    @JioCare I ordered a Jio SIM for home delivery on 20 June 2026, but it has still not been delivered. The Jio representative informed me that the original SIM was lost and that he had applied for a replacement SIM. However, even after two weeks, there has been no update. The representative has been extremely unresponsive. I have had to call him 5–6 times just to get a status update, and now he says he has already emailed Jio support but has not received any response. In addition, I have been receiving multiple calls from Jio customer care. Whenever I answer these calls, I cannot hear anyone on the other end. This entire experience has been very frustrating. Since the SIM has never been delivered to me, I request that Jio either deliver the replacement SIM immediately or cancel the pending SIM request to prevent any possibility of misuse. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Earlier that my neighbour's connection was restored and from that same day mine was not working? What has that engineer done is questionable.
