The most unreliable fibre of our city Jio Fibre. We have only one option if the internet is down to hear Sorry from the Helpline people as they cannot do anything. Cant escalate, forward the call or send technicians number to speak. Jio Mumbai Jio @JioCare

@JioCare my jio fiber is down from dawn itself creating lots of problems. I have called your service line three times one time after 10 mins wait no reply and other two times your advisors were very polite and reassuring that problem will be fixed today itself but no action

@JioCare @JioCare Jio fiber service in my area going from best to worst. Complaints not attended beyond 24 hours. False promises. Escalation of complaint. time to shift. SR00001BIMDM yet not attended and escalated to 0100 pm today then 0700 pm today now tomorrow

@JioCare network has become poorer. Everytime we need to switch to flight mode to receive calls, sms. Not only on one phone, but many phones of my known. Pl make it better.
