    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice i am experiencing frequent disconnection and extremely slow internet. Options in Jio App are really poor that I am unable to raise any service request to troubleshoot this issue.

    I realised, switching btwn 4G & 4G+ leads to uncertainty in delivering constant latency/ping. Here,@reliancejio user. Could any tech enthusist, let me know how to lock the signal band of 4G only,not 4G+.Only4G enough. switching bands leads battery draining more #Jio #OnJio #Jio4G

    @ViCustomerCare Any update? I was promised that this will be resolved by 14th Apr and I'll het an update. It's 15th today. Meanwhile I have got the sim replaced again and to my surprise even that's not working whereas the @reliancejio number is working fine. This is sheer incompetence!!!

    @JioCare Details are shared. I am not expecting your team to say that restart my modem again!!!! Arrange a technician to visit my location and make a fix on the occurring issue.

    @9prai Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer care support.... Pathetic support at JIO store.... No linkeage between customer care and store members.... In the end customer suffers.... Will be porting out from JIO tomorrow.... #jio
