Looks like your executives don’t want people to shift from other operators to your network @reliancejio. Needlessly rejected MNP process due to “incomplete information”. I know for a fact that there is no incomplete information.

Today I sat in a diffnt bldg 8th floor, there also was no Jio network, inspite, on the 3rd floor cafeteria there is Jio wifi... But network dies 4-5 floors above in the same building. Infact it is not good anywhere in the entire complex except that cafetra @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio My life's biggest mistake was to buy an annual plan worth above 20K. These shits don't deserve a dime. Every other the connection gets cut off. Cuz the fu*kin guy who's responsible but the connection box on a TV cable pole to save money. WTF!!!

@JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio my service is still not active/working. I've recharged my number on 16/08/2021 Rs 199 but i didn't receive any message nor I'm able to make calls or use internet. I contacted my retailer and he showed and told me that the recharge is successful.
