    @reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

    @AbhirupRk @JioCare They don't fix they dont know how.. rubbish service, switch ISP. Get @airtelindia , I am not promoting them but a friend plays using it and gets 30-40 ms ping. Jio should learn to route from airtel

    @JioCare No is correct, please try to understand the problem, the amount that I recharged is not a voice call validity recharge one, therefore transfer it to validity recharge.

    @JioCare very very disappointing and pathetic service. I complained yesterday 10.17 a.m.and till now only thing i heard 24 hr resolution time and today it will be over at 10.17 a.m. should I expect resolution in 2 hrs when u did not even bothered for whole day yesterday. PATHETIC

    @reliancejio One of the worst service in Hyderabad i never seen this type network in market I'm leaving in metro cities but still facing network issues so many time complaints to customer care but no one can respond #best network #airtel I'm porting airtel thanks to jio
