@reliancejio @JioCare Internet service is not working in Sainik Colony, Kashipur- 244713, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter as we are unable to work from home in this terribly slow speed.

@reliancejio I have no internet in my jio fiber connection solve my issue asap. The jio fiber customer care told me that engineer will visit tomorrow after 11:00 am . Very poor support system.

@JioCare why the hell do you schedule timings for support service when the engineers aren't unavailable? Absolutely pathetic and unnecessarily an entire day of waiting for the engineer to arrive and resolve the issue. Respect the timing and commitment given to a customer.
