    @JioCare We did that and paid up the booking amount of INR 2500, but that activation has not happened. None of the service reps who sold us this dummy are picking calls. So now we have 2 sets of Routers and Set Top Boxes and 2 4g connections and none of them work!!!

    @reliancejio But your internet speed is pathetic. I am unable to compare your 4g speed with 3g speed of airtel. After several complaint your representative have told me that, please change your location to get better coverage. I changed from jio to airtel rather changing my home.

    @reliancejio There is no network in and around my apartments, complained many got false assurance and ticket was Closed without resolution. Mine is postpaid connection.On the top of it Even Wifi calling is not reliable!!!!

    @reliancejio I recharged IR 1101 on 3Janband I got activation successful message. Now I am in Dubai, but I didn't get signal. I restarted my Moto G7 when I get successful activation message in India and here as well. I couldn't select the operator manually.

    @JioCare Jio is finished so no service feasible now. Why I lose 6 days in a pack of 28 days. Means more than 20%.As no solution is there for 6 days next 28 days will be waste, so no recharge till 6 days 3GB per day credited by Jio to my no 9654186446

    @airtelindia i dont know what's the problem with airtel they are not providing fiber broadband in my area which is very frustrating i need high speed internet connection but getting maximum 40 mbps plan and they have fiber net in nearby area. @JioCare atleast you provide it.

    @reliancejio it is irony that there is no signal and poor network coverage in Jio World Center,BKC. Can you atleast ensure to upgrade and strengthen the network coverage at your own office location. Thanks, Frustrated customer

    @JioCare Just to let you know, 4G is so unreliable, your own technician had trouble uploading docs and id proof. Imagine our plight in these days of remote working. What pinches is, ive not got a refund for the old connection, I've paid for a new one that doesnt work!
