    @reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

    complain for the issue he very arrogantly told me go for it and initiate your refund. So, @reliancejio I want my refund I don't want your fibre connection. Now I am realising that I made a big mistake. Hopefully @airtelindia will give me much better services than yours.

    @Airtel_Presence No you don't care. i have reported this several times in customer care with no luck, tweeted you guys but no response, went to Airtel care still no resolution. You are replying to me for the first time because you just noticed @JioCare responding to me.

    @JioCare Understood, but what about the refund on Rs 4900 recharge for 6 months that was hardly used done in June 22 and we had to disconnect since there was no resolution for no internet for months from jio. Also, Why do I have to keep explaining same thing to all your representatives?
