@JioCare For a new connection your engineers makes superfast visit. When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

@reliancejio which rule is this if you don't recharge for 2-3 months then you'll deactivate some of OTT, I have recharged gold package everytime but this time prime video got deactivated and got advice that it can't be activated, really a pathetic service, will switch to @Airtel
