Dear @reliancejio , Internet speed in my mobile is very low.What like you will provide fiber optic service. Provide speed in the first #4G. My internet is slowing down from 2G.

Internet speed is very slow and whenever u complain to JioCare,they always say that our coverage in ur area is very gud and many people are using it at the same time. For the last 1 month,they are just saying that in the next 3 days we will resolve ur issue @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare sorry to say but I have experienced worst customer service response from jio team. Service request registered on 9th July, 2 times engineer close request with out visit, again register a request SR00001C3O3L. If anyone can help, this is 2nd time I was forced to tweet.

@JioCare Hats off to the service from Jio👏. Yesterday I lost my mobile in bangalore. I tried to get duplicate sim.I roamed all over jio store and reliance degital. All stating the same thing as sim belongs to tamilnadu state we don'T have Stock Here.should I go to tamilnadu now?

@reliancejio @JioCare your chatboat for support is not at all useful. I have paid my bill twice last month but it is not adjusted in this month bill and I have got some due amount. Please see.
