@reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst service I ever faced,I just asked for the new plans but the sales team Mr Suresh from Sanath nagar area made us fools by giving new connection just because he gets paid by new connections,after paying the amount they changed the setup box.

@ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

@JioCare this jio fiber is a fraud. They asking to pay extra amount of 2000rs. When contacted jio customer they r simply asking to pay instead of solution.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare team, please improve your current service & then go for 5g, I'm currently living at merely 100 km from Mumbai & service in our area is really pathetic. For the last 3/4 days forget about the internet, sometimes even getting a call connected is a bless.
