    Very poor service response from @JioCare, @reliancejio. Complaint (req no. SR00000173V3F) lodged on Friday is still unresolved. No internet for last 4 days, customer care executive just parrot words/excuses.

    Hello @JioCare my fiber conection not working last 2 days. I try to reach out you engineer but he not pickup my call also not connected to your toll-free number. So whats i do my office work stopped because no internet. Pls help.

    @reliancejio i took reliance jio connection the trial pack but the refund has not been issued after riminding too many times its more than 2 months i have been contacting the toll free number but everytime its same response that the refund will be done in 21 days kindly help
