  @JioCare Hi, As advised , I have taken up the matter with hdfc credit card team . In this regard, in order to enable them to take further investigation, they require the confirmation from JIO Team they are not in the receipt of the payment. Kindly help.

  15+ days. No resolution despite repeated calls, emails, and follow-ups. Only bot replies and false assurances. I've now filed a formal complaint with @jagograhakjago (Docket No. 9765478). @JioCare @reliancejio, I hope this finally gets resolved.

  Very disappointed with @JioCare. I paid ₹10,000 on 20-06-2026 for a JioFiber Smart Society Plan, but still not activated. No KYC has been completed, Despite multiple follow-ups and emails to Customer Care, I haven’t received any response on my email either. @reliancejio @TRAI

  @JioCare This issue has gone far beyond an ordinary service delay. Despite payment, repeated follow-ups, a missed installation appointment, an NCH complaint, and escalation to the Appellate Authority, there is still no resolution. If this matter is not resolved immediately
