    @JioCare Please keep playing this game.. and I will port my second jio number also to airtel or vi or even bsnl because of slightly better service than jio at this pin code 814152.. now jio has no signal but airtel has full signal.. thank you team jio..

    In big 2026 @JioCare cannot arrange an immediate slot to an engineer to check the interrupted internet service, the waiting period is 2 whole days, this is for using their highest service plan.

    @JioCare @reliancejio We have a jio fibre connection which is disconnected 2nd time in last 2 weeks. It’s almost impossible to connect with a human as your customer care number automatically disconnects the call. How are we supposed to trust such services and work from home?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio Looks i have to move away from Jiofiber- the new connection is just kept on hold and when you dial in there customer care we cannot speak to Humans - its all robos and bots... sad to say good bye Jio ... Req no. LR00001E2OXF (Hadapsar Pune)

    @JioCare Payment was collected immediately, but service has not been delivered. Resolve this urgently or issue a full refund. Failing which, I will pursue the matter through the National Consumer Helpline and consumer grievance channels. #JioAirFiber #Jio #CustomerExperience
