    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare may I know why a company which prides itself to be the topmost telecom company can't even rectify a mistake and refund my money 2 months and 15 days since I lodged a complaint. Don't u realise that your entire customer service becomes a joke.

    This issue is facing last 27 days . This is not network issue because call and internet is nice . I wait for issue resolve only 3 days Next days I PORT @airtelindia to @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Avesh, I just had a conversation with your customer care executive Mr. Udaykumar... he said Disney + Hotstar is only for 1st year...! Y was the recharge successful when services cannot be availed to customer???
