    @JioCare Jio, have some shame! I called your support team and they said a technician would arrive between 12:30 and 1:30 PM to collect the garbage, which is your Jio fibre setup. It’s 4:00 PM and no one has come to collect it.

    @JioCare Hi Navin, thank you for reaching out. As mentioned, the MyJio app shows my Order ID as "null" due to a technical error on the portal, so I do not have a standard ORN number starting with 'NO000'. I messaged you my payment details to locate and cancel the booking manually:

    @JioCare Vikita ji it is now 9th day of my non functional JIO Fibre, my clients are critcising me for taking JIO Fibre for internet not working. You know internet is now most important thing in any Chartered Accountants office. Please restore it today some outside wiring might be damaged

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 5/8 And despite all this, Jio's response is still: “Limited network connectivity in this location.” And apparently, Jio will “try to improve it in the future.” SERIOUSLY? What exactly is a customer supposed to do with a connection showing 100% packet loss and 0.0 Mbps upload?
