    Strongly condemn @reliancejio! Paid ₹2,221.46 for JioFiber, but despite a confirmed installation appointment on 22 July, no technician arrived. Repeated complaints brought no solution. After cancellation, I’m told to wait 10–12 days for my refund. Unacceptable!

    Since almost 2 years @JioCare I have been complaining about poor network connectivity in my area, but it’s shame you are doing nothing to improve it. Should I call Mukesh Ambani to see what is happening? Due to my busy schedule I am unable to switch network from Jio…1/2

    @JioCare Jio Broadband has down for more than half a day now at my home. Raised a ticket before noon. No action whatsoever!! What a pathetic customer service #JioFiber

    The service of @reliancejio @jio_fiber is bad. The broadband is not working for 2 days, no update just waiting. Have raised SR which I believe is useless. We are at their mercy.
