    @reliancejio From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But can't tell a fix date to get resolve completely.

    @JioCare How many months more it will take. I remember appx 3 months before when I came to this place I faced same issue and it still exists

    @JioCare I had cancelled jio fiber connection after 3 days due to signal issue n even operating set top box was not handy. It's almost a month, yet to get refund of 2500. Within 4 hours took money n installed, but cancellation n refund takes month? Customer support not reachable.
