    @JioCare jio signals are very poor at Medical college banda. There are hundreds of students, teachers and staff here. Please do something about it.

    @JioCare I logged a complaint (SR000016VO8T) in jio care on 29 sep 21 that my jio fiber is not working then customer executive said that problem will be solved within 24 hrs but today is 01 oct 21 my problem is not solved yet,Whenever I call customer care they say wait 24 hrs.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please schedule me for disconnection; having used jio, bsnl, balaji(local) fiber connections, jioFIber has been the worst experience with any fiber line in my life, that is proven. I'm taking #AirtelXtreamFiber connection now. Good Day.

    @JioCare I think I have a special case of complete dissatisfaction with your service team on ground. No words can express my feelings for such horrific service experience. I know that I have paid for service so I need to bear with it. Thank god I didn't choose for a year of pain.

    @JioCare And such casual and arrogant behaviour at your stores will hurt you in the longer run. Bcz today price difference is not a concern for customer. It’s the Experience, service and attitude of people dealing at your stores with customer. Plz visit any of your stores on your own.
