@reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat I have been talking to ur customer care since 4 days to resolve my internet issues. Repeatedly highlighted that Network engineers are not coming to visit my home and resolve the issue. Receive the same response that it will be resolved in 24 hrs.

@ACTFibernet Yesterday till the time it rained my internet was down. From 7 pm to midnight as I slept after that. I don't know when the services resumed. Nobody called nobody from your side cared. And the tickets were closed. Shame on your service ethics @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

@JioCare Hopeless Pathetic. Never expected from Jio. Even after taking fresh connection after 2 weeks the issue of feeding GSTINNo has not been resolved . What type of timeliness do you take to resolve issues. Never never take new Jio Connection. You will be highly disappointed

@reliancejio @JioCare Its very bad experience to have you as Internet Service Provider. Very slow speed. Even simple whatsapp msgs are going very slow. Foget about download. Pls don't advice of system software as your customer care executive does.
