    @joshiaditya111 @JioCare Agreed. It takes weeks of continous call backs just to get a little Wi-Fi issue sorted. It's infuriating with the inefficency of customer care and most of their managers as well. @JioCare It's time you step up, before you go big.

    @JioCare Hi team, I went to Jio Store to port my number from Airtel to Jio, it's been already 4 working days but it is still not done. There is no way to contact you guys and your chatbot being the worst, do not understand a single thing. Please help.

    @JioCare #JioFiber @MukeshAmbani06 for jio fiber service interruption complaint given. Received prompt message from jiocare to give details about my number/id. Same is given but no reply later on. Useless service. Chat,jiocare,faq, video for complaints useless. Elon when u start

    @JioCare I am residing at main market area @ Ghagra bazar, Dist-Udalguri, Assam-784524, but your network shows inside my home only single stick and outside 2-3 sticks only even in town areas what to do? For this reason I opted Port my number(8011409989) to other network.

    With very heavy heart I would like to request you to kindly direct your patna jio fiber to get back jio fiber connection. jio team visited 4 times to resolve the problems of slow net speed and covering range with 0 result. Rgrd @_MukeshAmbani @TheNeetaAmbani @JioCare
