@Suborno18779227 @JioCare It's damn sad that GIO is taking take long to resolve a simple thing and also the executives are so irresponsible that they promise to come to me to resolve it but later on they don't even picking my call which will lead to another couple of months delay .

It is really disappointing to see the service of @JioCare So I have decided to take a refund for the Jio Fiber and then give it a think if I will ever take #JioFiber They have absolutely no experience and plus the connection somewhere else. @JioCare please keep responsible people

@JioCare i raised a complaint against refund for jio fiber connection 9651303985 but no reply . device pickup delayed reason was told by. customer care but device pickup is delayed by jio team i call again and again but no engineer visit for pickup .
