    @reliancejio @JioCare since 1 week I am observing very poor internet connectivity at almost everywhere. The uplink and downlink speed are really pathetic. Could you please analyse for any issues resulting this.

    @JioCare While sending post paid bill do exclude the charges for these 6 to 8 days as there is no service and proper support from your end

    @JioCare We recently changed our jiofiber set top box. After changing that, we are unable to connect to the internet. We get an error message “incorrect password”. We have tried contacting customer care but the call was disconnected by Jio 4 times. Disappointing service.
