    @JioCare My registered mobile number is 8527659577. Jio fiber connection is : 91-5542796034. Disney plus hotstar is asking to subscribe while it's part of OTT package. Please help I have done complaint from my jio app and over call. It's not resolved.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, The interface to navigate the live channels in jio STB is not user friendly and confusing.Can we have a simple way of browsing the channels by simply clicking channel up/down just like we do with other STBs. My parents are really struggling with it 🥲
