    @JioCare jio signals are very poor at Medical college banda. There are hundreds of students, teachers and staff here. Please do something about it.

    @JioCare From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But can't tell a fix date to get resolve completely. Jio No. 8077597319, Other Jio No. 7985940048

    Internet speed is very slow and whenever u complain to JioCare,they always say that our coverage in ur area is very gud and many people are using it at the same time. For the last 1 month,they are just saying that in the next 3 days we will resolve ur issue @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @reliancejio , Internet speed in my mobile is very low.What like you will provide fiber optic service. Provide speed in the first #4G. My internet is slowing down from 2G.

    @JioCare How many months more it will take. I remember appx 3 months before when I came to this place I faced same issue and it still exists

    @JioCare Airtel wants us to recharge at Rs. 129, inorder to use sms service i.e. We can't send sms on below Rs. 129 recharge. Do Jio have similar plan??? If not then I would love to port my number.

    @Airtel_Presence postpaid infinity plan looks promising. But for this you have to wait. As my plan is still running on jio after this gets over shall join you all. Atleast there will be no stress unlike @JioCare has given in these days. Jio to jio calls get problem forget anything else. Sad 😥

    @JioCare Thank you for your prompt response! Anything would be fine which you can arrange at my place. Currently, we are more than 100+ users (Jio users) in my area. I have a pregnant wife and at this time I can't travel to city and due to bad internet my work is impacted badly. TQ in Adv

    @JioCare It has been more than 2 years that Jio's tower has been installed in my village. But its quality is known only after leaving 500 meters away. On complaining, it is said that we have noticed that there is a network problem in your area. It will be rectified soon.

    @JioCare Vey weak data network in kumar Park Gokul road area.can this be checked on priority. I am having customer calls everyday ,butt signal strength is really bad.i am using mobile data hotspot as there is no Jio fiber connection in our area.

    @reliancejio I have raised multiple request for jio fibre installation in my village. Unfortunately, not a single person have contacted yet. Please let me know if jio fibre service is limited to urban areas?
