Still the issue is not fixed. I am not even getting proper response from customer care. Can you please fix this issue ASAP it's really impacting my day to day activities. I have paid for this service and yet to get proper response or TAT to fix it. @JioFiberChennai @JioCare

@gupta_chhotelal @reliancejio Your phone supported but this facility is not enabled by manufacturer. For example: Jio 5g is available, okk i understand. Your have a 5G device but your smartphone manufacturer is not enabling that 5G service on your phone.

@reliancejio @JioCare I'm living in Delhi, near north campus and here the Internet is hardly available. If you can't provide decent service here then the condition of remote villages is dilapidated which is also true for my village in UP.

@JioCare If your team is working so diligently kindly share the Service Request No. under which the complaint is lodged. Called your customer care 2 days back, they are not even taking the complaint regarding your defunct Jio mesh extender. Dont be a fraud or scam company.

This is the concern about discontinuing connection due to shifting one place to another. JioFiber is not able to relocate, because there is no service of Jio. If you do this it would be thankful to you. @JioCare @JioFiberChennai
