    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Really frustrated having to follow up repeatedly get issue resolved. In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government services to provide better support than Jio nowadays. I’m genuinely fed up with this service.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare No one has been able to identify the root cause for 28 days. As per my understanding, the issue is with the router installed at my home. Kindly troubleshoot it properly and replace the router ASAP. Need a permanent resolution, not repeated closures.

    Local weather does not seem to work in favour of the #JioairFiber connection, down for the last 15 hours and the recorded request for the technician from #jio gets updated every hour @reliancejio Please look into the matter ASAP @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been more than 24 hours, Jio Internet is down in gurgaon. No update on resolution time. Can’t reach to Jio care. Not expected this from Jio.
