.U peoples are fooling customers.I recently activate my ₹999 plan with 14 OTT apps subscription but unfortunately I am unable to excess any of OTT app. Kindly resolve my issue asap
