  @JioCare Your technician Bhavin took the otp yesterday saying he does not have adapter currently and will come back at 6 pm and replace it. I called him and again told me he will come in the morning today. Now he denied visiting. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE TO VISIT FIX THE ISSUE.

  @JioCare I didn't expect extremely slow service from Jio. Customer is facing outage for 3 days, and you are still asking to wait. My work is totally impacted. Local internet service providers fix the issues much faster. Pathetic. @AkashMAmbani FYA Please.

  @JioCare @JioCare I had confirmed service appointment for 5Jun 11AM, but the schedule appears to have been changed. if any tip is expected for proper service by technician I will pay it as well. I am unable to go to the office today and am completely dependent on my home internet connect

  @JioCare service request for non functional Internet logged for a 11am-12noon service visit still showing awaiting engineer assignment. Can an engineer be assigned so the service request could be attended? AI bots can’t handle all service issues
