    @JioCare I have subscribed for Jio fiber one month free subscription. But at the time of cancel was asked 10 times the reason for discontinuing the services.i have applied to cancel on 1/12/20 but till date no response from jio service and i hvnt recieved my mny back @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I am facing continuous issue of network and data. Your customer care neither resolving the issue nor they are committing a time period for solution. Is this the way to deal with customers or jio is only trying to create the frustrated customer base.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 10 days since you promised me to resolve. Issue is not yet resolved. I am still facing issue of VOLTE goes automatically in my area. Not expected such a bad service from JIO. I will switch to other network if issue is not resolved.
