  Worst service from Jio, 400 open cases in New Panvel, is what we got to know after following up on our complaint for a week, engineer was being rescheduled every day, the case was being closed everytime we raised an issue. No response from team for engineer visit. @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare Horrible installation services in Raj Nagar, Sector-3, Ghaziabad. For the last 2 days, I have the order number ready, and a payment of Rs. 807 has been made. But you darn installation guys are not even ready to come and install.. Pathetic Delays. HELP!

  @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare. My Jio Set-Top Box has been down for 4 days. I raised a service request (SR00003AO5HB), but no one has contacted me or resolved the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Please resolve this ASAP.

  @JioCare Service Request Number:SR00003AXOKZ. No internet since yesterday. Have asigned engineers 3 times already. Your engineer even faked coming to my house and requesting an otp when noone came here. Even after speaking to your customer care my request is still on hold.

  Pathetic service from @JioCare worst network worst service. There's no internet for more than 36 hours and this is happening for the 6th time in the last 40 days. I don't want to listen to your auto generated calls anymore can an actual human speak to me and resolve my issue?

  .@reliancejio I've been facing serious network issues in my area for the past week. On one hand, recharge prices keep increasing. On the other, the quality of service keeps getting worse. I switched from @airtelindia hoping for a better experience, but I'm honestly fed up. Please fix the network and make the internet speed consistent. I've attached screenshots of the network health below. It's gone down the drain. What's going on, Jio?
