@reliancejio why do companies like you and #hathway cheat us. Jio fiber offered a 6 + 1 month free plan during initial setup and now sends a msg that plan expires in 6 months. Pathetic... the guy who did the setup is also not responding after 1st call. Please help if you can...

@JioCare That's the issue even after making payment on 24th Jan, still the connection is not done. I was first given a date of 25th Jan, then it was changed to 27th, then 28th and now 29th. This after I was promised next day installation.Instead of expediting, you are delaying my request.

@reliancejio @JioCare Validity for Jio Fiber Plan should be extended for the time internet is not working and complaint raised..Prepaid plans does not means we recharge in advance and internet doesn't work and validity not getting extended for that period.
