    @JioCare No delay from your end? Seriously?🤡 My service was down from 8 April to 21 April (~13 days). I have proof of emails (8 Apr), appellate escalation (9 Apr), multiple SRs, visits, router & ODU replacement. Even your technician confirmed backend issue.

    @JioCare this is 3rd day of jio fiber service and it still not resolved what should we suppose to do. I have seen at my home there is not any service engineer or any workers from @JioCare to resolved this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I have appealed to the UP EAST regional manager of Jio. If I do not get a satisfactory response, I will file a complaint with TRAI and also approach the consumer court.
