    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I am too disappointed with your service. It has been more than 10 days but everytime getting the same status, had trusted Jio but it is now becoming disappointment. This is not acceptable to delay the installation process like this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio very poor service by jio fiber. Paid money last saturday (15 jan). Got multiple emails of meeting scheduled still did not get a connection. Your executives are not picking up phone. You guys took the money and did no work.

    @JioCare With sadness I have to say that your service is not up to mark. Bcz I purchased your jio fiber connection on 18/01/22, but still there is no installation as you giving 24hrs trust. I called them many times but they are giving various excuses. Not expected.

    @reliancejio Have the worst network service plus worst customer service. its been months here without being able to watch live streams. And when you try to complain about it they will provide us bots to chat with which is not at all helpfull
