The salesman which came for the registration told us that the installation would be done within 72 hours. Still waiting for that 72 hrs to get completed. I have communicated with their customer care support so many times, still nothing happens. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare This is not the first time you took time. I am using your service for more than 2 years.. You turned around time to handle customer complaint is more than 24 hours. Extremely poor service other local operator provide better service than your big brand.

Am very loyal customer bt very disappointed from JIO coz 2GB data finished instantly on daily basis recharge 21 rs plan n again data finished so fastly, cust care executives don't bother, worst experience hope ll get resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani #NitaAmbani

@JioCare No, this is not reason. This network problem is happen since very long time. That's reason many costumers port to another network. Please do work on ground level. I hope you do better.
