@reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

@JioCare Today I installed Jio Fiber , Today Iam submitting Return request.. Two issues. 1. 4G speed is a cheating ,I see 30mbs in fiber..Jio is a Joke 2. Sales guy cheated me with two month trial offer due to Big Day offer. but I see only one month.. Guy is absconding now @reliancejio

@JioCare Though You guys one after another confirmed that a SR # has been generated and I was sent email/sms too that ur engineer will visit my home to replace existing router router to enable installation for jio seh. NONE CAME TILL NOW .. HIGHLY DISPOOINTING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE
