    @JioCare I am the user of jio since 2017. Still i am getting speed issues in millenium city (Gurgaon) near Rajeev chowk. I am unable to say that I have indian company sim card or world's best telecom company's sim.

    @JioCare i have made an recharge of 61 to add data pack. But it is not reflecting in account. I face this problem every time. Tell me what's the point to reflect recharge after 1 or 2 hrs when i need it now. After 2 hrs my daily pack will reflect.BR00096ZDO8FTransection number

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!
