Internet speed is very slow and whenever u complain to JioCare,they always say that our coverage in ur area is very gud and many people are using it at the same time. For the last 1 month,they are just saying that in the next 3 days we will resolve ur issue @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare ..I have been a loyal customer of Jio Fibre since prelaunch . But am disgusted with customer care handling. Internet connectivity down since 12 noon yesterday. Lodged complaint SR00001BYGH3 : was assured engineer at 11 am today ,then 11am-2pm,then 7 pm .no one has come
