@JioCare I raised the billing fault at your end 4 days ago. You agreed to it but went on to suspend my account. K'taka Appellate Authority call centre has people like Junaid who are rude. If you have any shame and respect for customers, your higher ups owe me a proper apology.

@reliancejio very pathetic scenario in your "corporate" offices. Here in Gaya, Bihar Kendui area the network condition is not good and I went to your office for complaining the same in November 2020, few people visited the area and promised to get it resolved within 15 days. 1/n

Hello, I was told by the sales person that If I pay pay 4500/-, I will get 4months of jio fibre 999 plan. However it's not been 4months and service is barred and customer service is of no help. @reliancejio this is fraud.

@JioCare worst experience with Jio. Having fibernet. Bunch of engineers came and disconnecting internet 3 days in a row. When I call CC, no engineers r available right now. 24 hrs no internet. Only idiots do the same mistake again and again.

On 23th March 22 and pick up was done on 2nd April from that day till today 16th May22 i have not got my refund,whenever i call jio customer care they give ask me to reshare the details of my bank a/c.i even shared it for about many times. @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare
