    @Airtel_Presence why should I pay for cable charges which connects from your pole to my house for a connection that I'm shifting? @ACTFibernet does not charge anything for shifting. If that's the case I might as well cancel #black and go for @JioCare new combo connection

    I paid ₹349 for Jio MNP on 20 Oct 2025 (Txn ID: 551020072050334). That day BSNL’s UPC code wasn’t generated, and now Jio is again asking for ₹349 to port the same number. Why should a customer pay twice for one port request? @JioCare @TRAIIndia #Jio #MNP #ConsumerRights

    @ACTFibernet it’s surprising to receive a call from #ACT as it’s impossible to reach you otherwise. I have been your customer for over a decade with your 12+3 months plan but not happy with your high speed performance as it goes on & off every day and I have to switch over to @reliancejio data…Now you’re offering 2 routers with 6mo subscription only as promotion…why can’t you try this in my place to see if your performance is better anyways? Why do you want a customer to go for a lower plan supposedly for an improved performance? Why don’t you work on ways to retain a customer?

    @iSaumya @Cloudflare @reliancejio Thanks for sharing! I can confidently say that the team is looking into this. Unfortunately, I don’t have any ETA on the resolution. I also don’t have a lot of information on the actual cause of this problem, but the right folks are aware and are actively looking into it.

    @TelecomTalk Yes but if @reliancejio pays for using BSNL network but not if @BSNLCorporate forgets to collect its due charges

    @JioCare How many months is required to get the outage fix in my location?? Internet speed is affected and office works are getting impacted but jio is sleeping nicely. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR can I expect help ??
