@JioCare FYI - 100 meters away from our society is active 4m past 2 years and as said from 2 years it has been same response of 2 months. Nevertheless, if this is ok with Jio it's fine, I thought to make u aware...sounds fishy to me :). Issue is for Jio 4G ntwrk as well #tapCustomers here

@JioCare it has been more than 4 days I highlighted the problem of network in my apartment. All I requested you was let me know if you would be able to fix the same or not. If not, I would port my number to other operators. I got calls from customer care who are good for nothing

@JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

@JioCare very poor coverage. Not getting range. It is the situation since 5 years. No customer service. I have surrendered jio sim 3nos.advise fellow village man to follow suit. They will not attend customers. Very poor service. Only profit motive nothing els
