    @reliancejio I have got multiple numbers registered on my MyJio. When I switch to the needed number and change the Jio Tune, it still changes on the primary number registered on the account. Please fix this or simply allow to switch number on Jio Tunes page as well.

    @JioCare jio fiber service is really low class i registered my KYC on29nov and i credit my payment for JIO fiber still date there no rply from any one really really bad i will never suggest anyone for JIO FIBER 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @JioCare When are you gonna send someone??? It's been 72 hours since we lost connectivity. I have had 5 different times an assurance been made on technical visit, yet nothing has been done. I really can't believe this is how you treat your customers

    Useless customer support. Agents not ready to help. No senior available to solve the problem. I did the most expensive recharge& not able to claim coupons. Making fools to the customer. Worst service day by day. Either help or refund my money @JioCare @reliancejio
