    Guys really now I am using @BSNL_KL 4G sim on my phone past few days I am getting such kind of bad network from their end dont know what's the matter do I need to call cx department and ask for any kind of internet Settings earlier it was @JioCare using phone #Note8

    @JioCare no DATA coverage of network ,SEO MANZIL, near Bombay stores, THRIKKAKARA PO, NGO QUARTERS junction via,PIN 682021.Same complaint registered soon after launch of Jio network, No remedy so far .

    @JioCare Already sent the brief description last week itself... Please check the DM from my side. Issue is that I need to restart the JIO STB frequently to keep viewing channels... If we don't restart frequently, it will go back to home screen in between.. totally irritating

    @reliancejio Pathetic experience from jio.very bad connectivity even after repeated recharge.Especially when kids are having online classes and exams it s high time to switch to Airtel.Even vodafone has improved a lot with respect to connectivity and customer service

    @reliancejio ,after one year with #jiofiber started facing serious speed issues and each time when call they r asking same trouble shooting, and disconnect call if they can't sort. Never expected this like a behaviour from jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's very disappointing to know that customer care is not able to resolve the queries due to technical issues. List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

    Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

    @JioCare @JioCare Reopening the service request is not the solution. Since 22 May, the same cycle has continued—ticket created, closed without resolution or visit, then reopened again. It's been 11+ days and I'm still facing frequent disconnections affecting my work. (1/3)

    @JioCare @reliancejio you have worst service and every month you asked for reverification, what's wrong with you. You stopped the services and asking for reverification every month. It's better to switch to other operator to avoid such kind of drama.

    @JioCare I buy plan of 100mbs and last 20 days in getting 5-10 mbps what is this ?? Are you people going to provide me extra 20 days which I loss due to ur bad services - I paid money for that. @
