    @JioCare @reliancejio This is with rfrnce to order no. NO0000J6VB5S for which documents verification and payment has already been done on 30 Oct. Since then installation for the same is being postponed on regular basis, every time i call support they just reschesule it for next.

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer gets assigned daily and same thing happens again.. installation gets rescheduled for next day. Engineer says there is some technical issue for installation, if thats the case order should not have been accepted in the first place. PATHETIC SERVICE!!

    Thanks @reliancejio,We had to go about 1 kilometer away from our village for network but this Diwali when I came home by mistake I switched on the data and messages started coming. I was wondering how did this happen? @JioCare @reliancegroup #Diwali

    village Rajnagar Po Mhow dist Hathras till date the problem of jio network has not been resolved people have filed many complaints here, we talk to customer care but no solution has been found. But people are able to take internet facility by coming out of the vill @reliancejio

    @mobin6668 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare I have an issue with my bill I paid deposit and bought jio postpaid plus 399 plan and also prime membership it got activated on 1 Nov night but it shows my plan is valid till 14 Nov. I got only 29 GB of data Can u clarify it
