When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. I’ve called 5 times in 2 days, and I’m sick of hearing ‘engineer will come.’ No one shows up. Stop wasting my time and fix it now. I’m extremely frustrated.
