    @JioCare I'm reaching out about the persistent issues with Jio's service. I've already filed a complaint three months ago, and despite recharging for another three months, the problems continue. I'm currently using an Airtel connection via Wi-Fi to even send this!

    Hi @JioCare @JioPaymentsBank, your helpline 1800 890 7070 has only IVR/virtual assistant and no option to talk to a human agent. I am facing repeated transaction failures (error RE068) and can’t get any real support. Please provide a way to connect to a live agent and resolve.

    @JioCare Since installation, the internet remains non-functional for 20–25 days every month and landline is still not activated. Today, your engineer said the issue is due to “auto network switching with no available solution.This is unacceptable as I am paying but unable to use service.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber is not working properly for the last 1 month. Frequent disconnections and very slow speed. Multiple complaints already raised but no resolution yet. This is very disappointing. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare @JioFibre @FibreJio Very bad experience with the jio fibre, every month my postpaid bill wrongly generated. I have taken the plan on September, I was that asking no bill will be generated next 3 months, but I paid every months certain amount. #hataoisko

    @JioCare Kiya faida ?; How many times should I give you? U can't access my location? Whenever I've no recharge plan ur represents call repeatedly and made me mad. But I've an issues with ur network, then there is no one or no help. This is your system. The scenario.
