    @JioCare I forgot to write this word "You always have cry last three years dat many users are online at one time. First of all, I give Rs 719 alone nd what do I do with your problem? if everything is ok in my area then why i am facing this issue??

    @reliancejio @rajasthanroyals sir, i applied for jio fiber connection at 23rd march with payment (order no- NO0000KXBPFH) local city technical department cancelled my installation request local department even don't bother to call us or tell the problem why they cancelled my installation request

    @JioCare It seems after i provided my number you guys even reduced the internet speed. Now even Twitter doesn't open immediately. So pathetic and unprofessional. First u guys mugged up my mobile data then now the speed has also reduced. Guess it's time to switch to other service provider

    @JioCare Do u people ask ur consumers that plz don't buy our plans as u r from rural area we won't be able to provide u high speed data there.Toh call karne pe ye bahane kyu ki sir aapke area me tower nahi lagane dete.Worst network Worst data speed .

    @JioCare sir its not because of technical issue its a carelessness i personally call the payment collecter man they said me that local department is not looking on my request of installation so they just shed my request. either install the connection or i will port my home all connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare Recently ported from Jio prepaid to jio postpaid . Old prepaid sim stop working and new postpaid sim also not working. Please start immediately
