    @JioCare since last 4 hours no network . Everytime happening this no resolution and ur customer care saying lots of people connected at this moment so no network. What type of logic this. Make ur service reliable before people switching back to their original providers

    @JioCare The call back was extremely rude and didn't listen to my concern properly. This is disrespectful and disgusting. Jio's fault and not providing resolution. @ConsumerCourt_ @dot_india please take note and necessary action

    @reliancejio Refund not given inspite of repeated requests. 4 days per month service not provided X 12 months service issues faced = 48 days of lack of service provided. 999 postpaid plus connection + 18% GST = 1179 per month. Refund calculation: 1179/30 X 48 = 1,886.

    @JioCare 4 days already are more than enough. I am out of patience & cooperation. Cabling is already done. Hardly matter of 20 minutes and scheduled appointment is 14 Aug. I will get connection from other service provider by tomorrow. Please close the connection and initiate the refund.

    @iampartha_das We regret the inconvenience caused. We have noted your concern and are taking Service Request (SR) to expedite the engineer visit. You can also track status of Service Request through MyJio app by selecting the “Track Request” option in the JioCare section - Vaishali (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have opted for jiofibre service & I cancelled it within 30 days but I didn't receive my complete refund back as promised. They deducted 1000 Rs. Because your service engineers delayed in picking up the device that's not my fault so why will i bare charges?
