@reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

@JioCare our jio fiber connection has been gone off since 3 days.... When we contacted jio customer care they said that it will be resolved by 24 hours..... Worst experience ever with customer care.... They simply closed the ticket without resolving the issue...
