    @JioCare From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But no fix date to resolve the completely.

    Internet speed is very slow and whenever u complain to JioCare,they always say that our coverage in ur area is very gud and many people are using it at the same time. For the last 1 month,they are just saying that in the next 3 days we will resolve ur issue @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I'm having an issue regarding poor internet connection and quite a network fluctuation. I've already filed complaint against it from my and all of my family member's jio number. I was suggested by customer care official to wait for 3 months but its been more than a year.

    @JioCare Requesting a jio fiber connection since last 7-8 months in my locality. Also got some friends to register but no connection till now. Forced to use Bsnl's pathetic fiber service. Enough people have registered near me on myjio. Kindly see if a connection line is possible.

    Joker of the broadband services @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has mastered the art of making customers feel invisible. Fast enough to collect monthly payments, impossible to reach when something breaks. Endless bots, no accountability, no human support. Customer service shouldn't be a treasure hunt.

    Jio's tower was closed again in the middle of the night 🚨 At night, when people need it the most, Jio network was completely shut down in our area. It seems that the DG was also shut down as soon as the power went out, due to which the entire tower went down and the internet and calling services came to a halt. People are facing a lot of trouble due to the disappearance of the network in the middle of the night. Whether someone needs to make an urgent call, work online, get an OTP or contact an emergency — everything gets affected. When customers do the full recharge on time every month, then at least basic network facility should be provided in return. But repeatedly closing the tower and turning off the DG is a very irresponsible attitude. We demand that Jio Customer Care⁠ and the concerned authorities find a permanent solution to this problem and take immediate action if the network is closed in this way at night. Please understand the plight of the general public. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare No internet since Saturday. It's Monday now. Multiple follow-ups on calls and X, yet no resolution. Three days of downtime has directly impacted my work. Extremely disappointed with the service. either restore the connection immediately or process a refund for the downtime. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Thoda network pe dhyan de do Kya network dete ho. People get frustrated with your net services. Plan value is increased but quality of service is decreased. Is this something for which people had established faith on jio ?

    @reliancejio fiber internet has been down since Friday morning, but at least their text bot is working overtime. I’ve received 15+ different ETAs in 72 hours.They can't stream data to my router, but they can stream broken promises to my phone with 0% latency. 📱💀damm technology!
