@reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

Terrible experience returning @reliancejio fiber connection, at pickup the technician said for refund I need to give bank account details (which I don't have). Payment was done by card (they said it was the only way) and NO ONE said for a refund I have to have a bank account.

This is a monstrous way to treat a customer, why can't you just refund the money to the card (which was the original payment method on YOUR insistence). New ways of harassing a customer. @JioCare #badcustomerservice
