    @JioCare @Asliambani worst speed of Jio at my current residence.I am unable to use internet due to poor speed. Jio pack is higher but service is very poor these days. Want to quit Jio. Kindly improve your speed as soon as possible. Thanks.

    @reliancejio @TRAI U r Jio 4G has become worst.. has been complaining many times but no use.. Many students and WFH people r effected....Have spoken to local jio network team, the answer from them is " Too many users and cant help". If too many users then too many business, correct?

    @JioCare Terrible &pathetic customer support provided for Jio fiber. Trying to reach out the customer care since Sunday. These guys keep delaying engineer visits to my place. Customer care giving false assurances and deliberately asking the customer to close the ticket
