Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare 39 days are over still isse not resolved. I tried contacting the local Jio store but it's closed due to non availability of store manager. Neither your customer care or appellate authority not responding and solving the problem.. what is your response?

@JioCare now Jio company doing fraud with coustomer and make foolish ,have not any resolution of coustomer problem and only doing cheat with coustomer , request to all of them please don't use jio sim with jio any service.

The person from DM , Jiocare give same reasons. @JioCare You are great. You are just giving reasons to move away from Jio. I have written the twits only for the same reasons. And the smart Jio care give same reasons. Cheating on customer's money.
