@reliancejio Thats why i and my whole friend group also ported to other network due to this problem. Also in villages only rare people use jio because they have featured phone. If u resolve this problem, and decrease charge amount. I am damn sure no one can beat jio.

This time your network is too much poor... I am not able to send or receive whatsapp MSG. Your network is pathetic. I called several times in 198 number but all time they say me to keep patience... I don't know when will it's normal @JioCare @reliancejio

Few drops of water from Heavens, and few kilos of Air blow, Light goes off and followed by @JioCare in Dimapur and Chumukedima. Will @reliancejio ever improvise their service ? Do I have to wait for @elonmusk to buy this Jio to fix it ?

@reliancejio @JioCare what rubbish customer service you have. Have subscribed to data plan with free ott. However, Amazon prime never works. Your customer care is useless asking to connect Amazon without any entitlement id.

My request to Hon'ble Mukesh Ambani is that jio Network will fix it for a year but has not fixed it. Always lying to the customer. Falsely assuring you. You understand your profits to customers but customer not getting service. @reliancegroup @JioCare @reliancejio
