@reliancejio From 2-3 weeks I am experiencing an extremely low speed of 20-30kbps. While contacting customer support,he told our technicians are working. But can't tell a fix date to get resolve completely.

@JioCare How many months more it will take. I remember appx 3 months before when I came to this place I faced same issue and it still exists

@reliancejio @JioCare just ported my postpaid Sim a month before to Jio from airtel. Speed is drastically down. Ur team just check net velocity app, still pathetic speed. It takes 30 minute to download app of 80-100 MB. @airtelindia was much better

@reliancejio Big company with poor service to customer. I’m waiting for service person from last 1month still no one is there for help. Call centre are also just there for wasting time of customer by there stupid procedures. They don’t value customer time.@PMOIndia @anmol_ambani
