I faced a "No Internet Connection" issue, and despite raising complaints multiple times, it took 10–15 days for a technician to visit. Instead of fixing the issue, I was advised to apply for a new connection.

Every complaint is being closed with a "bad weather" excuse, which is completely inaccurate as the weather is perfectly fine. Customers deserve proper support.
