    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    1/4 Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio. I ported my number from Airtel to Jio in India in the 2nd week of July. It worked in India but lost all network after I reached the USA—even with an active international roaming pack. More than a week, no resolution.

    @JioCare Now I want action against the Jio store employee. The customer is harassed for money and you people do not help the customer. Take the legitimate fee, why are unnecessary money demanded?

I have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists and the TV is not functioning. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and arrange for a technician to visit my location to resolve the problem ASAP.

    Hi @JioCare @jio_fiber, I can hear navigation click sounds on my Jio Set-Top Box, but there is no audio playback when streaming videos or movies. I tried reporting this via MyJio, but couldn't find an option for this specific issue. Please arrange technical support assistance.

    @reliancejio My internet not working from last 2 days. Request raised on 28th July. Today it's scheduled for resolution but no one came.
