    @JioCare Lol why will I pay for 8 days when I didn’t used your Jio service ? If you cannot adjust 8 days I will not recharge jio and change to other service. This is not fare for asking us to pay for non availing the service and issue was truly on ur end

    @reliancejio has been working great since I ported to it. But now that I have travelled back to Ireland, the sim has no signal and I am being told by the customer care that Int. Roaming needs to be activated. Nothing of this sort is required to get signal or incoming texts.

    @JioCare We certainly understand your concern. You are experiencing internet issues as there are many users using internet at the same time. We are working to improve our services in your area at the earliest "YOU ARE REPLYING THIS. I AM HEARING THIS FROM LAST 8 MONTHS"

    All my bank transactions have stopped and no customer care employee is ready to give a solution. How is it possible the others here have signal and incoming texts activated without any international roaming activated? @reliancejio
