@JioCare today i got a call from one of your customer executive she gave me UTR NO which was issued once you tried to send money in my account on 28th april but as i checked with @Paytmcare no such UTR no. Exists. Kindly solve my problem.

@JioCare Third class jio fiber service. I have booked a relocation request on 06/05/2022 wide order number CO0000LZH13H but it is still not resolved. I call on customer care daily and they are just playing that it will be done tomorrow. @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Please help us to do the sim swap our bank account is linked with number and it can lead to fraudulent and bank scam. Please take an action. The employee I'd of that agent is 76562312. He is now asking 599 Rs of amount for a sim swap forcefully

@JioCare @ImAtulKansal First of all you dont send an automated recharge invoice to a customer as per the standard norms. If customer wishes to download the invoice after 180 days from recharge voila!!!! They cant do so as the invoice gets wiped out from your system it seems
