    @JioCare @reliancejio I ported my number from Airtel to Jio and also purchased a 2-month JioSaavn subscription, but I’m unable to set a JioTune on both MyJio and JioSaavn. It shows “Only for Jio SIM Users.” Please check and resolve this issue. #JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Sukhmeet, enough with the copy-paste replies. It’s been 7 days and I still have no complaint number, no ETA, and no resolution. Either restore my 30 Mbps service immediately or disconnect it and collect your router. This is unacceptable.

    internet speed is very poor in my area even though it is in 5g area here the operator do mischievous activity activitytwo day earlier I had ported to jio and felling very regretful airtel has no such issue.neither getting 5g and 4g network is very bad @JioCare 8804641120
