Internet speed is very slow and whenever u complain to JioCare,they always say that our coverage in ur area is very gud and many people are using it at the same time. For the last 1 month,they are just saying that in the next 3 days we will resolve ur issue @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Just want to understand how can that help the mass. Please take this up and resolve these issues at the earliest. Honestly am one of the dissatisfied customers. I was a proud Jio customer initially now a frustrated customer. If today it's not resolved will move to airtel.

@JioCare Also please train your engineers to resolve the issues and give tge customers tge relief of satisfaction to build the world of Jio satisfied customers. The behavior of the engineers has to be looked into. Sorry to say they are very rude. False selling is tge motto.
