@reliancejio There is a huge network fluctuation specially when 5g network is selected the network fluctuates to a level where I have atleast 3-4 times in a day when I am not able to connect a call until I change the network back to 4g again

@satisfya_aay_ai @GoI_MeitY 4G was showing 12 to 15 mbps. So, almost 8-10 times better. But yes, 5G is expected to do better, it’s a good start for @reliancejio 5G service, they will definitely improve with time…

@reliancejio I appreciate your excellent internet service. You resolve tickets in 24 hours only in its status. Issue never gets resolved and I need to contact and you open fresh tickets. Since Dec 9th no internet and I want to disconnect service. Please help
