@JioCare It's been a year, looking for Jio Fiber connection to my home,it never been successfull. Every time they say that expanding our network! Jio promised that India will be digitalized, even in Greater municipalities not able to deliver your services,what about rural areas!

@JioCare can close tickets irrespective if the issue is resolved or the customer has not consented. The technician Deborjyoti Pal won’t even visit if you dont pay money, they are like “talk to whoever you want” . Nice customer service
