    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare There has been issue with the internet service for Jio Airfiber Since 3 days in Bhosari, Pune. It’s showing service outage in the area since 3 days. Contacted multiple times to the customer care, no service engineer has arrived yet. Worst service provided

    @JioCare This is an automated response, not a resolution. My internet has been down for 48+ hrs, and you're still unable to provide an engineer visit time, root cause, or restoration ETA.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I got JioFiber connection just 3 days back on Sunday. Now internet is not connecting. I scheduled the service request but it's showing July 10 which is completely unacceptable. I had all these issues earlier in @Airtel_Presence that's why I came to u.

    @JioCare What Kind of fraud is this ? Taking advance payment then no support to customer does this is Jio offering service ? This kind of Fraud. Request others please think twice before taking jio home, they are complete fraud people.

    No call, no update regarding my wifi installation, I paid in advance for four months on the assurance that the wifi will be installed the next day! It’s been 5 days now. I want my money back and I want to cancel this! @reliancejio @JioCare Ps: Don’t make false promises!

    @Airtel_Presence If my call drops and internet issues are not resolved, I'll be forced to switch to @reliancejio . Their network is much better across Haryana and India. We pay ₹900 every month, not to deal with poor service.
