I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved by 9 PM, but I have now received another message saying it may not be fixed until 5 AM tomorrow. My work has been seriously affected because of this prolonged outage. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. Please look into this urgently.

Vishram Meena (@vishramina) reportedThere is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village.
