  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Due date is 30th but autopay is triggered on 29th midnight; on failure services get suspended immediately, even incoming impacted. Earlier due date was 7th, later changed causing hardship. No complaint path for billing cycle correction.

  @JioCare @verysmart_VICKY Never except any resolution to your problem from Jio Care. I chatted with their representatives for five hours but a simple problem of not receiving messages was not resolved although I did everything they asked for. End result problem is as it is.

  @JioCare Now the 3rd day begins Today, the installation is still not done. No action is taken, not received any call, any mail any thing. It was very urgent for me to have it. Now regret why I did not preferred Airtel. Atleast they have a good service delivery in time.
