    It was a mistake to buy Jio Sims.There is no coverage,no internet speed,no proper connection being in the vicinity of your tower installed.We face big problems @JioCare @reliancejio plz take action Location:Village:Zagigam,Pulwama,J&K Coordinates: 33.51°N 74.50°E Near Tower:Rahmu

    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    @JioCare I’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved. I think your engineer has done fraud with me by not providing me the device and connection. He isn’t even picking up my calls. I’ll definitely file a complaint against this.

    @JioCare I was patient till now... If you see properly the pickup was schedule for 10 feb... Nobody came or called... I don't have a new date or time... Can you give me a timeline please... Your support staff on the ground are not picking calls or replying... #jio #reliancejio please help

    @JioCare trying to get my terminated system picked up since a week. Nobody turns up. Called everyday 1800 896 9999. They schedule it for next day Nobody turns up. Please help

    @JioCare The engineer visited today for the the complaint I made, they said it will take around 2 days for the problem to br solved. What should I do if I've any importance work to do I've wait. Why jio you are not so realiable. Please look into this.
