    @GautamSolanki24 @JioCare Dear they will not do anything, they have very bad service. I am also facing router issue since 2 months but no action taken till date. I am serious planning to go for Airtel once I finish the amount which was paid.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is Jio True 5G support esim in samsung phone or only phisical sim, because i have not received TRUE 5G welcome offer for esim mobile, whereas other physical sim received welcome offer, both numbers are located in same place and under family plan.

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital @reliancegroup Once it is the best Network but now it's the more than worst network I complain above 3times for thr F*cking network issue's but there is no use with the staff Better to have a look on improving the network

    @reliancejio why is it so that your m-phones and internet fail to work in the most modern and happening part of Hyderabad the Hitech-city, despite several complaints about call drops and poor connectivity, nothing moves?! Will the management take notice or shud I migrate?

    Please everyone don't take Jio Fiber connection, very poor service. After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. All tickets raised where closed automatically.😭 @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare how many years will you take to resolve my frequent disconnect issue. Dis been 10 days and it disconnects every 2 mins. I am nt able to raise tkt from Jio app and customer care is saying everything is fine from their end,dan who shd suffer? Of course customer.

    @JioCare ARRANGE Supervisor CALLBACK You understand nothing. Why need to raise new SR, what hppnd to earlier SR agnst which I was made to wait 2 mnths. Now you reply No refund applicable. Don't you study the case properly. its clearly customer harassment. @jagograhakjago Please HELP!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Absolutely pathetic staff at the Yash Complex, Gotri, Vadodara outlet. Rude, rowdy. Second experience at Jio Vadodara (first at Vasna) that’s been very bad. The staff thinks Jio is indispensable. No, it is not. Not only am I not coming to Jio anymore, I am also porting my existing card to Airtel.

    For 3 months, I've faced poor network coverage, call drops, and extremely slow internet. Multiple complaints to 198 have achieved nothing. Stop sending scripted responses and fix the issue immediately. This level of service is unacceptable. @JioCare
