    @JioCare Why is Jio wasting time? I just spoke to customer care and they are telling me that I will raise a new concern, please wait for 24 hours again, otherwise go to Jio store and activate it, tell me this kind of arbitrariness. Why do you waste our time?

    Shame on @JioCare @reliancejio for such poor 5G service in Delhi. Hardly getting stable signals despite being in a metro city. Called customer care multiple times & raised complaints, but no resolution just false assurances. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix this ASAP.

    So the new @JioCare model is: take payment → no delivery → say “escalated” → disappear → ask customer to collect from store? SIM ordered 5+ days ago, agent took my address 2 days back… still nothing. If I have to go to the store anyway, why advertise doorstep delivery? #JIO

    my Jiofiber no-91 565 356 4419..SR no is SR00002KM1GG I am trying since 20th April to get my WiFi fixed which is not working..The service outage since the 20th is causing me problems with my work/study, and if it is not fixed soon,I will have to disconnect @JioCare #reliancejio

    Ever since @reliancejio took over Hotstar, it’s been a total downhill slide for watching IPL • Quality capped at 1080p?? • No back/forward seeking,can’t even skip 10s • Live viewer count replaced by cumulative views Absolute **** show by @JioHotstar. Huge downgrade. 👎

    @JioCare #worst postpaid service I've requested a call back on the app & agent kept me on old for 3 mins & disconnected my call, now the app says I can't request call back for next 30 mins is this what you call priority service for postpaid customers ? issue is not resolved
