@JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Very disppointed with the service. Jiofiber is not working from last 2 days. I had raised requestSR000017E4K3 on 4th Nov and the expected resolution was due to 5th Nov. Still the issue has not yet resolved.

@JioCare Pl share the contact details of the person to whom you have entrusted this issue. Fake replies by your customer care team for the past 4 days without any update to the technical team at ground level. Thu thu thu nobody can stoop to such a low level .

@JioCare @reliancejio I called supp again. Supp doesn't have clue on service engineer's whereabouts. She didn't escalate d matter even AFTER SR passed scheduled resolution time. Ur support has innovative ways 2 refuse help. 1 support guy told me 2 wait for 2 mins which ws nt resolved in d past 24 hrs.

@JioCare I gave a service request 15 days back and they said with in 3 days we solve the problem but after 16 days they didn't solved that problem and the problem is about refund deposit amount of postpaid service
