    @reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

    @reliancejio I got my jio fiber bill. I think it is incorrect. My plan is of 1499, but my bill amount is of 2400. I don't have any outstanding amount. I called the customer care and they were not able to explain the discrepancy. Can you please fix it.

    @jiocare @reliancejio From 1st of Jan the #JioFiber speed has fallen drastically. Now I get around 1mbps on a 300mbps plan. Connecting to office network is **** slow. Cannot attend webex calls.

    @Airtel_Presence - Not sure every weekend Airtel Fiber service vanishes for whole day in Lowadih, Lichi Bagan, Ranchi area. Trust me I am gonna migrate to @JioCare in Feb, if this remains same

    I have ordered jiofibre on 2nd of January with order number NO0000O3U7FH but due to technical issue your team neither responded in 24 hours so I requested the customer care to cancel and process the refund. Its been more than 10 days but no action taken. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear sir, as it's been 20 days no resolution has been provided and no one approached us to get the information, i have decided to get connection closed and raise my card transaction as dispute. Thanks for your support which didn't help customer
