@JioCare Amazing response.. and u know what I called at ur customer care at 9:30 PM and they still were telling me that engineer will visit me today only.. may be at 10 PM or after that is at this time ur engineer visits... i have recorded that call as well..

@JioCare 1. Service request was closed without solving the issue. Why ? 2. Your ground staff is rude and unsupporting. They never worked on it. It's more than 2 weeks and still nobody is doing anything to fix it.

Hi @airtelindia @reliancejio My hometown is still missed out of digital world. There is no network tower withing 3/4 kms. Village is surrounded by mountains. Request you to install a tower.

@JioCare I am using jio past 4years..1year I not getting calls from others, only message coming that someone contacted me.. Everyone tells that ,my number is not reachable.. If I make call it goes.... I changed my sim too, same problem.. First this next one online streaming bro
