Hello u lovely people plz dont byr jio fiber, @JioCare they are fraud, they use there email is etc to subscribe ott without your knowledge, and folol u bye saying that is amazon prims problm talk to them, but they are helpless , poor service

Hello @airtelindia Since last three days my my landline and fibre optic broadband is not working, no one is responding and my online request is still unresolved @Airtel_Presence shud I shift to @JioCare as now in my society it's there.

@JioCare you really don't care one you receive the payment . I have been trying to reach you for device pickup and refund through every means telephone , twitter , email . You are just raising service tickets , no real resolution . Pathetic service !!
