Internet speed is very slow and whenever u complain to JioCare,they always say that our coverage in ur area is very gud and many people are using it at the same time. For the last 1 month,they are just saying that in the next 3 days we will resolve ur issue @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But no fix date to resolve the completely.

Dear @reliancejio , Internet speed in my mobile is very low.What like you will provide fiber optic service. Provide speed in the first #4G. My internet is slowing down from 2G.

@JioCare I have applied for Jio Fiber NO0000P7JVAJ at my location and paid 3 months fee .Having Followup with local Jio executive, installation was not done. Jio executive was just telling me to come in 1 hr even till today morning. Jio Fiber customer care was also unreachable.

@JioCare @reliancejio I stay in Keshav Nagar Mundhwa which is very close to EON Kharadi, Magarpatta City, having the max No of IT companies and MNC banks but unfortunately there is no JIO network in this area be it at ofc or home.what do you suggest?
