    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    Paid 6 months’ advance for Jio AirFiber, but the service has been down since 12 August 2026. Despite repeated complaints, no service engineer has visited for over two weeks. Payment taken, service denied, support unavailable. Restore the service immediately and refund/extend the validity for the entire outage period, or I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline.@reliancejio , @RelianceJioCare @InfocommJio

    Regret choosing @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio . If something is not working it never gets fixed with Jio. Think they don't have enough people and AI driven experience is horrible. Made a payment two months back on jiogate for society plan and fighting for two months

    @reliancejio Hi Reliance Jio, I have Jio AirFiber at home since many years and had been happy with the service provided. But since 27-Aug-26 the internet has been down and I never got it up and running even after your so called technician visit at home. kindly look into this.

    @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber internet speed drops badly every day after 8 PM. During the daytime, the speed is fine, but after 8 PM it becomes extremely slow and difficult to use. Please check the network in my area and fix this issue. #JioAirFiber #Jio

    @Airtel_Services your services are down. Everytine you raise a service request the automated response is that you all are aware and give us 5-6 hours. It's been more than 6 hours since I raised the last request. Terrible experience when things fail @reliancejio is the savior

    @JioCare To make things worse, your customer care number won't let me speak to a real person—the bot disconnects the call. Shameful service. Can i speak to someone on call because no technician is responding.
