    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare I took a jio postpaid broadband connection on 20th January. It has been not working since then and I am continuously facing disconnection issues. I have till date raised 6 complaints but your bad engineers are not able to resolve anything.

    If there is a list of made of worst service providers, Wi-Fi provider services as a whole would top. All of the companies Den, Hathway, etc if you ever use would give you headaches and ****** customer support. Now @JioFiberVoice by @reliancejio are the same too.

    @JioCare Sometimes I feel your engineers intentionally delay pick up order, as customer will not get installation amount( 1000). Truly, this is not fair on yours prestigious company side

    @JioCare i was really happy to port out from airtel to jio which i have been trying for the last 15 days no help from jio store jio care nothing.

    @jio_gigafiber @JioCare Pathetic service quality on jiofiber. My complaint for jio fiber connection 01243548101 is pending since last 3 days, each time robotic style response from call centre " We are sorry, we are working on complaint " but no resolution .
