@reliancejio @JioCare Your store says they are open from 8 to 8 but waited till 10:30 today and now they don’t help us in getting my number to e sim, as they said staff responsible will come at his ease at 11, you sell SIM cards but don’t service them ?

only spoke to a customer service rep via WA today because i’ve been busy, and figured the network would come on at some point and just needed a few days. now, I only have it valid for half the time! All because I didn’t receive info on how to connect to the IR plan @JioCare

@JioCare Dear Sir already done so... Please arrange a technician and od verify the speed at your end Don't have much time to argue or discuss with you for the same issue. As a customer I need my right that is 150mbps speed for which I pay you. Thanks.
