Now I got a legal notice for a loan that I never took. And both the companies @reliancejio and @kreditbee did not try to solve the issues. I am just a 23 year old young man who now feels so **** about the way businesses and their customer services are run. I feel so hopeless.

@JioCare I waited till 2months after my complaint and request to revoke your service within trial period but since one came from ur side to collect device I made subsequent request and enquire about my earlier request. Cust Executive had also assured me to release full refund...

@JioCare Government instructions didn't ask you to stop data service entirely, their ask was only to block certain apps. Please go through the government directives once again and act accordingly.
