@JioCare @reliancejio it's been more than a week i have requested shifting jio fiber internet.. still no action. I thinks discontinue with jio for such a poor sales after service.

My @reliancejio fibernet connection is extremely unreliable. To add to that, @JioCare support team is totally useless and unhelpful in resolving my issue. Apparently with 150mbps connection, I would get only 20mbps over wifi + 120mbps over LAN = 150mbps. What a logic!! 🤦🏻
