    @JioCare @reliancejio what an pathetic service you offer. I had applied for relocation of jio fiber connection and it's been 15-20 days no body has come from jio team for relocation and wrongly charing me the bill for the service not utilised by me. Shame on you

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JM_Scindia While rasing service requests I got slot for morning 10.00 am to 11.00 am. Now they automatically modify the time slot. Dear Customer, Service request no SR0000366FET has been raised in your account.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The app response asks me to call on their phone, the phone's response is to connect via email, the email tells me to connect via WhatsApp and then whatsapp tells me to connect via the app again, **** ****

    @JioCare Jio air fiber is a paux. Very poor and pathetic service. From Saturday onwards for the past three days I didn't have wifi connection and I am unable to watch TV. I have tried ten times the customer care number. I am unable to inform my grievances.
