Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I am unable to get calls instead I get msg like this "Dear Customer, You have 2 missed calls from +91817XXXXXXX . The last missed call was at 10:37 AM on 29-Dec-2021 . Thankyou, Team Jio." Please improve your network. Net is also slow sometimes.

@JioCare @reliancejio I want to port into Jio prepaid sim from Airtel prepaid. I am at one of the mobile store authorised to port. I am having a soft copy of my AADHAR card, but they are not accepting it, they want hard copy of it. Hard copy is not available with me. Kindly Help

@sanjeevg260 I agree. Third class service. They are still solving a problem in billing from a month back for me. 😒 @JioCare and they send the most unrelated tangential computer generated remarks on DM. They haven’t tried to call and find out too. Shameless.
