@reliancejio I have recharged my mobile 7009755314 with 499 for 2 months validity in the morning I have received the message of a successful recharge too but i am unable to make a call because it is still saying ur pack has expired.. Please help

@rachitp2405 @reliancejio They will take Rs 1000 connection charges and when you cancel the connection they will take device and cable. Also if you don't recharge then they will close your connection forever and if you want to start again then buy new connection.

@rachitp2405 @reliancejio They will deduct Rs 1000 connection charges and when you cancel the connection they will take device and cable. Also if you don't recharge then they will close your connection forever and if you want to start again then buy new connection.

.@reliancejio fiber service is pathetic. Rules that not mentioned in TnC are created and told to the customer when customer faces issue. And the customer care guy cancelled the call because she was not able to justify this. New way of looting the customers.

@JioCare Mr i am using jio since last five six yrs don't pass all the above done . Even my kids know these tit bits why don't you call back n understand problem. Pretending that you are doing something doesn't help customer
