    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    Had to finally move away from @reliancejio even after multiple complaints in my area which is one of the most important and populated areas in BBSR. Authorities didn't answer anything why I have full network but no internet access or speed in kbps for months.Disappointed @JioCare

    @JioCare Yes same issue i am facing, network is varying a lot because of that my mobile battery 🔋 gets discharge earlier.

    @JioCare Jio fiber has the worst customer service. It's been 6 days and they still haven't restored my internet connection. The engineer even took a completion code saying it would only take 4 hours to start the service, but it still hasn't been fixed. SR00001HFOUU.

    @reliancejio @JioCare What's the problem to JIO calls, i have turned on 5G,but there are so much call drops, even every call ends after 2 minutes. And when i call to jiocare,there are nobody answers and call drops automatically.
