    @reliancejio From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But can't tell a fix date to get resolve completely.

    @JioCare why are not resolved my area net problem?? I was also complain many times but no response 198 pe call krte hai to uspe bhi intructions aate hai ki apke area me net sahi nhi hai last 6 months se problem hai but koi response nhi hai kindly request plz resolve it

    @JioCare @reliancejio please sort out network issue as soon possible. Really it's hard to use mobile phone without internet. Worst server ever faced before...customer care service are saying will sort out in within 2 to 3 days , but more than 1 week the problem not solved yet.

    Cellphone service in India so pathetic, @reliancejio @airtelindia promoting 5G but their basic service is so bad. Frequent call drops and poor coverage in metro cities like mumbai. Basic purpose of phone is not satisfactory and they want to push 5G. #telecom #5G
