    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No improvement even after multiple complaints. Extremely poor network—feels like 2G, not 5G. Why are customers being charged for services that aren’t delivered? Very disappointing experience. @JioCare @JioHotstar Please resolve this issue urgently. #Jio #PoorNetwork #5G

    @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

    @reliancejio I am making payment through Jio Payment Bank, it is saying that there is no limit and there is no option in the application to check the limit. Is there any problem in the server?

    @JioCare You guys are failed in fulfillment of service within 5 working days and later on a complaint resolution. Suffered alot by trusting Jio.what kind of useless employees hired by Jio?

    Still no response from Jio after repeated complaints. Customer service shouldn’t disappear when there’s a problem. Fix the issue or at least respond.@JioCare @reliancejio
