My jiophone F27i GPS is not working, jio pay doesn't open up, UPI is not showing. Jiorail option is not there in Jio Store. Even the keypad gets stuck to numbers and I have to close the application for typing it again. Please help. @reliancejio @JioCare #jiophone

@LoveIndia_21 Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

@JioCare i bought jio sim yesterday. I am able to use data but not phone calls and sms. When I checked the ims status of my device it shows that ims status is "not registered". My phone is moto g5s bOught I'm Germany. Please help! Without sms and calling my jio sim is useless

@Riyaz41074657 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence @vodafonein1 Why day by day both airtel and jio service r getting worse in all over Karimganj distric of Assam. Internet service poor voice qualicy poor. Both operator improve your service in the whole distric. Vodafone forget no 4G service.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am using JIO E-Sim in UAE with intl roaming option. Paying 1200+ every month. My phone broken now. I couldn’t change the phone as it’s having ESim. Now JIO asking me to come to India to get new ESim. NO CARE on Intl roaming customers. How I can come now 😵💫

@ViCustomerCare Are you kidding me they have discontinued the services again at midnight 2 am. My due date is 11 August and I don't know why my services are interpreted. I am going to port this number to @reliancejio or @airtelindia as they know better how to treat customer
