    @JioCare Its the same s/w and device that i have been using since 2018-2019. Never faced problem with Jio then. It have worked from home then also! But now i am failing to get resolution from @JioCare . Getting a feeling that jio thinks it can never be wrong

    @BSNLCorporate Its has been 15 hours now. My internet is still not working. It feels like i have been cheated by BSNL. Worst service ever. Using bsnl is a headache. Would rwquest every1 not to use bsnl. Go for @Airtel_Presence @JioCare but not Bsnl.

    @JioCare @reliancejio if you guys alloted many numbers for query, complain, care and all. But all the numbers have same opinion then why allowed many numbers I am trying to contact to you since morning related to a query that I can't able to send text msg. Is there any problems

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing serveral problems during calling, why am I not able to call to anyone?After start calling instantly call is being cut in 3 sec. Plz see this calling problem on my number. While I have valid recharge. It's not good that I m unable to call.

    Wat a **** customer care exp, called multiple times in a month, was put on hold & never got any resolution [on EX0011128174] and it's been more than a month, only false promises and no service, will never recommend to anyone. @AJIOLife @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio the most pathetic customer service, raised a relocation request 6 days ago, and kept delaying it every single day. I have lost all my patience now, I need some sort of resolution or a refund of my money. The complaining mechanism is also not very clear

    @JioCare worst experience. closure request on aug 1st. device collected on aug 5th. refund has to be processed in 14 days. till now no resolution after repeated requests. it has been a month now. using customer's refundable deposit amount for months. #fraud #jio #goodfornothing

    @reliancejio one of the worst internet service provider. For three days internet services were down. No follow ups rather I was chasing people to fix. Engineers, Sales in charge, Area Service Manager all incapable of doing anything. Such a shame and my bad to take this connection
