    @JioCare Raised SR00002LU59C expecting support, but instead received a visit date of 22-Jun-2026 while today is only 16-Jun-2026. Is Jio seriously asking customers to stay without broadband for 6 more days? This is service failure, not customer support. Contd 1/2

    @JioCare Can you keep the SR000038G171 ticket open until the issue is resolved and regarding the SR00002LU3TM ticket, it's in assigning an engineer state for the past two days. I'm not shown any option to reschedule or schedule an appointment anywhere in your app.

    I came to twitter because I am sick with Jio customer care fake promises on engineer visit or issue escalation, @reliancejio I would like to request you to please help with this ! We as consumers don’t expect this from a company like Reliance Jio.
