    @reliancejio @JioCare your service staff is of the most pathetic people to deal with. I had ordered for my service request two days back. The guy came on a Sunday said an item has to be replaced, and since then it has been two days and the guy has not been responding to me.

    @worldzmyn @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely man! It's pathetic! Same AI generated replies to tweets, when you call customer service they always ask to email, When you email, there's absolutely no reply. It's 2026 and India has no laws to protect its consumers.

    @Airtel_Presence your service engineers don't show. Powr outages that are your mistake. Customers have to g t the short end of the stick however. Terrible service. @reliancejio is better

    Dear @JioCare Tried taking your Jio Home Airfiber connection with order no: NO0001DS7A5G. But, due to my personal issues I am not available for the whole week and changed my mind. Cancel the order and refund the payment made against it.

    @JioCare Fyi ur engineers had come and according to them the problem is because the modem is switching between 5ghz to 2.4ghz on its own as it does and so the buffering and disconnection happens. So what am i supposed to do? Discontinue with u guys I guess?

    @Asklavleshsingh @reliancejio @JioCare My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, making users pay twice for the same service just to have TV + mobile makes zero sense. First you forced ads into paid subscriptions, and now this? Feels like a penalty for actually staying loyal to the Jio ecosystem👎

    @JioCare I dont know what kind of shity service you are providing, I have two connection, one airfiber & fiber, fiber working fine but airfiber dosnt, its been frequent tht having the issue. 783301 After so many request you connect my home with airfiber but not with the fiber.

    Very Bad customer treatment from @reliancejio , @JioCare Last year jio increased the internet prices by 20% , this year they have stopped 1GB per day plan , poor service at NCR ; porting to @airtelindia Ambani is now looting India , therefore no movement in RIL in last 5 years
