    @JioCare Does it take so long for your concerned team to just check your database and generate my invoices????Do you guys understand what “urgent” means?I wanted my invoices urgently..i regret taking services from Jio..!! I had such a bad customer experience..i will escalate this further

    @JioCare That was my jio mobile no. I had connected through hdmi cable from my laptop to TV. So basically just was complaining about internet speed. It is too slow. Always. Nothing happens , I hv sent so many feedbacks yet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your engineers visited,but could not fix the problem ,now customer care wont snd anyone, either fix the problem or discontinue the service and give refund

    Why is the network getting bad every evening after 7:00 pm? While the tower is only 150 meters away from my house.@JioCare @reliancejio
