    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve emailed, I’ve called customer care, yet I’ve only received apologies or confusion. No one came to resolve the issue, I even called in the office in my city but, they do not pick the call or maybe mobile no. Is not correct

    @JioCare, @reliancejio 1 week gone.. No solution.. Jio set-top box is still offline Jio Customer care and Appellate phone numbers are not working Totally useless

    @JioCare I have faced the worst network coverage in recent days in my jio home air fiber. It can't even load a page. And also I can't do my work. Pls do something

    @JioCare @JioCare It has been 1 month and I am still receiving the same copy-paste assurances.This month has gone in frustration, stress, and suffering. My fundamental right to live in a peaceful and healthy environment is being taken as joke. Stop ignoring this serious and health issue.

    @suchintan_singh @JioCare I was using jio but it started giving lot of problems so I switched to BSNL which working very well since last q year no issues. Try it

    @JioCare every other week i am forced to raise an issue regarding the services, your people are big time fraudsters. I had paid for six months in advance now its only been a month and my connection us suspended for nonpayment.
