@reliancejio From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But can't tell a fix date to get resolve completely.

@JioCare Sir, please take the trouble to take any concrete steps. And reduce the networking speed from 2G to 4G. Or increase the validity of recharge according to network speed. .
