    @JioCare The network issues is persistent and its been 3 years I'm facing issue even there is an signal tower 🗼 nearby still don't have network access and coverage and the data is very slow sometimes I couldn't connect to the Internet This is ridiculous Claiming to be Indias fastest

    @JioCare There is no network in our area. The internet is not working at all. There is no jio network here. Airtel has a good network. Everyone is being ported in Airtel I want to be ported.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have handed over all the devices and accessories in best condition, which were used only for 3 months because of bad service by you. But got only 50% as refund? Any justification for deducting 50% amount? Also the cancellation and refund took 3 months.

    @JioCare I paid ₹6090.12 for 6months jiofiber connection in mar 2020 and trying to get a Invoice with GST but no support. After 180 days no one can give a invoice for the amount paid?

    @JioCare I am using the Jio mobile & Jio dongle since two years sorry to inform as soon as I teach my society where 250!flats are there, network is zero,I have complained this several time with jiocare through mobile but no response.

    @musicofarun @reliancejio What if there is no Jio and we are stuck with 1GB / month plans costing around 700 rupees sir. Imagine how many people would have problems with online classes and WFH scenario
