    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @JioCare Mobile no. 9938094247 It was yesterday at 9 pm and onwards till 12 am, the mobile had network but all apps connecting internet such as YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, CHROME, TWITTER etc. were not functioning. There was no internet connection at all.

    @jagograhakjago @JioCare every month fiber stop working. Helpline support zero , no human is there to respond , only human respond when you ask for recharge, is this way to work. ? In this time how do we work if internet is not working , do you have any responsibility. ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @OfficialJioBank I recently opened a Jio Payments Bank account, but my UPI payments are failing with “You have exceeded the transaction limit set by your bank.” Customer care AI says it’s connecting me to an agent, but the call disconnects every time. Help!

    Even the basic mobile network doesn’t work properly, no matter where you are. 5G speeds are inconsistent and network coverage is poor. Very disappointing service. @reliancejio
