    @JioCare jio signals are very poor at Medical college banda. There are hundreds of students, teachers and staff here. Please do something about it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had requested to install new jio fiber and paid 3 months advance rental. Jio visited and said we will not provide internal cabling through existing pipeline and went back saying to cancel request. Look into this on priority.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani : The status stands same even after 03 hours, your service executive is unable to resolve faulty modem/router and asking for OTP to close complaint without changing faulty modem. Never seen such unprofessional team. Regret switching from Airtel.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio please close my jio fiber connection and initiate the refund. I have got the Airtel Fiber connection installed. Jio's post sale support is pathetic. No one picks up the call or look into issues reported by customer.

    @JioCare further there is connectivity issue in calling as well. I am unable to make a call to any network and other persons says.. Your no. is not reachable

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working in my area, your team saying issue will be resolved by 9:50 Am but its almost more than 1hr and no update still the same issue. What kind of service is this? People who are using Airtel fibre are getting better service and good network connection

    Never take @reliancejio connection. They will never come in o fix a problem if you face any.
