    @imshujath They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio when can I expect the refund? Hope you people won't fail in refunding, the way you failed in installation of new connection. Also, refund should be as smooth and quick as taking new booking (till billing is done) @ImAtulKansal

    @JioCare Last time they changed fiber and hung it on wall as they didn’t have enough fibre. Said will come back in a week to change and they never came.

    @reliancejio To, Head of Operations/ Marketing of Jiofiber. Your Marketing team CG Road A'bad is full of cheaters. They cheat the people at the time of providing connections of Jio fiber. Make false commitments & sharing incomplete information. Kindly take necessary action.
