  @reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Jio fiber services are very pathetic. SR0000386693. Is closed without resolving. We again reopen said request. And your engineer said not able to visist due to bad weather in dehradun. Means the whole dehradun are not working.

  Jio Fibre has one of the worst services thanks to its all-automated My Jio app. I have been struggling with repeated line failures. Jio Care with WhatsApp, Toll-Free help line and email make you run in circles. It is difficult to raise a simple complaint @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio it's been more than 6 hours since my jio fiber services interrupted but no resolution yet, the engineer visit slot was only available for tomorrow and the customer service number is not getting connected. will you deduct one day's bill from my next billing?
