  Experience worst service ever. I had 2 year plan on jio keypad phone 9909507368. In warranty jio replace my keypad phone. Now in 10 month jio say your 2 year plan is over in 10 month. 198 also don't response properly. Wht to do? @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Could please check is there any issues for entire area. I have checked couple of users for my area & all are facing the same issue. So i am trying to give heads up on this issue. I have already reached out to jio customer care. They have raised service request .
