    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio It's been more than 1 hour that Jio 4G mobile network is down at least all over Mumbai... All our phones are without network. What a loss to society. Though this is the first time since inception, Airtel is definitely going to take super advantage of this issue. 🙄

    @BesuraTaansane @JioCare Jio customer care or for that matter any company that grows fast typically have this issue. They don't invest in people to talk to and get their issue resolved.
