    It was a mistake to buy Jio Sims.There is no coverage,no internet speed,no proper connection being in the vicinity of your tower installed.We face big problems @JioCare @reliancejio plz take action Location:Village:Zagigam,Pulwama,J&K Coordinates: 33.51°N 74.50°E Near Tower:Rahmu

    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    @JioCare Trying to upgrade from AirFiber to wired fiber but no response. Data is draining abnormally fast, calls not connecting & emails bouncing. Very poor support. Please resolve ASAP or I’ll switch.

    @JioCare In media all reports and interviews are says @JioCare is the world class company but truly after see your service and management @JioCare is third class company. If your company doesn’t provide a service why will you don’t return my money.

    @JioCare It’s been 2 days since my refund was promised but still no update or credit. This is completely unacceptable. SR Number: (SR000034FSTJ) You people are quick to take money but extremely slow to refund. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to @jagograhakjago and proceed legally through consumer court. Stop giving generic replies and process my refund NOW.

    @JioCare Seriously disappointed. My JioFiber connection has been crawling for 2 days straight. Multiple complaints logged, calls made, and still zero action, no update, no link, no technician. This kind of service is not acceptable. Resolve this immediately. #Jio #JioFiber

    Pathetic experience with @JioMart. Cancelled my order without permission, increased price 2x, and haven’t refunded my money yet. No support response at all. This is highly unprofessional. Resolve this ASAP or I’m filing a complaint with consumer court. @reliancejio
