  Can Jio network ever work properly? Customers are being looted in the name of 5G. Once you recharge, the network may or may not work, no one is listening. Money is being extorted by fooling the rural people. Is this Jio network? @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Sitapur

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare If you cannot fix my Wifi then better i would like to shift to other providers. I am complaining this for 7th time and every time a guy comes and fix temporarily and day after the problem resurfaces.

  @JioCare For your information, Weather conditions is good. This week hardly it rained once, Area is'nt flooded everything is operational. Since 1 week engineer visit getting cancelled. Ask your area fault TEAM LEAD to call customer instead customer care giving standard response

  @JioCare How many tickets are required to be raised to solve one issue, all these tickets are for the same issue. Is there any feedback taken from customers before closing? Is there any dedicated senior team for PIN 121001 Faridabad? The answer is NO.
