@reliancejio hey. Your customer support is pathetic. We are in digital age but it’s really hard to get any support from your team. I have billing issues and nobody seems to care. Tried speaking to multiple support agents so far, but the call disconnects in middle after sometime.

I am not able to connect at the Jio fibre support as I have tried multiple options to reach out. I have also contacted the 18008699999 but it's not working. I want to relocate my connection and I am not getting any support at all. @JioCare @reliancejio Please help.
