    @JioCare From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But no fix date to resolve the completely.

    @JioCare jio signals are very poor at Medical college banda. There are hundreds of students, teachers and staff here. Please do something about it.

    @JioCare I am not talking about a different area. If it was a different area then this answer would have sufficed. I am talking about one lane in which the service box is at the middle and not completely to the end of the lane(200 mts further)

    @reliancejio please change your tag line 'Har Dil ka Connection' to 'Har Ghar aur Dil ka Tension'. Your service engineers and customer care executive always harass the customer, they give false statements and never resolve the issues on time. They always take 6-7 days to resolve

    I am shocked, @JioCare, that you don't provide inter-state relocation for fibre connection. Asking support for about one week, and there is no valid answer. The problem is I still have 8 months of internet left with 12000 Rs in my account. @airtelindia did it in only one day.

    @JioCare lot of call drops and unable to receive calls properly as well in my area, no proper response when had chat with support on MyJio. If issue persists, will need to move to @airtelindia soon.
