    @JioCare u have very pathetic customer service. I mean one has to go through some half n hour torture just to contact ur customer care executive that too with no guarantee that call would connect to customer care executive.

    I am having a 150 mbps fibre plan but in real time I am getting only upto 19 mbps download speed and around 6 mbps upload speed. Can u help me out ? @JioCare

    @JioCare I have complained every day to you since 8th August. Now I have decided not to complain and see how many days you take to resolve the problem. Kindly refund the recharge amount which is for service after 17th August. I shall recharge again after the internet becomes operational.
