  Jio Fiber has gone down from best to the worst internet service provider in India. It's been more than 2 months of suffering now. Loss of connection, slow speed even if you have it. Really difficult to catch up their customer care, representatives don't respond. @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio I moved to new location in Vadodara Gujarat. Society didn’t have Jio connectivity, I took society permission and got It done after 25 days of follow ups. They are giving new connection to other people and not addressing my relocation request, please help.

  Anyone planning to get JioFiber, so please don’t do it @reliancejio @JioCare will scam you. They will take the payment and will not reply for weeks. Even if they reply then they will give you stupid reasons for the delay. My money is stuck for so long and I am taking legal action

  @JioCare Let me be honest with you.your internet and the services sucks. I have been facing this issue since 10 days and irrespective of continuous follow up, the issue still persist. Even now, I am using 4G to raise issue on Twitter.
