    @JioCare You just have to send a technician to visit my place to fix this issue. I don’t understand what you mean when you say that we are working on it. And I have raised this issue today morning at around 10 am and still you haven’t sent a technician.

    2/2 you said you have not received it yet. This is very bad experience i am facing been a regular and old consumer can't expect this from @JioCare @reliancejio . Either refund my amount or provide me the service's. Otherwise have to complaint.

    Very bad customer service from @JioCare @reliancejio i have been contacting jio care by mail and by call from july. Still my prb not resolved. Very funny and common answers i get everytime from your side. My payment deducted my bank said you have received this payment and 1/2

    Pathetic service by #jio, facing issues since more than a week and jio support executives are playing in the name of service.The engineer was about to visit my place to sort my issue, for which I waited the whole day, no one visited,in fact marked it resolved.@JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare JIO fiber is making fool of customer. I got the jio fiber connection with 3 months plan. On 3rd month itself its asking for payment. Then customer rep said its advance payment. Now by asking him only I changed my plan on 5th Sep and paid advance but still its asking bill
