    @JioCare For the last 3 days, your customer care has scheduled 3 different appointments to fix my JioFiber Internet, neither there is any call from the engineer nor you share any details & every day I have to call and schedule a new appointment, please uninstall you box

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have installed jio fiber on 26/06 but TV remote provided was working properly, So logged complaint but satisfactory solution was not provide till now. Complaint number- SR00001BU2G0

    @JioCare I had also asked whether my using of Jio Volte chip causing d slow internet and how and where to change that Volte chip.Also my Playstore has stopped working.Nothing kud b downloaded.Hw to rectify .Mine is Redmi 9.
