@JioCare I had a jio router that I returned few months back and I still have not received my security deposit back. I provided the blank check to your office as well and now your team says there was no router!! This is really disappointing. Kindly fix this asap

@reliancejio This Jio service team is useless. my internet service is down since 5 days and nobody is responding to fix it. My plan is ending ar 31st July so looks like they are making money by closing this internet service in last days. How many customers are getting this issue.

So from today onwards I'm starting a thread of spam calls/sms from @JioCare I'm absolutely horrified by daily calls and SMS. I'm constantly reporting this issue over DM. But Jio team is not understanding it's responsibility @reliancejio

@krishmat Yes. I also experienced the same thing in my area. You better switch to other operator like @reliancejio who offers stable network & internet connectivity.
