Today's morning I received the msg that U've used the 100% data of 1.5 GB per day. However, I've not used any such data. @JioCare @reliancejio may look into this.@jagograhakjago it is very unaided situation for consumers whr they can't filed any complaint against telecom company.

@JioCare what the hell is about your network. Always call drop and "server unavailable" it seems like i did mistake to port my number to @reliancejio and this issue happened in every hour..i have to move on probably

Ordered on 17.06.22. I was told that installation will be done within 24 hours. From past 5 days I have been calling the representative. But I am receiving mail that order has been cancelled. Pathetic service. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice #JioFiber

@JioCare My concern is we have network in our are but the guy sitting to operate that shutdown network for 5-6 hour in a day. So please consider it so that we can get network services in our area

@JioCare 13 days since this relocation has been requested, you keep assuring the rest and it'll never get resolved. I'd proceed to log a consumer complaint if I don't receive any call and resolution from Jio team today.

@JioCare Then how it could be postpaid connection? It means your postpaid scheme is to just make fool of your customer, when I have to pay in advance for bill then it's becoming prepaid itself.
