Hi @JioCare What a fantastic service you guys are providing to the customers where your customer paid ₹239 the charges and sincerely asking to your representative to activate a Jio 5G sim where your jio guy is denied to come to the location.

@JioCare pathetic service. I am facing internet connectivity issue from last 1week & raised a complaint. Till today 2 tickets issued but problem is not resolved. 5G is ok but what about 4G customers. Not everyone is equipped with 5G supported smartphones.

@JioCare @reliancejio Now I am in Mulund East area and always one or another number is not reachable. Tried calling myself from somebody else's number. Looks like you have more customers than you can handle so your servers are sequentially dropping users off the network for few minutes. Worst service!
