    Seems tht evn wth multipl channls for complaints, there r no real channls to connct to cust care for filing a complaint. I'm stuck with smthing tht breaks almost daily bt no way to raise a complaint. Pl registr my complaint & fix my issue. Thanks @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare These technical issues are going on for the last 1 year since I got this connection. I have had enough, you can take back the airfiber device and refund my money

    @MKS911982 @JioCare @reliance Never buy a jio product, they are fraud . They will keep insisting you to go with air fibre but tum wired wale ko hi chunna.

    Never buy @reliancejio @JioCare International pack while going abroad. It doesn’t work and are left without any support

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Jio, how are you? Is the internet working in your area? Are u need help from your service engineers. It's already 10 days since I applied for a refund. What does "initiation in progress" mean? If I pay you after a month, will you give free connection for that period?
