    @JioCare @reliancejio the unskilled fellow of Jio did the damage/by cutting the internet wire and ran away, despite I paid for it and it's in live. when I questioned him, he said he will reconnect the wire in 15min, but he didn't. Worst workers and worst service of Jio clearly visible.

    @JioCare You Idiot's are Working or sleeping with anyone all the day, none of the ******** Care for the Customers Concerns, as informed earlier gave a Cancellation request on 16th August 2022, none of the Engineer Stupids have called us for Modem pick up.Never go for JIO new Connection.

    Very poor and ridiculous customer service by @reliancejio @JioCare . I tried to avail the new ongoing Jio phone offer of 1499 (1year) for my sister, when I booked the jio phone online it was 1499 but when representative called me for location and address for doorstep delivery,

    @JioCare @reliancejio You are not understanding the problem. sending old copy-paste messages. No engineer came to check from the last one month, every time we had to reschedule this, after 2-3 days you marked it "HOLD" and closed the complaint. Why are you not acting on the complaint?

    My Jio Airfiber service is down for last night. Internet is not working. Service request requested today in the morning at 5:30. Engineer assigned, but got no response. Still having the internet issue. Worst experience with jio airfiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio we have had a very low mobile NW since y'day. Submitted a service request but the issue still persists. Can't make/receive calls and no access to internet. We shld hv received updates from you but even though asked, cust care did not tell anything. No ETA.
