  @JioCare @reliancejio Would also like to mention that my connection is not working since 30th June and I had already paid for the period 21st June to 20july so my question is for this delay and pathetic service, shouldn't I get a refund for this monthly plan payment?

  @JioCare @reliancejio And top of it Jio is threatening to suspend my connection due unpaid bill?. Why should I be paying bill if I'm am not able to avail services? 0 customer support from Jio

  Ordered Jio SIM for home delivery through the MyJio app on 10.7.26. Service agent has still not delivered the SIM. Complaint also raised. Despite waiting and following up, there has been no delivery or proper response. @JioCare @reliancejio
