    @reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

    I have requested 2 surrender my connection 4 jio Fiber, I am suppose 2 get 2500 but they will return 1500 or maybe less after tech visit. I am surrendering bcoz my new location jio is unavaialable, so I shud get my entire refund. Is this justice to customer?@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @TheDigiboxx JIO Fiber is rubbish I have already had disconnected one of my connections and now the second one has not been working since 3 days and absolutely 0 customer service and the JIO engineers have no clue what’s going on. I do not advise to use JIO Services
