not get renewed and I'm not getting benefit of Jio+Hotstar it's show you have to buy a new plan..so why I pay extra money which i already paid in the jio plan..and I contacted to 198 customer service but they unable to Solve the....pls do something 🙏 @JioCare @hotstar_helps

@JioCare Hey @JioCare, i already did. Got the connection in less than 24hrs. Great job Jio. I also learnt a lessen. There must be good reason of cheap rates of @excitel_rocks and i.e. bad customer service.

@reliancejio @Google Hi, i have visited jio store for my sim replacement but the staff demand for Rs.260 for his service. When I have complain with customers care then he refused for doing so and mis behave.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am really surprised that As a reputed company,u people are really unprofessional & irresponsible about customer’s queries. I raised the complaint on 20th Sep.But still no solution as on date. Such poor service is really unexpected with Jio as a reputed organisation
