Broken chat system, WhatsApp system. Somehow, they can’t even check the transaction ID. Such a pathetic experience by @reliancejio @JioCare I do not expect the refund now. A terrible mistake by opting with Jio Fiber.

@ShibiPayamal @reliancejio @JioCare In New Delhi, vasantkunj area I never get jio signal since 2016. Complained a lot but no effect. Only reply we r upgrading network. Even today there is no network. I have to go to a park in front of my home to get signal. This is jio, superfast network provider.

@JioCare Its been 4 days since I have out requested for jio fibre connection and made payment already. And your engineer came twice and leave saying its because of some technical issue. Still no update.
