They told me to press 3 for slow internet. I kept dialing & pressing again and again. But their IVR is not working.

Kishan Patel (@im_KishanPatel) reported@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I request that the ₹349 recharge be cancelled and the amount refunded so I can select a prepaid plan of my choice, or alternatively convert it to the ₹448 voice-only prepaid plan. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
