    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jiofibergurgaon @reliancejio From day 1 am not able to use Amazon prime OTT which jio fiber provide us in 999 plan. Last few days I am connecting with jio customer care. Only reply problem will be solve within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs received message, solved. But actually it's not

    @JioCare why your network is not working at any most populous railway station in Mumbai and suburban (eg.Dadar,Thane,kalyan)? Problem from last 3-4 years why can't you improve your network? You must work on your network

    @JioCare My jio fibre isn't working and needs a service. I had raised the service request on 13th June but still it could not be resolved.Expected resolution time was 24 hrs but still it's been pending. Please look into this. SR00001BJ9UF

    @reliancejio I am regrating taking Jio Fiber. So many times its down. Because of which you cannot even watch TV. Their resolving time is too long. Jio App is also not user-friendly.

    Fed up with @ViCustomerCare it's third time they have self activated sh*tty services without my concern deducting the emergency balance i keep for financial Calls and SMS which aren't covered under unlimited plans, I will be porting out to @JioCare soon, really fed up this time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio service request SR00001BIQ6E was created on 12th June. You engineer visited once to tell me that sales executive made fool out of me. The fiber comes to my home from 200mtrs away stp box. He doesn't has enough cable to fix my connection. Whatt to do?
