    @JioCare its been 4 days I had problem with wifi router. Technician changed it and now no internet from 4 days. Called customer care 10 times they just say your requst will be resolved earliest, but don't know when? Requested for disconnection but it also don't work for me.Tired

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello.. My reliance number is out of service from few days..when i visited jio care office here, they told me that my number cannot be recovered due to some reasons..but i need my number urgently..kindly look into the matter asap.

    @JioCare Dear customer, unfortunately there is a delay in restoration of the JioFiber services Be rest assured that our team is working continuously to restore the same on priority. Services are likely to get restored by *15-11-2022 02:39 AM*.

    Last to last week, I tweeted by tagging #jio that due to the poor service I'm facing problem, and that's still going on, no resolution provided till today. It's ridiculous, how a big brand @reliancejio can be shameless, they don't care about their customers... Seriously 👏👏🫡

    @reliancejio I am a Reliance Jio Fiber and my office boss Arup Banerjee has treated me very badly One person was forcibly taken regination and one person was held hostage and that picture was posted. This is very bad behavior which makes our mental thoughts go in other direction

    Total disappointment. Never thought that reliance jio would disregard its broadband customer. Had been using jio fibre for the last 15 months and suddenly faced network issues. Scheduled a service appointment but got no valid response even after 7 days. @reliancejio

    @JioCare #avoidjio Zero service from Jiocare. The only thing they do is market and issue new connections. Service or cancellation never works. CO0000QH2LZV
