Wow! @reliancejio, Fiber connection works effectivly on 5G only and will get only 25-30 Mbps speed on 4G. What will we do if you dont have 5G devices? Bad strategy Wrong decision to buy #JioFiber @JioCare

@JioCare hi. i’ve been sending requests for a a year to get jiofiber in my building but i don’t get any response. i keep getting the message that someone will get in touch but no one does. we already have fiber optic of ACT so i don’t think it should be an issue. please help.

@JioCare Signal in my vicinity is always good but whenever there is no electricity in the neighborhood i can hardly find any bars,as the small cell tower you have installed near by doesn't have a generator support.kindly look in to it.
