  @JioCare My AirFiber services have been down since Sunday and every time that I’ve tried calling support, the automated reply states a TEMPORARY OUTAGE! There is no way to file a complaint or have a technician come and check out! Looking for a solution soon!!!

  @JioCare My service has not resumed since 3 weeks. On visit instead of fixing the issue exec suggested relocation to neighbouring hub. Not sure if that was necessary. It's hanging with Order no. CO0002G69OH0. Exec keeps rescheduling and no response. Pls follow up, escalate.

  @JioCare I have replied but ur response in unsatisfactory , no one will come to complain if one has genuinely used 2.5 gb, neither me, but this time it seems u r just forcing customers to do addition data recharge, even when the nw here is terrible

  What kind of network coverage is this? Even near the Jio tower on Lateri Road, Maksudangarh, the internet is so slow. What is the point of 5G when videos won't even load? Forget downloading. Airtel and Vi are performing much better here. Really frustrating @reliancejio @JioCare

  Customer support is not reachable @reliancejio @JioCare Unable to recharge a simple Postpaid JioFiber account. Will throw your router and wires. Worst service 😡

  1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio How long should a customer wait for refund for a service that Jio itself couldn't provide? Paid ₹1200 for new Fiber connection (Order ID: ON-NO00019BRSNO) in Oct'25. Technician visited and declared the location non-serviceable, installation was not done
