@JioCare This is the 3rd day where #Jiofibre is not working.I am getting only sms stating that the services are impacted and it will take time.There is no one to help. If there is downtime,y do u guys charge for those days?Is is the customers fault?

@reliancejio @JioCare Guys I don't trust you anymore. I am one of the old post paid customer. If I don't get welcome offer then be ready to loose three postpaid customers. FYI, SA mode is always on for me. If you are not a loyal service provider then I am not a loyal customer.

@kleovra @JioCare Jio 5G works on Band 78_3500MHz and the indoor coverage will be low. If your phone supports Band 28_700MHz you will get good reception but then with lower band of 700 MHz you can't expect to get high speed. Also due to walls and other reasons signal gets affected so try open area
