@reliancejio @JioCare Customer Id-3379638871 My jio fibre is frequently getting disconnected as the connection was made with box distant at around 100 metres. My building has now more than 6 connections and I have requested for setting box at my building terrace. Pls help.

1. I was sending one document of size 500 kb in evening. Bcoz of the poor service provide by @reliancejio @JioCare the jiofi was not able to process the upload. It took 2 hrs. @PMOIndia is it the digital india, what was promised? Hurts to say rural india is still being ingored.

@JioCare Your engineers visited my house two days but they were not able to provide me the jiofiber connection because of some terrible reason and then they put the order on hold and send me message that "order is put on hold as per my request" what kind of service is this.

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm not able to use ott platforms in my phone .. although I have subscription for it .. I tried calling Jio care but they are not able to fix my problem ... Please help me. I can only use Disney + n all the other apps like voot Sony LIV all r showing error
