    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare My brother had been out of India for a while and returned recently. To his surprise: - his JIO number has been allocated to someone without prior intimation - JIO cannot refund back the recharge done to this number Can you help me here?

    @JioCare My Installation is scheduled on today at 4.00 PM IST. Got the SMS. No one contacted till now. Also, while tracking the order it shows it is scheduled on 9th Dec. Frustrated with the behaviour before using. Help needed ASAP
