    @reliancejio is the worst service provider at my location. Tower is present in front of my house but no use. @reliancejio is like 'नाव मोठं लक्षण खोट'. Facing this issue since 2 months but @reliancejio Engineers don't care as its rural area. Can I hope to resolve this issue?

    @JioCare I recently took Jio fiber connection +91-1353588128 in the hope that there would decent internet speed. update: Internet not working since last Saturday, talking to your team over mail, call for the service request that was raised via app, no technician has visited

    @JioCare is there any customer service at jio from last couple of months I have been trying to log complaint to resolve network problems but there is no response over any alternative. After installing fibre network there is no visit by any technicians or engineer worst service

    Website loading, refresh time, content loading, posting, commenting is too slow even in 150 Mbps plan of jiofiber and even after changing the router(ont)... things have not been solved and the issue got bad. Servicing is not promising... May be differ area to area. @reliancejio

    @joshiaditya111 @JioCare Agreed. It takes weeks of continous call backs just to get a little Wi-Fi issue sorted. It's infuriating with the inefficency of customer care and most of their managers as well. @JioCare It's time you step up, before you go big.

    @JioCare As expected reply, ok I will wait again 10 more days. It will become 60days old. What process you will be doing be doing 🤔be transparent for customers. If I would have said, while installation take money after 7-10days, will you give service? @reliancejio @JioFibre

    @JioCare @reliancejio @trai I have made complaint regarding no range to my Jio fibre in morning. On phone conversation jio tell that there is issue of server in your area for 4 hours. Still there is no range of Jio fibre.
