    @JioCare very pathetic service from JioFiber network, the issue has been raised on 8th december and still after repeated followup they are asking me another 24 hrs for scheduling the visit and there is no confirmation from the team on when the issue will be resolved.

    @JioCare I called on custom support where all of ur Tele-callers disconnected while talking to me.. It's ridiculous on part of their services to address the customer's issue. I can say it's a bloody services

    @JioCare @reliancejio When I called customer support they are disconnecting while talking is one more poor sign of worst and unskilled professionals at Customer Support. I want my connection back at the earliest as my work from home getting my day's pay effected. U need to compensate my one day's pay.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the unskilled fellow of Jio did the damage/by cutting the internet wire and ran away, despite I paid for it and it's in live. when I questioned him, he said he will reconnect the wire in 15min, but he didn't. Worst workers and worst service of Jio clearly visible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The bullshit of Jio is that, they read he msg I got yesterday but not helping me on the message that I received latest by 7:53 am. She has disconnected the call while talking to her, such a worst behaviour of the lady. unprofessional employees to serve us.

    @JioCare Really upset on calling 198 to compliant. First close that number. No use at all on 198. Jiofiber connection down. Red led light continuously blinking. No connection. Not able to contact you. Tried chat,troubleshoot, call. No use.

    No use of complaining about the network issue and majorly the slow internet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia complained minimum for 5 times from same location no changes. Assured some technical team will visit but till now no one visited. Planning to change the network @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hello, you network is worst in 509135 area. I have 7 airtel users in my family. But in recent times network status gone to worse. Even single point also not proper. Shall we change to Jio network ? @JioCare it's good here.

    I canceled my @jiofiber connection on 3rd April but so far neither the JIO people gave my refund back to me nor the setup box was withdrawn, call customer care then they say lets book the slot tomorrow. Will not take any engineer right now, @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I know that it is forwarded to some team which I think in Mars or some other planet !! As I am hearing this from last 2 days , why not to give clear timeline for request. Else say no home delivery and ask customer to go to Store .....
