    @JioCare jio signals are very poor at Medical college banda. There are hundreds of students, teachers and staff here. Please do something about it.

    @JioCare From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But no fix date to resolve the completely.

    @JioCare it took 2 hours to get the connection and now more than month on raising the request to cancel the connection but no action. If we delay to cancel the connection by 2 days you have deducted 1000 rupees. For one month delay how much Jio will pay??

    @reliancejio Really going in doldrums, really pathetic service. Customer care bhagwan barose. Noone really cares here. For the past 2 hours trying to find out the solution but no solutions. No messages no otps, no outgoing calls no incoming calls

    I requested uninstallation of Jio Fiber connection 3 months ago. Device is still not picked up. Anyone else facing same problem. Is it done purposely to earn interest income on our deposit money ? #JioFiber @JioCare Please retweet if you are facing same issue.
