  @JioCare in my area jio network is bad experience, very low in upload and latency issue. In both scenario outside or inside of my house not providing better speed. Sometimes it take time to load a video on youtube? The phone signal shows 1or2 bars in inside of home.

  Hi @JioCare @AJIOLife it’s been more than 25 days since my refund was initiated. I have talked to lot of your customer care executives but they offered no help. I was asked to share my bank statement which was also overlooked by the company.

  I am trying to reach customer care executive for the last 3 hours with different helpline numbers but none of them seem to yield any results. I am trying to change the sim to esim and no response from the JIO. I am in immediate need. Please contact me. @reliancejio @JioCare
