    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    @JioCare Neither received any communication mail/ call nor my issue resolved. How service request status updated as resolved . Why not getting cancellation confirmation . I didn't asked for postpaid Connection.Its 3rd day. I've asked for cancellation on the day of installation itself.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare It's unfortunate to say from 23 of Feb 2022 till this day we are without jio fiber connection as our wire was broke by snow fall yet respective engineer didn't visit ...we suffer lot of problems ..

    @JioCare Sir I beg you please resolve our issue today u can check how many time I called jio customer care all the time they said within 24 hours we will sent our engineer we have already missed 14 days and now our pack expires on 11 of March who will compensate our these days
