@JioCare Such pathetic Jio services are unacceptable. This looks like a game played by Jio. Lure the customers by giving free trial plans and then never return their money. More than 1 month just for providing a refund looks like a clear Scam #ScamAlert

I called your @JioCare 3 times but the conversation with customer service could not be completed and the call got disconnected. I had to do a lot of instant messaging that day and my current plan of 100 SMS on 1st and 2nd of November was expired. 2/3

@DoT_India Sir , @JioCare store in Supela , bhilai has kept my grandfather's jiophone & sim plus the money because of failed number port (wrong no entered) since 16th Oct. Till now they haven't provided any resolution nor the handset or sim. Please help me out.
