    @JioCare I am attaching you the location of the place where every jio customer is facing some network problems , neither we can call someone nor we receive calls from other person. Kindly look into the matter ASAP

    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    @JioCare Now I am facing an issue with my postpaid sim replacement at #Jeypore , Odisha. They are insisting on taking an insurance of 750 rupees as I don't have my alternate number with me. Even the Jio call centre spoke with them, but they are adamant on their stand. Please help

    @JioCare No is asking for 5G internet, but first provide good and reliable 4G service. The current 4G network is not satisfactory. Fix 4G properly before asking for or promoting 5G. Thank you!

    @JioCare I do not want installation anymore. It has been 11 days of delay. I have already requested cancellation and refund. Please cancel my order immediately and process full refund within 48 hours. If not, I will proceed with a consumer complaint. Order ID: ILI2197000310042026

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio, you should completely shut down your connectivity in our area. Because there is no internet service anyway. You’re unnecessarily keeping your machines running, having to hire separate people for maintenance, and we are not getting internet coverage.

    @JioCare @JioCare I’ve already shared all details via DM multiple times. This is just delaying the issue asked me to recharge, confirmed refund after pickup, device is picked up yet refund is denied. Please stop repeating templates nd give a clear resolution + refund timeline immediately.
