It started working again after around 4 days, but since then I am only getting 4G and 5G is still not available. Please check the network issue in my area and restore 5G service. Kindly help.

Service Request SR00003C3PH9, raised on 24 Jul, was closed as "Appointment missed" -despite your technician never arriving Is this how @reliancejio treats a 3.5+ year customer? Closing complaints with false reasons instead of resolving them is unacceptable
