@reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

I've been writing to your customer care frm 3rd Feb to cancel the free Netflix subscriptn which I erroneously activated, but no one is bothered. The worst Customer Service Co. in India title should go to JIO. Will never recommend to JIO!

@JioCare @reliancejio Why your IVR starts screaming about my plan expiry in 5 days advance before making every call ? Even in Urgent and Emergency situation it is there. Why should customer bear it ?
