  @JioCare Entire village Hathdihan, Dawath, Rohtas, Bihar (PIN 802226) has very poor 4G/5G — constant call drops & extremely slow, unreliable data. Lot of Complaint raised, still unresolved. When will a tower/upgrade fix this? Whole village affected. #NetworkIssue #Bihar Mob: 8797698999

  @reliancejio @IshaAmbaniReal @AJIOLife backend. So as per me someone from customer care shared my details to that scammer and probably its that customer care representative with whom I talked yesterday, so please check who is the culprit. I am really very scared and disappointed and i will never trust AJIO now.

  @JioCare#SR00003B6KJP dtd. 14th July was resolved on 17th only to go down after one hour. Service Engineer had requested not to raise new service request and assured to resolve. No one turned up. New ticket is now scheduled on 23rd. Pathetic service.

  Why is JioFiber still not available in Vasai-Virar? I really don't understand. Only JioAirFiber is available, and it's one of the worst services. If there's a power cut, the network goes down within 15 minutes because the nearby tower loses backup power. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare What is the purpose of customer care if they cannot even log a complaint when the service is down? This is the worst customer support experience I have ever faced.

  @JioCare Name @JioCare but they don't care ... Reaching to someone in customer care via phone impossible... IVR options to connect to a person are not easy to find ..

  Pathetic service from @JioCare. JioFiber has been nothing but frustration—service interruptions, delayed support, and zero accountability. If you’re considering a broadband connection, think twice before choosing JioFiber. Extremely disappointed. @reliancejio #JioFiber
