    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare Had been facing issue with WiFi connectivity for last 5 days including today and my SR no. is SR00003E17K5 n I'm getting false promises but remains unresolved n my SR no was closed without solution It's really frustrating that u gyz r nt able to fix it.

    @JioCare I’ve already provided all the requested details via DM. Now please stop with the scripted replies and take actual action. The service has been down for nearly 2 days, and I’m still waiting for a proper resolution. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare Jio, have some shame! I called your support team and they said a technician would arrive between 12:30 and 1:30 PM to collect the garbage, which is your Jio fibre setup. It’s 4:00 PM and no one has come to collect it.

    @JioCare Yes after that response I decided to port. 5G is not working properly in this area since 1 year and you guys asking to use 4G. No worries there are other service providers also

    @yrmantri3 @JioCare @reliancejio I recently did that too; they've made the process complicated. Three people from customer care tried to convince me not to cancel the connection. Jiofiber used to be really good, they've changed recently.
