    @JioCare @reliancejio Fed up with the msg of Jio and reminder of Jio plan getting over while calling. Last tym also I had the same issue. Pls stop this nonsense msg. If my balance get's over I will recharge, I don't need continuous msgs. Pls do the needful asap.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , I've opted for 149 plan and got recharged through JIOPOS from a retailer nearby on 29th May, the recharge was not successful,but in retailers Database it's successful,ive got no support from retailer and @JioCare ,how can I register a complaint?

    Worst experience of network availability with @JioCare @reliancejio at our location Dabargram, Gaytri Nagar Deoghar Jharkhand 814142. Even BSNL 3G is working good than Jio 4G, we have no option than porting out ourselves. Plz address this

    @reliancejio expected good service from reliance but disappointed this time. Very bad customer service of jio fiber.Booked 2 connections on 13 may. Till today installation rescheduled every day. No response from line man or manager or booking person.Even they don't pic the call.

    @JioCare from past few days jio's net speed is getting worse Iam unable to use net from past week. I am not getting the right service from you for which I am paying. You must extend the validity or refund the amount. You are just looting the customers right now @reliancejio

    @JioCare Please don't give me this excuse that you're experiencing network issues in my location few days bfore there ws no issue with the network now I'm not getting full signal nor even my internet works in 4g in my family everyone is using jio so solve this issues asap or we will port.

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber connection is functional on the first floor. It has to travel a distance of less than 15 metres. If you are so indifferent & inefficient in selling a new connection Then what would happen when you have installed it & collected money- there is problem.
