    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service and harassment now. Due to your third grade service I decided to port to @JioCare ! All outstanding were cleared! Now my no is blocked due to unpaid dues. Can’t reach out to customer care because I ported. How do I resolve this?

    I migrated from Airtel to @reliancejio and needed to pay the bill after porting and the Airtel payment server is down only for customers who have ported for the last 5 days. Due to that, I am getting calls from JIO that I will lose the connection if previous dues aren't cleared.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why my mobile service is being dead for few minutes in every 1 to 2 hours of interval? Cannot receive call, cannot make calls & send SMS, internet is pathetic in that timt. It's happening with me since 80+ days Already complaint noted but no resolution, why?

    Dei @Airtel_Presence @TRAI worst service da... The network is not available even at 2G speed. I have been forced to buy @JioCare new sim to use the internet which is in the top class. Change ur tagname to *Useless network of all time*

    @reliancejio guys if you cannot resolve your service dead issue which is occurring very fluently only on my jio number then tell me I'll port out my number to @airtelindia Because cannot live with dead service every hour for certain minutes @JioCare Jio is doing nothing. #Bad

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been facing the same problem of not being able to connect to the internet through my JioFiber Connection since yesterday. I have been waiting from morning for this problem to get resolved but it seems that your engineers do not care about the customer

    @JioCare i have been waiting for my sim to be delivered from last 4 days but till now no one has come for it..the only msg I get is the delivery code...first deliver the product then provide the code..really the service sucks
