    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @reliancejio everyday the jio internet is down.. there is no proper intimation. If we complaint the service person doesn’t turn up. Its happening regularly in Bandra east. Thinking of switching to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Looks like you are working as grocery store...if internet is down then resolution should be provided immediately and not after 12-48 hours.

    @JioCare what’s your customer care number to raise a complaint? I can’t find the option to schedule engineer visit on the MyJio app. The router isn’t connecting to Wi-Fi. It’s got a red flickering light after all attempts as per MyJio app

    @JioCare @reliancejio From more than 10 days Jio network is not available in my village. No one is able to make/receive calls, not able to use internet. Fast resolution is highly expected.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Society has given permission to install individual connection of #Jiofiber as thr is some issue within committee for use of terrace, I also agreed to Jio person for installing Jio set-top box for my individual use inside my flat

    @JioCare @JioTrue5G 5G is launched in my city (Karwar). Yet very poor coverage of both 4G and 5G in an area (Padmanabhnagar). I raised this issue several times last year with no improvements and so had moved to VI. Now after an year i am back to Jio and the issue yet persists 😞

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network is not working at west patel nagar area 28.651552454049604, 77.16018056136946 this location kindly restore network ASAP. Facing this issue from last more than 2 hours. Not able to place call and not getting SMS.@airtelindia
