    @JioCare @reliancejio, very disappointed with the new JioAirFiber connection. Wi-Fi keeps dropping and Smart TV freezes every few minutes. Completely unusable service despite being a brand-new connection. Kindly resolve urgently. Hopeless service really!

    @JioCare This is the same response I received from Jio earlier. Repeating the policy does not resolve the issue. I have therefore approached TRAI for guidance on how a genuine long-term user can retain a number when the original registered owner is no longer reachable. Kindly help @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioAirFiber Order Number NO0001DJXSMW Extremely disappointed with the service. It's been 10 days since I completed the payment for Jio AirFiber, yet the installation is still pending. The local installation team is neither responding to calls nor providing any updates.
