@JioCare Lol why will I pay for 8 days when I didn’t used your Jio service ? If you cannot adjust 8 days I will not recharge jio and change to other service. This is not fare for asking us to pay for non availing the service and issue was truly on ur end

@reliancejio has been working great since I ported to it. But now that I have travelled back to Ireland, the sim has no signal and I am being told by the customer care that Int. Roaming needs to be activated. Nothing of this sort is required to get signal or incoming texts.
