    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I'm disappointed with the experience for Order Ref: NO00015BS59N. The service executive is asking for ₹20 as "onboarding charges." I already paid all applicable fees online during booking.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Do you accept 5% of the money in the next billing cycle as you provide internet speed of 5 Mbps in plan of 100 Mbps? If not, have some decency to fix the internet speed issue in the region. CC says, restart router. App says restart router.

    @JioCare @JioCareers Service centre reported sim active. Beyond that they are not able to do anything. Replaced SIM at my cost.still call is not going, neither received.
