@JioCare I'm having an issue regarding poor internet connection and quite a network fluctuation. I've already filed complaint against it from my and all of my family member's jio number. I was suggested by customer care official to wait for 3 months but its been more than a year.

Dear @reliancejio , Internet speed in my mobile is very low.What like you will provide fiber optic service. Provide speed in the first #4G. My internet is slowing down from 2G.

Internet speed is very slow and whenever u complain to JioCare,they always say that our coverage in ur area is very gud and many people are using it at the same time. For the last 1 month,they are just saying that in the next 3 days we will resolve ur issue @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Reg no.-7003304816. I had red light blink issue on 23sep,21 that was resolved on 24th sep 24hrs no internet use by me. Again same issue arises on 1Oct,21that was resolved on 2nd October after 24hrs almost no internet for 1day again with same problem.

@JioCare My complaint was regarding poor speed and to fix that I was advised to by JIO extender which I did and someone from JIO was supposed to come yesterday at 7pm.. we kept calling but he did not answer our calls

@JioCare Don't you understand HINDI? I clearly mentioned frequent call drops! I earlier have complained about the issue but you only messaged me to 'do it yourself'. You know very well that there are problems in your network but don't bother to send your rep. to sufferer! Great service!
