    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare @myjio @reliancejio It has been two days since I raised service ticket. Status still shows assigning technician. How many days do I have to wait? If you guys can't provide service, please let me know. I will move to other service providers

    @JioCare Hi Sweety, yes, the issue is at the same location mentioned earlier. It's the same problem as before poor to no network coverage, frequent signal drops & unreliable connectivity. Despite raising this issue multiple times,it still remains unresolved. I've shared the details via DM

    @JioCare don’t understand what to do , inspite of several complaints to several ppl of jio fiber , twice getting assurances from jiocare ppl on x , nothing happened, no resolution, should I go to consumer court against these ppl against jio fiber

    @JioCare Please stop lying. Could you please explain why it stopped working? Even after the so-called technician visited on Sunday and assured us there would be no issues, it stopped working within 24 hours. #SayNoToJio

    @JioCare How many times will you keep sending the same copy-paste response? We've been hearing this for the last 3 days. We paid for a Jio AirFiber connection to get reliable internet, not repeated excuses. Stop sending automated replies and fix the issue immediately. @reliancejio
