    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    Highly disappointed with the services of @JioCare @FibreJio @reliancejio . We are facing consistent issues from the last 6 months, same has been addressed to the service boys but they seems helpless, every month there is a fix appointment of them but no fix solutions of that.

    After sending the port message, your customer executive called and I explained the reason continuous call drops for both caller and receiver for months. I was promised it would be fixed, but 3 days later the issue is still the same. Empty promises Fix your network. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly attention pls,Reliance Jio tower is installed at our village ahmedpur asana,and more than 1000 people have sim connection and are connected through this tower,But unfortunately we are not getting good signal from this jio’s tower

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber is not connecting with the JioHome app even after entering the correctdetails. Internet speed is also very slow,although diagnostics show everything is perfect. Kindly check the issue and raise a service request at the earliest. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Who is going to compensate for the loss of validity on my AirFiber plan due to this outage? No internet service, but my plan validity keeps getting reduced. This is unfair for customers. Please address this issue urgently.

    @reliancejio @jiocare my problem still persists. there is no response from your side. does this handle/ identity have any materialistic value? a big corporate like RELIANCE is just not responding to customer woes. hope MUKESH BHAI & FAMILY is aware of this. @RIL_Updates

    @JioCare i raised complain for slow interent . Then these ppl will ask you to dm the query and later they will stop responding. And consumer will get tired but these ppl har no listening ears. This is the crook co and cheats its clients such as spoiler for mr ambani’s image
