@JioCare something is really up (or down) with your servers. I use Jiofiber for gaming and I am facing real bad ping issues in @PlayVALORANT (Mumbai server) since the past couple weeks. It is very annoying and unsatisfactory. 😣

@reliancejio Due to mistake I placed a plan change request of 199 but jio activate plan of 399 .Please turn down my request. We have received your request to change Bill plan for Jio Number 9797127359 to Rs 399 Plan. It will be activated from 06-Jun-21.

@JioCare Done that multiple times.I already mentioned you the issue. Do you think restart/reboot is going to solve if the issue is with cables in the box at the tower and the network issue is with all connections.

@ViCustomerCare Why DM ? Are you customizing network tower? Nobody replied, I already DM yesterday @airtelindia @reliancejio you have more opportunities at New Maninagar, Ahmedabad Gujarat, as VI does not shows interest to improve its network and tower.
