  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 5/8 And despite all this, Jio's response is still: “Limited network connectivity in this location.” And apparently, Jio will “try to improve it in the future.” SERIOUSLY? What exactly is a customer supposed to do with a connection showing 100% packet loss and 0.0 Mbps upload?

  @JioMart @JioMart @reliancejio Very poor service from Jiomart. Orders are not serviced. No TAT for customer complaint closure. Refunds takes ages. Reading the comment section only strengths my view. Better not to use and if at no Prepaid orders to be placed.

Please guide and fast track the process. Never expected this poor service from Jio. No response from the customer care after payment.

  @JioCare I too have replied. Please check. No need of any further frustration. Please get it disconnected immediately. 5 days wait is more than the industry standard. That too not a single visit. Only crap being served online.

  @JioCare Issue standa not resolved. I guess by this approach u guys are working days will become months. Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 6/8 Stop closing complaints without fixing the problem. Stop sending meaningless copy-paste responses. A complaint being marked “Resolved” does NOT mean the issue has been resolved. Customers deserve an actual technical investigation not a status update to close the ticket

  I am using @reliancejio but from past few weeks using it feels like a hell . Some times even 2g is not working forget about 4g or 5g. While I am paying for 5g unlimited pack. Shame on you @JioCare for your this service. If it continues like this then I have to port my sim. @TRAI

  Is there some issue with @reliancejio connection for last few days in Kondhwa, Pune area? Calls are getting disturbed or soundless in between. Sometimes signals also seem too weak.
