    @JioCare Pathetic customer service. My jio fiber is down from the whole day and the technician just keeps rescheduling the appointment from morning 12 o’ clock to evening 7 pm. How is one supposed to trust the servicing quality.

    Dear @reliancejio, it is very hurtful that #jio agents mislead customers to sell high rate packs, avoid to provide the correct details so that they can earn high commissions. When contacted for clearance, they avoid the calls and messages. What a cheated customer should do?

    why the hell do assure your consumers that you are a No. 1 network in India. you people are not even good at your words and not in your services. I am really facing a worst network in my location.y u people r not able to provide a strong bandwidth @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat
