    @JioCare @reliancejio @consaff 1. In our Area Jio Fiber is not working since a week. I have all the sms for the downtime for all the days. Today also it's down. I called the customer care asking for the compensation for the week as its prepaid and we've already paid for the month

    @reliancejio It has been almost 9 days but till now there's no connection of jio fiber. It's very shameful. There is some issue with local operator but due to this we are suffering. Lots of people who are bound to work from home facing problem without internet connection. Wheneve

    @JioCare @reliancejio @consaff 2. They said there is no provision to get any kind of compensation for such cases. So basically we have to pay for a month, if it doesn't work for a month it's fine, our money should be wasted and you guys can enjoy with it!
