    @JioCare @consumerforum_ I never asked to reschedule. @JioCare is changing dates from backend without informing after taking 3 months of money in advance. The customer care is not helping. They just say that the new date is this. I have attached proof of dates in previous tweet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare from last 3 month the network coverage of jio is decreasing day by day in my locality i dont know why ,neither is good coverage of network nor providing data speed even the network bar isn't full,which causes alot of inconvenience i am porting my number.

    @reliancejio Facing a very bad experience with Jio services. Customer care not helping. Local Tema not picking up call. Internet speed is bad. Should I remove jio connection and get some other service provider for better after sales service???

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancegroup Now people buy sim card of your jio company knowing the indigenous company but the internet speed is slow and no official of the company is responding.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I regret to inform you that the jio team at dehradun is unable to repair the jio fibre since last two days. I have filed a complaint on 16th Sept and it is going to be 48hours now,they are taking more than 48hours to repair a connection.

    @JioCare You're engineer have visited yesterday and told issue will be resolved in two hours. Couldn't even resolve even after a day.

    @JioCare can't you see the above mentioned business account ID 410163010079 ? This is Business broadband account not normal jio broadband.. help me out to downgrade the plan else i will like to terminate the connection. Even i sent email from registered email also
