  @JioCare These technians are not even following or listening to these jio officials. They are running the show behind they will schedule and they will not take your call and reschedule the appointment. This runs on loop my plan will be expired in 2 days and these people say they cant help

  @reliancejio @JioCare WORST NETWORK. After using vi for 8 years I ported to Jio postpaid with family plan but there’s so much of network problem. Just 2 lines in the network column and I’m already frustrated. Please improve your network and help me with what is to be done!

  @JioCare my internet is down for almost last 10 out of 15 days. Raised 3/4 service requests and everytime it crashes after a day. Rest all connections in my building are working fine. service request was marked resolved when no one visited or called. SR00003BVK4F

  Disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio Complaint SR00003BT665 has again been put on hold without any engineer visit. I called the contact number mentioned in the SR, but no one answered. Now the request is showing "On Hold" again, and I don't know why. Please resolve

  @JioCare Internet down since yesterday, registered service request. Tried to reschedule for earlier instead of giving timings options it directly moved appointment to day after. No option to talk to any support executive. Time to dump your service. #Horrible #Useless #Pathetic
